WOW! The finale is going to be so epic!!! I caught a lot of what was going on at filming today.

First: Emma and Regina were laying on the ground outside gold’s shop and it looked like the town got sleeping cursed again based on the extras who were sleeping in the street as well. Robin comes up and hugs Regina and Henry hugs Emma because robin and Henry were awake and Regina and Emma just woke up

Next scene: Emma Regina Hook Robin Snow and Charming. Emma holding the dagger is asking charming “Did you find it?” and (I don’t know what they were referring to by “it”) but the answer is no. There is something missing (something probably to be CGI’d in later on) and it is “sucking the hope and light from Regina”.. Emma steps up and says that they have worked too hard to lose their happy ending (lots of wind blowing) and she steps up and Killian says “No! Please!” and grabs her arm and then she says something to him I couldn’t hear (update: people are saying they maybe kissed there.. but I can’t confirm) and then she holds up the dagger (lightning and high wind effects now) and she spins around and everything is intense and Killian is like “NO EMMA!” and Emma disappears (well, she runs off set, but I’m guessing she CGI disappears because she leaves the dagger behind)

THIS IS GOING TO END ON SUCH A CLIFFHANGER!

Side note: Killian yelling “Emma please!” and “Emma. NO!” when she “sacrifices” (I’m guessing) herself to save everyone from whatever is going on, like his voice cracks and UGH I ALMOST CRIED!

And then Colin smiled and waved at us and we cheered for them all because like this is going to be so cool!

Not sure how I'll feel if this is really how it goes....but seeing Emma is the main character, she'll most certainly return after sacrificing herself. But if she returns evil then that be something.

Emma returning evil will be epic. Would love to see that!

Hmm...after reading the scene again and some more thinking, I'm getting a feeling either Emma now being the Dark One exiles herself to somewhere on Earth or goes to the Enchanted forest. These are the only two places the characters all seem to go. There's also Neverland and Oz, but I doubt it. I wonder what's Zelena's role in all this is. Did the Author just bring her back to life just so it would be interesting?

He seemed bored with the events of Enchanted Forest so he started spicing everything up, lol. Weird dude.

Another interesting theory by an IMDB user:

Sorry if I sound like a broken record since I've brought up this point before - but if the theories/BTS are to be believed for the S4B finale (Operation Mongoose 1 & 2) that Emma will sacrifice herself in the Season Finale - this was foreshadowed in S3B - "New York City Serenade."

Emma comes home to Henry playing Diablo, which she offers to join (as a 5th level Wizard.) In Diablo, the hero destroys Diablo's mortal form and consumes the soul stone of Diablo, in attempt to contain the Lord of Terror, but in turn becomes corrupted by Diablo.

It's entirely possible that Rumple becomes "free" of the curse of the Dark One (or whatever it is technically called) which unleashes it on Storybrooke, and Emma sacrifices herself to save everyone. Perhaps that is Zelena's part in it as well - since she knows Regina is trying to become a "hero" she's trying to have her corrupted, permanently, by making her the next Dark One.

Right now it's just theories, speculations and whatever fans saw at shooting at the set. We don't know how it will all be edited and what we'll see when those last episodes are finally aired. It just sucks that there will be no new episode this week but rather next week.

Even though I'm glad to see Zelena and also happy we got an explanation how magic works outside Storybrooke, I have a hard time believing it was Zelena the whole time. Regina ripped out Marion's heart after the Snow Queen tried to freeze her to death through an ice cream. Zelena's heart should've been black. Unless Zelena and Snow Queen planned the whole thing together. It really should've been mentioned in the scene where Zelena was giving poor Rumple a heart attack.

By the way I don't really recall the last scene, but did Roland see Zelena's true face in the mirror when she was kissing Robin? Does he think it's normal for his Mom to look like two completely different people?

It was explained that when Zelena used the spell that changed her into Marian´s, it changed her heart too and that's why Regina didn´t see Zelena's real heart.
