EXT. HALLIWELL’S – NIGHT

From the outside, we can see the restaurant is full of people.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL’S – DINING ROOM – NIGHT

There are couples and groups of friends having dinner at the restaurant. In one of the tables, we can see Melinda and Liam having dinner. They laugh.

MELINDA

You’re joking, right?

LIAM

I’m not.

They are really having fun.

LIAM (CONT'D)

I’m really glad we are here, you know?

Melinda looks at him and smiles.

MELINDA

Well, we’ve been seeing each other for a while now and I thought it was a good idea to share with you part of what’s my life.

LIAM

I’m glad you did. I was starting to think that you weren’t going serious with me.

MELINDA

Oh really?

Liam pretends like he is feeling disappointed. Both laugh. Soon, the laugh is interrupted by an unexpected visitor wearing a black suit.

DAMON (O.S.)

Good evening!

That voice. Melinda’s smile fades from her face. She raises her eyes and ---

BEAT. Damon is there staring at her. Thousands of thoughts pass through Melinda’s head while she tries to find the right question without being rude.

MELINDA

Damon! What a surprise! What are you doing here?

Damon fakes a smile.

DAMON

I booked a table. Business.

MELINDA

I didn’t know.

Damon glances to Liam and then looks back at Melinda. Liam looks at Damon. Melinda realizes that she should introduce them both.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

Oh, hum ---

(stutters)

--- This is ---

DAMON

Damon.

Damon reaches out his hand towards Liam. Liam stands and reaches out his hand to Damon. Both shake hands. Melinda looks at it.

MELINDA

(justifying)

Damon is friends with my brothers.

DAMON

(smiles sarcastic)

I’m also her ex.

Liam gazes to Melinda. Melinda pretends that’s not a big deal.

DAMON (CONT'D)

Anyway, I’m leaving you to your dinner. I’d better head to mine.

(to Liam)

It was nice to meet you.

Liam nods politely. Damon walks away and approaches to an employee who signs him where to sit. Liam stares at Melinda who seems like trying to find a place where to hide inside her mind.

LIAM

So ---

MELINDA

I’m sorry I didn’t tell you about him.

LIAM

Was he ---

MELINDA

Important? No. I mean yes.

(shakes her head)

It’s in the past.

LIAM

Then why does it seem like it’s not in the past?

Melinda doesn’t know what to say. She lowers her gaze. Liam stares at her.

LIAM (CONT'D)

I’d better leave.

Melinda looks at him.

LIAM (CONT'D)

When you decide to talk to me, you know where to find me.

Melinda wants to stop him, but she’s unable to even move. Liam stands and leaves her there. Melinda takes a deep breath. She’s feeling sad.

CUT TO:

INT. MEDICAL GYPSY CLINIC – GYPSY ENCAMPMENT – NIGHT

The whole place looks a MESS. Medical equipment is on the floor. Papers on the floor. X-rays also on the floor.

WOMAN (O.S.)

(begging)

Please ---

On a corner, a man wearing a long black cape tightens a woman’s neck. He has her up a few centimeters from the floor. The camera approaches them slowly and soon we can see the familiar face of an old friend. AVA NICOLAE is older now. She is begging for her life.

AVA (CONT'D)

I swear I don’t know anything about it.

MAN

Yes, you know.

The camera slowly approaches the face of the man who’s threatening Ava’s life and ---

BEAT. JANNES is his name.

JANNES (CONT'D)

Where is the talisman?

AVA

It’s been years since the last time I saw it, please.

Jannes approaches his face to hers.

JANNES

Then you have no use for me.

Jannes lets go of her. Ava falls down to the floor. She gasps and coughs. Jannes stands in front of her.

JANNES (CONT'D)

And if you have no use to me ---

Ava looks at him from the floor.

JANNES (CONT'D)

I see no point in keeping you alive.

AVA

(screams loudly)

NO!

Jannes CONJURES a LARGE WAND and points it to Ava. LIGHTNING BOLTS come out the WAND and hit Ava’s chest. Her screams are loud. The woman falls on the floor with a wound in her chest. SWIRLING BLUE SPIRALS appear and Jannes disappears using the power of SPIRALIZATION.

The camera approaches a dead Ava on the floor. Her EYES OPEN. No life inside of them. The SHUVANI GYPSY is dead.

ON HER DEAD EYES.

CUT TO BLACK.

Aerial footage all over the town at the sound of ‘Broken Glass’ by Rachel Platten.

CUT TO:

EXT. BOULEVARD RESTAURANT – DAY

The facade of the restaurant is shown.

CUT TO:

INT. BOULEVARD RESTAURANT – DINING ROOM – DAY

MUSIC FADES OFF.

Melissa is at a table. Two plates are settled. Both with salad. She looks around. It looks like she’s waiting for someone. Melisa takes a look at her wristwatch. Someone approaches the table. BEAT. That someone is no other than Junior.

JUNIOR

I’m so sorry, I’m late.

Melissa smiles.

MELISSA

No worries.

Junior greets Melissa with a shy kiss on her cheek. Junior sits across the table in front of her. He smiles.

JUNIOR

Sorry.

MELISSA

It’s okay. I just arrived.

Junior looks at the salads.

JUNIOR

You just arrived?

His gaze is on her now.

MELISSA

(gives in)

Okay, fine. I arrived half an hour ago. But it’s okay. Really.

JUNIOR

I wanted to make it up to you for the other night and I ended up messing it.

Melissa touches Junior’s hand.

MELISSA

It’s okay. You’re here now. Let’s eat.

ON: MELISSA’S HAND TOUCHING JUNIOR’S.

Both smile. They take their cutlery. Melissa tries to find the salt, but there’s no salt on the table.

MELISSA (CONT'D)

Hey, can you just ask the table behind you for salt?

Junior nods. He turns around and touches the shoulder of the woman behind him. She turns around and ---

BEAT. OLIVIA CLARK is there. Both Olivia and Junior stare at one another for what looks like endless seconds.

JUNIOR

(wordless)

Olivia!

OLIVIA

(forces a smile)

Hi.

Neither of them knows what to say. Then, Junior turns to Melissa and stands.

JUNIOR

I’ve gotta go.

MELISSA

But ---

Melissa stands, but Junior walks out of there as fast as he can. Melissa doesn’t understand. Olivia says something to the man that’s with her and stands. She walks out the restaurant. Melissa sees Olivia going after Junior.

MELISSA (CONT'D)

What the hell happened here?!

ON MELISSA. She has no reaction.

CUT TO:

EXT. BOULEVARD RESTAURANT – SIDEWALK – DAY

Junior comes quickly out of the restaurant. He seems upset. Olivia comes out the restaurant as well and ---

BEAT. She is pregnant. A seven-months pregnant Olivia. The belly is so outstanding in the yellow dress she’s wearing.

OLIVIA

Junior, wait!

Junior turns around. He is really mad and is about to say something, but is stopped by the vision of Olivia’s pregnant belly. She notices it.

JUNIOR

(shocked)

You’re pregnant?!

Olivia touches her belly.

OLIVIA

I didn’t plan it.

JUNIOR

(mad)

You didn’t plan it?! As you didn’t plan to betray me?

OLIVIA

I already said I was sorry. How many times will I have to repeat it?

JUNIOR

I don’t care how sorry you are.

Olivia lowers her gaze.

JUNIOR (CONT'D)

I loved you.

FLASHES TO:

INT. JEWELRY STORE – DAY (13 MONTHS BEFORE)

ON DIAMOND RING.

The attendant hands someone a ring. BEAT. Junior takes the ring. He looks at the young woman and smiles.

JUNIOR

It’s perfect.

ATTENDANT

I believe she will love it.

JUNIOR

I hope so. I’ve never done this in my whole life.

The woman smiles.

ATTENDANT

She’s a very lucky woman, Sir.

Junior smiles and looks at the ring.

JUNIOR

I’ll take it.

FLASHES BACK TO:

EXT. BOULEVARD RESTAURANT – SIDEWALK – DAY

Junior and Olivia stare at one another.

OLIVIA

I wish you could understand that I didn’t mean to hurt you. I loved you too.

JUNIOR

Not enough.

Olivia doesn’t know what else to say. Junior lowers his gaze, turns around and walks away. Olivia’s expression is sad. She touches her belly.

CUT TO:

EXT. PRESCOTT GROUP – DAY

The sun hits the building’s glasses.

CUT TO:

INT. PRESCOTT GROUP – CEO’S OFFICE – DAY

ON: JULIAN SIGNING SOME PAPERS.

JULIAN is at his desk signing some documents. RUBY is also there by his side.

RUBY

And this one here.

Ruby signs him to sign in another paper. A man is also there. Ruby looks at him.

RUBY (CONT'D)

C’mon, Jordan. You know when there’s no one else in the room, you can change your face.

The man WAVES his hand in front of his face and it TURNS into JORDAN’S FACE.

RUBY (CONT'D)

(smiles)

That’s more I like it.

Julian keeps signing papers.

JORDAN

How long will this last, Ruby?

RUBY

As long as it takes for me to own everything.

JORDAN

You could just persuade them, you know?

Ruby smiles and approaches Jordan.

RUBY

I know.

Ruby fixes Jordan’s tie seductively.

RUBY (CONT'D)

But what would be the fun in that?

Both stare at one another. Then Jordan looks at Julian who keeps signing papers.

JORDAN

What are you going to do with him?

Ruby looks at Julian and stares at him. A wickedly smirk shows up on her face.

RUBY

He must die.

JORDAN

When?

RUBY

As soon as everything is in my hands.

JORDAN

You still haven’t told me the reason why all this.

Ruby walks over Julian. She pats Julian’s shoulder.

RUBY

(to Julian)

You should rest now, dear.

Julian stands. He seems like in some kind of trance. With no will.

RUBY (CONT'D)

You see, my dear Jordan ---

Julian approaches a couch and lies down. Ruby sits in Julian’s chair.

RUBY (CONT'D)

--- All this is just part of the plan of taking control over the World.

JORDAN

(smiles sarcastic)

You want to take control over the World?! That’s ---

RUBY

Impossible?

Ruby seems very comfortable in that chair.

RUBY (CONT'D)

It may be. My power is not that big.

JORDAN

Then?

Ruby smiles.

RUBY

I want to hand the power to the right hands.

JORDAN

You want to hand the power, but ---

RUBY

Yes. I do. Just then, the World would be taken over by it and ---

Ruby gets thoughtful.

RUBY (CONT'D)

And I’ll finally get my revenge.

Ruby smiles wickedly. Then she looks at Jordan.

RUBY (CONT'D)

I don’t want you to understand that, Jordan. Just know that there’s much in it for you if I succeed. 

Ruby gazes at Julian.

RUBY (CONT'D)

I think it’s time for us to gather the associates and the employees.

She looks at Jordan.

RUBY (CONT'D)

There’s a new boss around and they must know me.

Ruby smiles as Jordan nods yes.

CUT TO:

EXT. HALLIWELL / COOP MANOR – DAY

STOCK.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL / COOP MANOR – LIVING ROOM – DAY

ON PRUE.

PRUE

Year you come from?

Prue stands pacing the living room as a desperate Jo is sitting on the couch. Prue is wearing a tube top that makes it notorious that Prue’s belly is growing by the day.

JO

2061.

PRUE

Full name?

JO

Jo Wright. That’s all you need to know.

PRUE

When’s your birthday?

JO

Irrelevant.

PRUE

What’s your connection to the Halliwells?

JO

I’m friends with them.

PRUE

Does it mean that you and I know each other?

JO

Irrelevant.

PRUE

Fair.

(pauses)

How did you come here?

Jo sits back and takes a deep breath.

JO

I already told you that a hundred times since I arrived here.

Prue stops and gives her a thunderous gaze. Jo rolls her eyes.

JO (CONT'D)

A spell. I used a spell to travel back in time.

Prue gets back to pacing the room.

PRUE

Who created that spell?

JO

I can’t tell you.

PRUE

Why not?

Prue stands in front of Jo.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Was it a Halliwell?

JO

Look, to be honest, I don’t really know if he created the spell.

PRUE

He?

JO

I won’t tell you who that he is.

PRUE

Okay.

Prue sits on the coffee table in front of Jo.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Who?

They stare at one another.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Who has taken control over the World?

JO

(lowers her gaze)

I can’t tell you.

Prue takes a deep breath.

PRUE

If you want us to help you stop it, you must tell me what is that we have to stop.

Jo raises her gaze. She thinks for seconds.

JO

Whatever has taken control of it all ---

(pauses)

--- whatever evil is ruling the World in the future, it’s ---

Prue’s gaze is on Jo.

JO (CONT'D)

It’s not how it starts.

(pauses)

Someone was behind it. And that someone is the one we should worry about.

PRUE

Who is it?

JO

I don’t know.

PRUE

C’mon.

Prue stands.

JO

It’s true.

Jo stands as well. She tries to convince Prue.

JO (CONT'D)

It was taken from the memories of those who knew.

Prue looks at her.

JO (CONT'D)

To prevent this. To prevent that someone would do what I did.

PRUE

Travel back in time?

Jo nods. Prue sighs. At that moment, Cassandra comes in.

CASSANDRA

Hey, guys. Bye, guys.

Cassandra seems to be in a rush. She leaves the living room.

PRUE

Hey, wait. Cass?

Cassandra gets back in.

CASSANDRA

What?

PRUE

Where are you going?

CASSANDRA

Work.

PRUE

I thought you were off today? We were going shopping together, remember?

CASSANDRA

Sorry, sis, but Mr. Prescott has called for his employees. It looks like he has some announcement to make.

Cassandra gives Prue a sorry gaze.

CASSANDRA (CONT'D)

PRUE

Cassandra leaves the room.

Jo gets thoughtful out of a sudden. Prue notices it.

(glances around)

But we haven’t finished.

Jo leaves the living room. Prue sighs disappointed.

Damon is approaching the front door when ---

PRUE (O.S.)

Hey, strange!

Damon turns around to see Prue coming upstairs.

DAMON

Hey, mamma bear.

Prue smiles.

PRUE

Mamma bear?

Damon shrugs.

PRUE (CONT'D)

I didn’t know you were back in town.

They greet one another.

DAMON

I got stuck with a few things at work.

PRUE

How is Mr. and Mrs. Morgan?

DAMON

They are okay. They said they’ll come once the babies are born.

Prue smirks.

PRUE

They’d better.

Prue opens the door and as they are about to go in ---

EVELINA (O.S.)

Please ---

Prue and Damon turn to see a desperate woman coming upstairs. EVELINA (29). Prue and Damon exchange glances.

EVELINA (CONT'D)

Is this the home of the Halliwells?

Prue and Damon exchange glances and then look at her.

CUT TO:

EXT. BAY MIRROR – DAY

ON: BAY MIRROR SIGN.

CUT TO:

INT. BAY MIRROR – MIRROR’S MAGAZINE – WYATT’S OFFICE – DAY

Wyatt and Chris are in there. Wyatt is sitting at his desk. Chris is standing before him.

WYATT

A press conference?

Chris nods.

WYATT (CONT'D)

What is it about this time?

CHRIS

Maybe to announce the purchase of Green Laboratories.

WYATT

Is that even confirmed?

CHRIS

Melissa’s contact said it was.

Wyatt is thoughtful.

WYATT

What about Mr. Prescott?

CHRIS

I have dug into his life and nothing.

Chris sits.

CHRIS (CONT'D)

That man is not a demon.

WYATT

Yeah, maybe that other demon was just like you said. Some demon trying to make it into living up here.

CHRIS

Maybe.

WYATT

Take Melissa and be there.

CHRIS

Sure boss.

Chris stands and heads out the office. Wyatt smartphone’s rings with a text.

ON THE SCREEN A TEXT FROM PRUE:

‘SOS at home’

Wyatt sighs. He takes the desk phone and calls her assistant.

WYATT

(on the phone)

Jasmine, please clear my agenda for the day. Thank you.

Then Wyatt takes his smartphone and leaves the office.

CUT TO:

INT. UNDERWORLD – BLACK WIZARD’ CAVE – DAY

The BLACK WIZARD is pacing the cave. He seems anxious. The ORACLE comes in.

ORACLE

What went wrong?

Jannes turns to her.

JANNES

You told me she had the talisman.

ORACLE

I saw her with the object. It’s a family heritage.

JANNES

Well, she didn’t carry it.

A demon, ZAKAR (seems around 30s) SHIMMERS in. Jannes and the Oracle look at him.

JANNES (CONT'D)

(to Zakar)

Did you find it?

ZAKAR

No, my Lord. Nothing there.

Jannes screams madly.

ZAKAR (CONT'D)

My Lord?

JANNES

(mad)

What?

ZAKAR

I did find something though.

Jannes gets serious. The Oracle stares at Zakar.

JANNES

What is it?

Zakar takes something from the pocket of his jacket. It seems like a piece of paper. He hands it to Jannes.

ON: A PHOTO. In the photo, we can see Ava Nicolae and a younger Evelina.

Jannes has a look at the photo.

JANNES (CONT'D)

Who’s this?

Zakar smirks.

ZAKAR

Turn it.

Jannes turns around the photo and ---

ON: SOMETHING WRITTEN ON THE BACK:

‘Me and my little Lina’

Jannes looks at Zakar.

JANNES

A daughter?

ZAKAR

Who else?

JANNES

Where is this girl?

ZAKAR

That I don’t know.

JANNES

Well, what are you waiting for? Try to find her.

Zakar nods yes and SHIMMERS out.

ORACLE

Do you think the girl has the talisman?

JANNES

You are the Oracle here, my dear. You tell me.

Both stare at one another.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR – LIVING ROOM – DAY

A shattered Evelina is sitting on the couch. Prue is beside her trying to calm her down. Damon is standing in the doorway. Melinda comes in with a cup of tea. As Melinda comes in, she shoots Damon a lethal look. Damon sighs. Melinda hands the cup to Evelina.

MELINDA

Drink this. It’ll make you feel better.

Evelina takes the cup.

EVELINA

Thank you.

PRUE

Mel’s tea does magic.

Evelina glances at Prue. Melinda shoots Prue a look. Prue shrugs.

PRUE (CONT'D)

So, can you tell us who you are and what’s wrong?

Evelina has a sip of the tea. At that moment, Coop BEAMS in bringing Phoebe.

PHOEBE

Sorry, kids. I was at a meeting.

PRUE

Mum, dad!

Prue stands. She is surprised that they showed up that way.

PRUE (CONT'D)

When I told you to come fast, I didn’t mean that fast!

It seems like Evelina even didn’t notice it. Phoebe looks at Evelina.

PHOEBE

Evelina?

Prue, Melinda, and Damon are surprised that Phoebe knows the woman.

PHOEBE (CONT'D)

Evelina, is that you?

Evelina looks at Phoebe. She nods yes.

PHOEBE (CONT'D)

Oh, my God. Last time I saw you, you were a little girl.

Evelina puts the cup on the coffee table. Prue looks at her father trying to find an explanation, but Coop shrugs. Phoebe approaches Evelina.

PHOEBE (CONT'D)

It’s me. Phoebe. I knew your mother.

Evelina starts crying. Phoebe hugs her.

PHOEBE (CONT'D)

Oh, no my dear. Calm down.

Phoebe breaks the hug.

EVELINA

My mother ---

(gasps)

--- she ---

Tears run down her face.

EVELINA (CONT'D)

Mum died.

Phoebe is taken by surprise.

PHOEBE

Ava is dead?!

Evelina nods yes.

PHOEBE (CONT'D)

I didn’t even know she was sick. I mean. it’s been years since I last saw her.

EVELINA

She wasn’t sick.

Phoebe and Evelina stare at one another. Prue, Melinda, Damon, and Coop look at them.

EVELINA (CONT'D)

She was killed.

Phoebe glances at the others.

PHOEBE

Who killed her?

Evelina glances at the others. She’s breathing fast.

EVELINA

An evil being.

Evelina cries harder. Phoebe hugs her. Prue, Melinda, Damon, and Coop exchange glances.

CUT TO:

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO – GOLDEN GATE PARK – DAY

Junior is sitting on a seat at the park. He is thoughtful. He spins between his fingers the diamond ring as he looks at it.

FLASHES TO:

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO – GOLDEN GATE PARK – DAY (13 MONTHS BEFORE)

Junior and Olivia walk holding hands. Both seem happy.

OLIVIA

I liked the restaurant very much, thank you.

JUNIOR

(happy)

I’m glad you did.

They stop. They kiss passionately.

OLIVIA

But you haven’t told me what is this all about.

JUNIOR

You are so curious, Miss Clark.

Olivia smiles.

OLIVIA

I am, indeed.

Junior is about to take something from his pocket when Olivia’s phone rings.

OLIVIA (CONT'D)

Sorry, I thought I had it turned off.

Olivia looks for the phone inside her purse. Moments later she finds it. She looks at the screen.

OLIVIA (CONT'D)

Oh, it’s just a message.

She reads the message and as she does, her facial expression changes. She gets serious. Junior notices it.

JUNIOR

Is there something wrong?

Olivia looks at him.

OLIVIA

Hum ---

(pauses)

--- I need to go.

JUNIOR

Now? But why?

OLIVIA

Something came up.

JUNIOR

Can I take you?

Olivia seems shattered.

OLIVIA

No. I --- I’ll take a cab.

JUNIOR

Okay. I’ll see you tonight, then.

OLIVIA

No.

(disguises)

I’ll call you, okay?

Junior nods. Then, Olivia walks away fast as Junior watches her leaving.

JUNIOR

(serious)

I love you too.

ON JUNIOR.

FLASHES BACK TO:

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO – GOLDEN GATE PARK – DAY

Junior keeps spinning the ring between his fingers. He seems sad.

SOUND: VIBRATION TONE.

Junior takes his phone from his pocket and looks at the screen.

ON SCREEN:

’15 Missing Calls from Melissa’

Junior puts the phone back into the pocket. He stands and approaches a garbage can nearby. He is about to throw the ring in, but ---

He stops. Junior holds the ring with strength. He closes his eyes. He is suffering. He finally opens his eyes and puts the ring into his pants’ pocket.

Junior walks away.

CUT TO:

Prue, Melinda, and Phoebe are there as well as Evelina. They are sitting on the couches.

EVELINA

I just came from her funeral.

PRUE

EVELINA

A couple of days ago.

Evelina’s eyes are red.

PHOEBE

(holds Evelina’s hand)

EVELINA

I just know. The clinic was a mess. My mother’s house too.

Tears run down Evelina’s face.

EVELINA (CONT'D)

We haven’t talked in years and I didn’t get to say goodbye to her.

Phoebe, Prue and Melinda exchange glances. Evelina swallows.

EVELINA (CONT'D)

Whoever killed her was looking for something.

Evelina takes a small box from her bag.

PHOEBE

Is that ---?

Evelina looks at Phoebe.

EVELINA

When I was young and naïve, I used to believe mum’s stories about the Shuvanis.

PHOEBE

They were not stories, dear. They were real.

EVELINA

I know that now. But when I finished college, I thought that I wasn’t made for that stuff.

(remembering)

I ran away from it. I only saw her once after that and I didn’t even say a word to her.

Prue touches her belly.

EVELINA (CONT'D)

Anyway, before I left, she made me promise that if I ever needed help, I should look for the Halliwells.

MELINDA

You know who we are?

EVELINA

(nods yes)

Mum told me your mothers once helped her.

Evelina looks at Phoebe.

EVELINA (CONT'D)

She also gave me this.

Evelina looks at the box. She opens it.

ON: THE WAFFEDIYOK TALISMAN.

Prue and Melinda look at it.

PHOEBE

The Evil Eye.

PRUE

Is that a talisman?

Eveline nods yes. Phoebe stands.

PHOEBE

I remember when Ava showed us the talisman.

(looks at them)

It was blessed with the power of augmentation.

PRUE

Augmentation?

MELINDA

Does it mean that it increases power?

Phoebe nods.

PHOEBE

It increases the powers of its owner, yes. The Shuvanis are the keepers of the Evil Eye.

Prue stands.

PRUE

So ---

(thinking)

--- that was what they were looking for.

Prue looks at them.

PRUE (CONT'D)

The talisman.

EVELINA

That’s what I thought. It’s been with me since I left my mother’s home.

MELINDA

But who would want it?

PHOEBE

That’s always the million-dollar question, huh?!

EVELINA

If only I could ask mum who did it.

Melinda has an idea.

MELINDA

They look at Melinda.

Police cars parked outside.

INT. SAN FRANCISCO P.D. – CAPTAIN’S OFFICE – DAY

Wyatt and Damon are sitting there. Henry is not there.

WYATT

(surprised)

You really did that?

Wyatt stares at Damon.

DAMON

I did.

WYATT

How did she react to it?

DAMON

She disguised, but I noticed she didn’t like it.

WYATT

Yeah, obviously. You introduced yourself as her ex. What were you expecting?

DAMON

I don’t know, Wyatt. Maybe ---

Damon lowers his gaze. Wyatt keeps staring at him.

WYATT

You still have hopes that Mel would take you back.

Damon looks at his friend and nods. Wyatt takes a deep breath and taps Damon’s shoulder.

WYATT (CONT'D)

I hope she does.

Wyatt smiles sympathetically. At that moment, Henry comes in.

HENRY

I’ve managed to get the photos of the crime scene.

Henry closes the door behind him and heads to his chair. He puts the photos on the table for Wyatt and Damon to see it. Wyatt and Damon have a look at the photos.

ON: PHOTOS OF THE CRIME SCENE.

In the photos, we can see various images of Ava’s dead body as well as some from the crime scene.

HENRY (CONT'D)

No murder weapon was found.

Wyatt and Damon look at Henry.

HENRY (CONT'D)

They actually don’t know what killed her.

WYATT

(looks at the photos)

This looks like ---

(shakes his head)

--- Electrokinesis.

Wyatt points to Ava’s injury in the photos. Henry and Damon look at it.

WYATT (CONT'D)

Damon nods.

DAMON

If it wasn’t electrokinesis, then it was something very similar to it.

HENRY

Electrokinesis or not, the truth is she is dead. The case will be presented as robbery and murder.

Henry looks seriously at Wyatt and Damon.

HENRY (CONT'D)

And then it’ll be closed as many others.

WYATT

We’ll find whoever did this, Uncle Henry.

HENRY

I hope so.

WYATT

(to Damon)

Damon nods.

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR – ATTIC – DAY

A circle of candles has been placed on the floor of the attic. Prue, Melinda, Phoebe, and Evelina are there.

EVELINA

(unbelieving)

Are we going to bring my mother here?

PHOEBE

Yes.

EVELINA

A Mulo?

PHOEBE

Kinda.

MELINDA

What is a Mulo?

EVELINA

The living dead.

Evelina lowers her gaze feeling sad.

EVELINA (CONT'D)

Mum taught me about gypsy magic when I was young. I despised it. 

PHOEBE

You’ll get that back.

EVELINA

Without her to teach me? I don’t think so.

Phoebe approaches Evelina.

PHOEBE

Your mother had to learn everything by herself. You’ll be able to.

EVELINA

I hope so. I don’t want my little girl to grow up away from her heritage.

PRUE

You have a daughter?!

Evelina nods yes.

EVELINA

That was actually the last time I saw my mother. When she came to see my daughter for the first and only time two years ago.

Evelina looks at Prue’s belly.

EVELINA (CONT'D)

How many weeks?

PRUE

(touches her belly)

Nine.

Evelina smiles.

PHOEBE

Let’s summon Ava.

(to Evelina)

Come.

Phoebe reaches out her hand to grab Evelina’s. Phoebe takes Evelina towards the Book of Shadows. Melinda lights the candles, then heads towards the book as well. All four women stand in front of the book, which is already opened.

ON: BOOK OF SHADOWS – TO SUMMON THE DEAD SPELL.

PHOEBE (CONT'D)

(to Evelina)

You say the spell.

PRUE / MELINDA / PHOEBE / EVELINA

‘Hear these words,

They look around. At first, it seems like no one will show up, but then ---

THEY FEEL A CHILLI WIND coming in. Some bright lights begin to appear and soon the ghostly image of a woman appears before them: AVA NICOLAE.

Evelina looks at her mother.

EVELINA

Mum!

ON AVA. She smiles.

AVA

My sweet girl.

EVELINA

Mumma, I’m so sorry.

AVA

It is okay, Lina. You must be strong.

Ava looks at Phoebe.

AVA (CONT'D)

Phoebe ---

PHOEBE

Hi, Ava. I’m so sorry for what happened.

AVA

Phoebe, he cannot have it.

Ava looks at Prue and Melinda.

AVA (CONT'D)

He cannot put his hands on the Waffediyok.

PRUE

We won’t let that happen.

MELINDA

Can you tell us who did it? Was it a Gypsies' hunter?

AVA

Oh, no. This man had a black soul. The blackest soul I’ve ever seen.

Ava remembers.

AVA (CONT'D)

PHOEBE

Ava smiles.

PRUE

Ava looks at Prue.

Ava stares at them.

A Wizard.

Prue and Phoebe exchange glances.

AVA (CONT'D)

I must go now. They don’t let me stay for long.

(smiles)

I’ve met my mother again.

Phoebe smiles.

AVA (CONT'D)

And Theresa and Aunt Lydia.

PHOEBE

Say hi to them for me.

Ava smiles. Then she turns to Evelina.

AVA

My child, you must teach her everything. Don’t let her grow apart from her heritage. Someday she will be a Shuvani. But for now, that is your responsibility. Don’t ever forget it.

EVELINA

I won’t, Mumma.

AVA

Goodbye, my sweet girl. Basht.

And Ava disappears. Tears run down Evelina’s face. Phoebe hugs Evelina.

PHOEBE

Oh, my dear.

Prue and Melinda look at them. Melinda pokes Prue’s arm. Melinda signs Prue to follow her to a corner. Once there, Melinda whispers.

MELINDA

(to Prue)

What would a Wizard want with that talisman? Aren’t they powerful?

PRUE

What amazes me the most is that there is still Wizards out there.

(concerned)

It makes me wonder ---

Both cousins stare at one another. The concern is notorious in their faces.

EXT. PRESCOTT GROUP – DAY

The facade of the building is shown.

INT. PRESCOT GROUP – CONFERENCE’S ROOM – DAY

ON JULIAN. He is speaking to the workers of the company that are before them. Behind the workers are some Journalists. Melissa and Chris are among them.

Behind Julian, there are both Ruby and Jordan glamoured into someone else.

MELISSA

(to Chris)

Let’s hope the next adviser doesn’t end up being a demon.

Melissa looks at a glamoured Jordan.

CHRIS

Who’s the woman?

ON RUBY.

MELISSA

No idea.

Julian takes a deep breath.

JULIAN

The company has been growing by the day and the growth will continue. That’s why I’ve decided that it needs a new vision.

Ruby glares at the Journalists.

JULIAN (CONT'D)

New investments. New goals. We cannot stop.

Julian looks at Ruby who smiles at him.

JULIAN (CONT'D)

My new associated brings new ideas to our company.

The world ‘associated’ seems to amazed everybody in the room.

JULIAN (CONT'D)

Miss LaFontaine will be more than my eyes, my mouth, my arms.

Ruby approaches Julian.

JULIAN (CONT'D)

You must respect her as if she was me. Because she and I ---

Ruby and Julian hold hands.

JULIAN (CONT'D)

Ruby signs Julian to step aside. As he does, she starts speaking.

RUBY

I’m sure that you all can’t wait to work with me. I know I can’t wait to work with you all.

Ruby and Julian look at one another.

RUBY (CONT'D)

We are going to make great things together.

(looks at the audience)

Let’s work our magic, huh?!

Jordan starts clapping. Soon, the audience starts clapping too. Melinda leans to Chris to whisper something.

MELISSA

The powerful man has fallen into the cobweb.

CHRIS

Why do you say that?

MELISSA

Look at them. He’s fallen for her. And clearly, she is ambitious.

CHRIS

He is a businessman.

MELISSA

Every man has a weakness, Chris.

Chris looks at Melissa.

MELISSA (CONT'D)

They call it woman. And take my word for it, this confused speech was very clear to me.

(serious)

It was nothing more than a statement that from now on, she’ll control everything.

Melissa signs Chris to look at them. Ruby and Julian keep holdings hands. Ruby glances at Jordan who smiles.

CUT TO:

INT. HOUSE – LIVING ROOM – DAY

THE HOUSE SEEMS EMPTY. Zakar SHIMMERS in. He looks around. On the coffee table are some frames with family photos. Zakar approaches the table and takes one of the frames.

ON: FAMILY PHOTO. Evelina, a man (ESTEVAN, 38) and a 4-year-old girl (NADIA) can be seen.

Zakar drops the frame on the floor and steps on it. On a furniture in a corner is a telephone. The voice mail’s light is flashing in and out. Zakar sees it and walks towards it. He presses the bottom and soon, a male voice can be heard.

ESTEVAN (O.S.)

Lina, are you there? I’m trying to reach you all day. Nadia and I have got to my mother’s house as you asked us, but I still can't understand.

Zakar walks around still listening to the voice mail.

ESTEVAN (O.S.) (CONT'D)

Who are those Halliwells you were talking about?

Zakar stops at the sound of that name.

ESTEVAN (O.S.) (CONT'D)

Honey, I know that your mother’s death was a tragic event, but you didn’t make any sense this morning.

(pauses)

Anyway, I hope you can solve whatever you need to solve and come to meet us. Love you.

The voice mail ends. Zakar is serious. He SHIMMERS out.

CUT TO:

INT. UNDERWORLD – THE BLACK WIZARD’S CAVE – DAY

ON JANNES. He is serious.

JANNES

The Halliwells?

In the cave are also Zakar and the Oracle.

ORACLE

Of course. Why wouldn’t them be in the middle?

Jannes shoots her a look. She rolls her eyes. Jannes turns to Zakar.

JANNES

(to Zakar)

You’re going to go there and bring me the talisman.

Jannes turns around. Zakar stares at Jannes. He seems incredulous. The Oracle looks at Zakar. Jannes turns to Zakar and looks at him as he wasn’t supposed to be there.

JANNES (CONT'D)

What are you waiting?

ZAKAR

My Lord, the Halliwells?

Jannes shoots him a look. Zakar seems afraid of following Jannes’ commands.

ZAKAR (CONT'D)

Fighting them is ---

JANNES

Suicide?

Zakar nods yes.

JANNES (CONT'D)

It is indeed. But what do you prefer, being vanquished by them or being tortured by me?

Jannes stares at Zakar who remains serious for seconds. Then, Zakar lowers his gaze.

JANNES (CONT'D)

I thought so. Now go!

Zakar looks at Jannes and nods yes. He SHIMMERS out.

ORACLE

Being tortured by you must be terrifying.

Jannes turns to her.

ORACLE (CONT'D)

Is that what you plan to do when you lay your hands on her?

Jannes turns around. He is serious.

JANNES

She took a lot of thing from me. My powers ---

(turns to the Oracle)

She copied them. I taught her everything I knew. I treat her like a daughter.

ORACLE

She didn’t take everything from you.

Jannes and the Oracle look one another in the eyes.

ORACLE (CONT'D)

Your wand. One of the first wands created by the first Wizards for the first Wizards. Smart move that only the true owner can lay hands on it.

JANNES

We knew how to do things.

The Oracle smiles.

JANNES (CONT'D)

How did you know who I am?

ORACLE

I see things, remember?

JANNES

If you are that good ---

Jannes walks towards her.

JANNES (CONT'D)

--- then, tell me. Will I ever lay hands on her?

The Oracle smiles.

ORACLE

I only see a dark future for all of us.

Both stare at one another.

ORACLE (CONT'D)

The Oracle turns to leave, but ---

JANNES

The Oracle stops. ON THE ORACLE. She is serious.

JANNES (CONT'D)

The Oracle turns around and faces Jannes.

JANNES (CONT'D)

I’m one of the first Wizards, remember?

ORACLE

No one has treated me by that name in years.

JANNES

You have a dark past, dear.

(smirks)

Make sure it doesn’t come back to haunt you.

The Oracle swallows. She turns around and leaves the cave. ON JANNES. He smirks.

Melinda comes from the attic and runs into Wyatt and Damon.

WYATT

MELINDA

Melinda looks at Damon.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

(to Damon)

What are you doing here?

Wyatt glares at Damon. Damon takes a deep breath.

WYATT

I’d better meet Prue.

Wyatt heads quickly towards the attic.

MELINDA

You had no right!

Melinda walks pass Damon. Damon grimaces and goes after her.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR – STAIRCASE / MAIN HALL – DAY

Melinda comes downstairs followed by Damon. Melinda is furious.

MELINDA

You had no right to step into my restaurant and do what you did.

DAMON

Did I lie? I only said the truth.

Melinda stops at where the Magic School’s door used to be. Damon stops. Melinda turns to him.

MELINDA

You had no right to tell him who you were.

DAMON

Oh, I see. You never mentioned me to him.

BEAT. Damon is right. Melinda turns around and keeps coming downstairs.

DAMON (CONT'D)

Isn’t it?

Both are in the main hall now. Melinda stops and looks at him.

DAMON

Why?

MELINDA

Because you were not important.

DAMON

Ouch! That hurts.

(hurt)

I was not important?

Melinda looks aside.

DAMON (CONT'D)

(hurt and mad)

I was not important?

MELINDA

Look, Damon, you are in the past now. I’m with Liam now.

Damon swallows.

DAMON

If I wasn’t important, why did you give me another chance?

Both stare at one another. Melinda says nothing.

DAMON (CONT'D)

No, Mel. You loved me as I loved you.

(steps forward)

As I still love you.

Both look each other in the eye.

DAMON (CONT'D)

MELINDA

DAMON

I don’t need to hear more lies today, Mel.

Damon turns around and starts heading upstairs. Then he stops, but doesn’t turn to face her.

DAMON (CONT'D)

I just hope you realize it in time, cause I’m done fighting for us.

He heads upstairs. ON MELINDA. She is serious. Melinda takes a deep breath.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR – ATTIC – DAY

Wyatt, Phoebe, Prue, and Evelina are there. Wyatt is telling them what he knows.

WYATT

It was definitely demon’s work.

Prue shoots him a look. Wyatt looks at Evelina.

WYATT (CONT'D)

Sorry.

Evelina lowers her gaze.

PRUE

It wasn’t a demon.

(pauses)

It was a Wizard.

WYATT

A --- Wizard?

Prue and Phoebe nod yes.

PHOEBE

We summoned Ava and she told us.

WYATT

Wizards, they ---

PHOEBE

There are still a few out there, Wy.

WYATT

Yes, but they live in hiding. I don’t remember the last time I even heard about them.

PHOEBE

I do. I encountered a few in the past. Actually, Piper, Paige and I did.

PRUE

Do you think it might be one of them?

PHOEBE

Oh, no. All vanquished!

WYATT

What I don’t understand is what a Wizard would want with Ava.

PHOEBE

He wants the Evil Eye.

Wyatt doesn’t understand.

WYATT

The evil what?

Evelina approaches the table and takes the box where she keeps the talisman.

EVELINA

It is a talisman that has passed through generations.

Evelina walks towards Wyatt and once she’s close to him, she opens the box showing him what’s inside.

EVELINA (CONT'D)

It is a powerful ancient talisman that was blessed with the power of augmentation.

Wyatt looks at it.

EVELINA (CONT'D)

It duplicates the power of its possessor.

Wyatt’s look is focused on the talisman.

EVELINA (CONT'D)

It is the symbol of the Shuvanis.

For some reason, Wyatt is unable to take his eyes off the talisman. And ---

Wyatt approaches his right hand towards it and he is about to take it.

Phoebe and Prue exchange glances as Wyatt takes the talisman and holds it in his hand still looking at it. It almost feels like the talisman is calling for Wyatt. Evelina looks at Phoebe and Prue not understanding Wyatt’s reaction.

WYATT

It increases someone’s powers ---

PRUE

Wyatt?

WYATT

I could ---

Prue and Phoebe exchange glances again.

WYATT (CONT'D)

I could protect ---

PRUE

(bossy)

Wyatt!

Wyatt turns to Prue. She tries to hide her concern.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Put it back in the box.

Wyatt looks at the talisman again. He doesn’t want to let go of it. Evelina looks from Phoebe and Prue to Wyatt.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Hand it back to Evelina, Wyatt.

Wyatt glances from Prue to Evelina who stares at him. She seems frightened.

WYATT

I’m sorry. Of course.

Wyatt puts the talisman back in the box and Evelina closes the box as fast as she can.

PHOEBE

What was that?

Wyatt looks at Phoebe and then glances at Prue. Prue is serious.

WYATT

I could feel its power.

PRUE

Let’s make sure that it remains inside that box and in Evelina’s hands.

Prue and Wyatt stare at one another. Wyatt has a sorry look on his face.

As the sun sets, the moon rises in the sky. Aerial footage all over the town as its lights are turned on.

The tall glass building stands omnipotent. Every building around it looks inferior, powerless. Now Prescott Group’s building seems to be the center of everything. The most important place in town. And in that future, it might be.

Jo stands, looking at the tall building. She is serious. She needs the courage to do something. The only way out.

MATT (O.S.)

Jo turns around. Matt, her cousin is there.

MATT (CONT'D)

Don’t do it.

JO

It’s the only way, Matt.

Matt approaches her.

MATT

Joining them? Becoming one of them?

JO

They say that ---

MATT

They would say anything to get you on their side.

Jo lowers her gaze.

Matt takes Jo’s hands.

Both Matt and Jo turn around to face PATIENCE (24). A dark brown hair girl with dark brown eyes and evil look all over herself. She wears black jacket and pants and a purple shirt.

MATT

We are leaving now, Patience.

PATIENCE

(pretends to be disappointed)

Jo nods. Matt and Jo turn to leave.

Matt and Jo walk out without looking back. Patience smiles. Another woman, PERI (24), approaches Patience. Peri looks a lot like Patience: She has dark brown hair, but light brown eyes, and the same evil look all over her. She’s wearing black jacket and pants and a dark blue shirt. They both stare at Matt and Jo as they walk away.

PERI

Was that ---?

PATIENCE

Yes. She came to join us, but that Matt stopped her.

PERI

We’ll have to take care of him someday.

PATIENCE

I wish, but right now we are not allowed to do it.

Patience looks at Peri.

PATIENCE (CONT'D)

She would kill us if we hurt him.

PERI

A little torture wouldn’t hurt.

Patience and Peri look at Matt and Jo walking away.

Jo is looking at the computer screen with her eyes fixed on the screen.

Coop enters the dining room and she doesn’t notice it. Coop realizes she’s far away.

COOP

Hey!

Jo jumps from the chair. She wasn’t waiting for company.

COOP (CONT'D)

Sorry, I scared you.

Jo tries to recover from the fright.

JO

It okay. I thought I was alone.

COOP

I’ve noticed your mind was not here.

Jo shuts down the computer.

COOP (CONT'D)

Was it in the future?

Jo stands and smiles.

JO

Kinda.

COOP

A future you’re trying to change?

Jo nods.

COOP (CONT'D)

Jo is doubtful.

Jo gives in. She lowers her gaze.

JO (CONT'D)

The good ones live in hiding, while evil rules.

But you don’t hide?

JO

To fear evil is to fear life.

Jo wipes away the tear with the back of her hand.

JO (CONT'D)

It scares me, it really does, but I need to keep fighting. I can’t give in on the evil side. I don’t want to be one of those who crossed sides or live in hiding, fearing those who rule the world.

Coop takes Jo’s hands for her to feel his support.

COOP

We should never give in to fear. We should never stop fighting.

They look at one another.

COOP (CONT'D)

You were very brave in coming here.

JO

Even when people don’t trust in my good intentions?

Coop smiles.

COOP

That’s just Prue. Be patient with her.

JO

She questions every move I take.

Coop laughs.

Jo smiles. Then both stare at one another.

COOP

In the dark, Zakar watches the Halliwell Manor.

ZAKAR POV: The attic’s light is on.

ON ZAKAR. He SHIMMERS out.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR – ATTIC – EVENING

ON: WAFFEDIYOK’S BOX. It is placed on the table.

Wyatt looks at Evelina as she puts the box on the table. Evelina shoots Wyatt a look. He looks away. Prue and Phoebe are by the Book of Shadows. Phoebe flips through its pages. Damon is also there looking through the window.

PHOEBE

I don’t think I ever saw something about Wizards here.

At that moment, something calls Daman’s attention.

DAMON

You, guys!

They look at Damon.

DAMON (CONT'D)

I saw something and ---

That’s when Zakar SHIMMERS in. Damon sees Zakar shimmering in.

DAMON (CONT'D)

We’ve got company.

The others turn around and look at Zakar.

ZAKAR

I believe you’ve got something I want.

Wyatt turns to Evelina.

WYATT

(to Evelina)

The box!

Evelina walks fast towards the box as Wyatt WAVES his hands and throws Zakar TELEKINETICALLY against a wall. Zakar falls down the floor. Prue looks at Evelina and WAVES her hand BEAMING Evelina out of there without saying a word. Zakar gets up and as soon as he does, he THROWS ENERGY BALLS against Wyatt, Prue, Phoebe, and Damon.

PHOEBE

That’s a demon!

PRUE

Seriously, mum?!

In that moment, something happens. As Wyatt creates a FORCE FIELD, from Prue’s belly a PURPLE FORCE FIELD starts forming too. Both FORCE FIELD JOIN INTO ONE creating a visual effect never seen before and keeping inside the four of them. The ENERGY BALLS hit the barrier and return to Zakar quickly. Zakar is hit by the ENERGY BALLS and combusts fast. He screams loudly.

The FORCE FIELD is turned off. Wyatt and Prue look at one another astonished. Phoebe and Damon are astonished as well.

PHOEBE

It looks like my little granddaughter is going to be as powerful as her parents.

PRUE

Indeed.

At that moment, Melinda comes running.

MELINDA

(gasping)

Where’s the Wizard?

PRUE

No Wizard. It was a demon!

At that moment, Evelina comes in fearful.

EVELINA

Is it gone?

Melinda nods yes.

PHOEBE

I don’t understand. Ava said that it was a Wizard who attacked her.

EVELINA

Wasn’t it a Wizard?

WYATT

The man we vanquished was a demon.

DAMON

And not a good one.

They look at Damon.

DAMON (CONT'D)

He was powerless when Prue and Wyatt’s force field worked together.

MELINDA

(confused)

PRUE

It was the baby. Anyway, if it wasn’t a Wizard ---

EVELINA

My mother wasn’t used to this stuff. Maybe she didn’t know exactly who that was.

Phoebe lowers her gaze.

PHOEBE

They all look at Phoebe.

PHOEBE (CONT'D)

Ava only faced a demon in her entire life from what I know.

EVELINA

Orin.

Phoebe nods. She looks at them all.

PHOEBE

I believe our work here is done. The demon was vanquished and won’t go after Evelina.

WYATT

Are we sure about that?

DAMON

It makes sense. I don’t see why Wizards, who happen to be powerful beings, would want with a talisman.

PRUE

Not to mention that Wizards are almost extinct.

WYATT

Still, there are a few out there.

MELINDA

So, what? Do we keep looking?

Evelina, still holding the talisman’s box strongly, approaches them.

EVELINA

I do believe you’ve done enough. Mum wasn’t used to this and she probably didn’t know who killed her.

They look seriously at Evelina.

EVELINA (CONT'D)

I won’t forget what I’ve learned today and what she though me. I’ll try to pass that to my daughter.

Phoebe approaches Eveliina.

PHOEBE

You know where to find us if you need us.

Evelina smiles. Phoebe hugs Evelina.

MELINDA

There is Magic School.

Phoebe and Evelina break the hug.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

Your daughter could learn a lot there.

Phoebe nods.

EVELINA

I won’t forget that.

They smile.

WYATT

Let me take you home, Evelina.

Prue looks at Wyatt.

PHOEBE

Damon, honey, would you mind to go along?

Wyatt looks at Phoebe.

Just to make sure everything is okay there.

Damon nods. Wyatt looks at Prue. Both stare at one another for moments.

Aerial footage all over the town.

INT. OLIVIA’S APARTMENT – NIGHT

A pregnant Olivia opens the front door. BEAT. Junior is there. Standing serious at her. She is surprised.

OLIVIA

Junior!

He says nothing.

OLIVIA (CONT'D)

Would you like to come in?

Still silent, Junior comes in. Olivia closes the door. Then, both head into the living room.

CUT TO:

INT. OLIVIA’S APARTMENT – LIVING ROOM – NIGHT

Junior comes in followed by Olivia. He is serious. Junior turns to her, and as he does ---

FLASHES TO:

INT. OLIVIA’S APARTMENT – LIVING ROOM – NIGHT (12 MONTHS BEFORE – FLASHBACK)

Junior comes in followed by Olivia. Olivia is wearing a night robe. Junior seems stressed.

JUNIOR

--- So, I decided to come.

OLIVIA

It’s not the right moment.

JUNIOR

It’s not the ---

(pauses)

--- Honey, for the past month you’ve been avoiding me. I just want to know what’s wrong.

OLIVIA

Nothing is wrong.

JUNIOR

Then, what’s going on?

He approaches her and tries to kiss her, but Olivia turns away her face. Junior finds that attitude weird.

JUNIOR (CONT'D)

Nothing is wrong?!

Junior steps back. Olivia is not able to look him in the eyes.

JUNIOR (CONT'D)

Olivia?

She doesn’t look at him. That’s when Junior looks around and something calls his attention.

ON: MAN’S JACKET ON THE SOFA.

Junior approaches the jacket and takes it. Olivia looks at him and doesn’t know what to say.

JUNIOR (CONT'D)

It’s not mine.

OLIVIA

Junior ---

Junior looks at her. His face starts becoming red with rage.

JUNIOR

It’s not mine.

OLIVIA

I can explain.

Junior throws the jacket on the sofa.

(mad)

Olivia is about to start talking when ---

LOGAN (O.S.)

Babe ---

A man comes from inside the house. He is wearing briefs. Logan (30’s) stops as he sees them there. Junior looks at Logan. Mixed feelings take over him. His face is really red with rage.

LOGAN (CONT'D)

I’m sorry, I ---

Olivia looks at Junior. He looks her back. Disappointment and rage can be seen in Junior’s eyes.

OLIVIA

I’m sorry ---

JUNIOR

You’re sorry?!

Junior looks at her with disdain.

JUNIOR (CONT'D)

I don’t want to see you ever again.

Junior walks out quickly. Olivia starts crying. Logan looks at her.

FLASHES BACK TO:

INT. OLIVIA’S APARTMENT - LIVING ROOM – NIGHT

Olivia and Junior stare at one another.

OLIVIA

JUNIOR

Is it his?

Olivia is serious. Then, she lowers her gaze.

OLIVIA

I never meant for it to happen.

JUNIOR

But it did.

Olivia looks at Junior.

OLIVIA

I’m sorry. Logan was ---

(takes a deep breath)

--- He wanted to give another chance to our marriage.

JUNIOR

A word. That would have been enough.

Junior takes the engagement ring out from his pocket.

JUNIOR (CONT'D)

That’s why you were never truly okay with us becoming serious.

Junior looks at the ring.

JUNIOR (CONT'D)

You never stopped loving him.

OLIVIA

(steps forward)

I did love you.

JUNIOR

(looks at her)

It wasn’t enough.

Junior walks towards her and hands her the ring.

JUNIOR (CONT'D)

This is how it ends.

Olivia looks at the ring. She doesn’t take it. She looks him in the eyes.

JUNIOR (CONT'D)

Congratulations!

Junior takes Olivia’s hand and puts the ring on it. He leaves the room. Olivia looks at the ring.

SOUND: FRONT DOOR OPENING AND CLOSING.

Olivia touches her belly as she takes a deep breath.

CUT TO:

EXT. BAY MIRROR – NIGHT

STOCK. Only a few lights are on in the building.

CUT TO:

INT. BAY MIRROR – MIRROR’S MAGAZINE – REDACTION ROOM – NIGHT

Only Melissa’s desk lamp is on. Melissa is working at her desk. Chris comes out from his office carrying his briefcase.

CHRIS

I’m done for today.

Melissa looks at him.

CHRIS (CONT'D)

Are you still working on that article?

Melissa nods yes.

MELISSA

I’ve got the perfect title.

(quoting)

‘Prescott Group ruled by Red’.

Chris smiles.

CHRIS

Make sure Wyatt approves it before it goes to print.

MELISSA

Wyatt will give me green light.

Chris smiles.

CHRIS

I’ll see you tomorrow. Bianca is waiting for me.

MELISSA

Send my love to her.

Chris smiles. He leaves the room. Melissa gets back to her computer. She stops typing and has a look at her smartphone.

ON: MELISSA’S PHONE SCREEN:

No new messages

Melissa keeps typing on the computer when some blue orbs start appearing. Junior ORBS in front of her desk. Melissa looks at him. He seems down.

JUNIOR

She slept with him while we were still together.

Melissa is serious.

JUNIOR (CONT'D)

She betrayed me and never really loved me.

Melissa stands. Junior lowers his gaze.

JUNIOR (CONT'D)

I was going to ask her to marry me!

Junior raises his head and a tear starts running down his face. He wipes the tear with the back of his hand.

JUNIOR (CONT'D)

I’m sorry.

Melissa walks towards him and hugs him strongly.

MELISSA

It’s okay.

Junior hugs her back and both remain that way while the camera slowly moves away.

CUT TO:

INT. EVELINA’S HOME – LIVING ROOM – NIGHT

ON: EVELINA PUTS THE TALISMAN’S BOX ON A SHELVE.

Wyatt looks at her seriously. Damon comes in.

DAMON

I’ve checked the rooms ---

Wyatt and Evelina turn to Damon.

DAMON (CONT'D)

Nothing there.

EVELINA

I’ll be okay now.

WYATT

Are you sure you don’t want us to stay a little longer?

Evelina nods.

EVELINA

You’ve done enough. I’ll be fine. Besides, tomorrow morning I’ll leave to meet my husband and child.

(looks at Wyatt)

Wyatt gives her a sympathetic smile.

DAMON

(to Wyatt)

Time for us to leave.

Wyatt nods yes. Then, Wyatt ORBS out and Damon SHIMMERS out. Evelina takes a deep breath and sits back on the couch. She puts her legs on the coffee table and closes her eyes.

STOCK. Lights are on.

Prue, Melinda, and Phoebe are there.

The front door opens and Coop comes in followed by Jo.

COOP

Hey, girls!

PHOEBE

Honey!

Phoebe and Coop kiss passionately. Jo smiles.

MELINDA

Stop it, guys!

Phoebe and Coop smile. Phoebe looks at Jo.

PHOEBE

Jo, dear!

Phoebe approaches Jo and holds her hand. Phoebe tries to have a premonition and Jo notices it.

JO

It won’t work.

Phoebe looks at her. Prue and Melinda exchange glances.

PHOEBE

That’s weird.

PRUE

Indeed.

Jo looks at Prue. Both stare at one another.

COOP

Guys, I think Jo’s intentions are good, okay?

PRUE

How do you know, dad?

COOP

I just know, sweetie.

Prue shoots her dad a look. At that moment, Wyatt ORBS in while Damon SHIMMERS in.

WYATT

Done. Evelina Nicolae is safe at home.

Prue approaches Wyatt and both kiss.

PRUE

Wyatt smiles. Jo is serious.

JO

Nicolae?

They look at Jo.

PHOEBE

(to Jo)

Do you recognize the name?

Jo is thoughtful.

JO

(remembering)

They are serious. Prue looks at Wyatt.

It’s like Wyatt knows what Prue wants to say. Wyatt ORBS out quickly.

CUT TO:

INT. EVELINA’S HOME – LIVING ROOM – NIGHT

The scenario is of destruction. Every furniture is turned upside down. Jannes is there. He is holding Evelina’s neck and is suffocating her.

JANNES

Where is it?

Evelina is in pain.

EVELINA

My mother died protecting it. I’ll do the same.

Jannes throws Evelina against a wall. The woman falls on the floor. She stays on the floor in pain.

JANNES

I’ll go after your descendants.

EVELINA

(crying)

No!

Evelina looks at Jannes. She is desperate. Jannes CONJURES his wand and points it to Evelina.

At that moment, Wyatt ORBS in behind Jannes and looks around. Not thinking twice, Wyatt tries to locate the box. He finds it still in the shelve that is now on the floor. Evelina sees Wyatt. Wyatt approaches the box fast and opens it. He takes the Waffediyok and looks at it.

JANNES

(to Evelina)

Prepare to die!

Wyatt looks at Jannes.

WYATT

Not quite yet.

Jannes turns and sees Wyatt there. He wasn’t waiting for it. Jannes doesn’t think twice and points his wand to Wyatt. At the same time, Wyatt WAVES his right hand while still holding the talisman with the left. From Jannes’ wand comes ELECTROKINETIC RAYS, while Wyatt shoots him some ELECTROKINETIC RAYS too. Both powers meet one another shooting rays in every direction.

A frightened Evelina tries to hide behind a sofa. The rays hit everything in the room. And ---

A BIG EXPLOSION. The impact of the explosion hits the sofa that is thrown away taking Evelina along. The woman falls on the floor unconscious. Both Jannes and Wyatt fly across the room. The rays stop has both of them fall down the floor unconscious.

CUT TO:

INT. EVELINA’S HOME – LIVING ROOM – NIGHT (TIME LAPSE)

A scenario of destruction. Evelina still lies on the floor unconscious. Wyatt is also lying on the floor unconscious. He has an injury in his head and blood runs down his forehead.

ON JANNES. He begins waking up. All his body is in pain. He looks around and locates his wand. He walks towards it and takes it. Jannes SPIRALIZES out.

As soon as Jannes is gone, someone appears: Ruby APPEARS in a FADING EFFECT. She’s wearing a red jumpsuit. She looks around. Ruby locates Wyatt lying on the floor. She walks towards him and lowers down.

Ruby caresses Wyatt’s hair softly. She smiles.

RUBY

Poor kiddo, you’ll be fine.

Ruby sees the talisman in Wyatt’s left hand. She takes it and ---

FLASHES TO:

INT. DARK TOWER – CELL – UNKNOWN TIME OF DAY (MANY CENTURIES BEFORE - FLASHBACK)

The cell is dark. A female figure is sitting on the floor covered with a red dirty cape. The person has her head down and doesn’t seem to be in good shape.

THE STEEL DOOR OPENS. A man, wearing a gray cape that covers his head and face, comes in. The man uncovers his face to reveal ---

BEAT. No other than Jannes. He looks at the woman. Jannes walks slowly towards her and stops as he is closer to her. Jannes stands next to her.

JANNES

Come, child. You are free.

The woman raises her face slowly. The short light that comes from the tiny window lights up her face. Covered with dung, but still recognizable. BEAT. That woman is Ruby. Ruby looks at Jannes.

FLASHES BACK TO:

INT. EVELINA’S HOME – LIVING ROOM – NIGHT

Ruby holds the Waffediyok in her hands. She looks at Wyatt.

RUBY

We’ll meet again once we both are ready.

Ruby touches Wyatt’s face softly. Then she stands, takes a potion bottle out her pocket and THROWS it on the floor. She DISAPPEARS in a FADING EFFECT.
