OVER BLACK.

FADE IN:

INT. SHADOWS' TEMPLE - RITUAL ROOM - NIGHT

MUSIC: SHOT IN THE DARK by Within Temptation.

There's a big pool in the center of the room. The room is lighted with candles on its dark walls. Surrounding the pool are Shadow Witches holding black and white roses with a single candle in the middle. All the Shadows are wearing long black dresses.

CLOSE UP: A PAIR OF BARE FEET climbing the pool's outside stairs. The woman gets into the pool. Then another pair of bare feet and another.

CLOSE UP: On the other edge of the pool, Prue gets off the pool. All wet. Wearing just a simple black dress. She comes down the outside stairs of the pool. Following her, Melinda and Tamora come out. All three wearing simple black dresses. All three wet.

Waiting for them are Raina, Davina and Delilah. The Charmed Ones stand in from of Raina, Davina and Delilah. Raina smiles and signs the Charmed Ones to follow them.

On Prue, Melinda and Tamora's faces, there's a new look never seen before. Something has changed.

The Charmed Ones follow Raina, Davina and Delilah.

CUT TO:

INT. SHADOWS' TEMPLE - RITUAL ROOM - NIGHT (MOMENTS LATER)

MUSIC KEEPS PLAYING.

All three Charmed Ones are sitting. Some other Shadows are making their hairs.

CUT TO:

INT. SHADOWS' TEMPLE - RITUAL ROOM - NIGHT (MOMENTS LATER)

MUSIC KEEPS PLAYING.

CLOSE UP: SOMEONE PULLING A BLACK DRESS' CLOSURE. AND ANOTHER. AND ANOTHER.

CLOSE UP: BLACK PAIR OF HIGH HEELS. AND ANOTHER. AND ANOTHER.

The camera moves up slowly. Long, elegant, black dress. And finally the face of its owner: PRUE HALLIWELL. Serious. Untouched. Determined. Proud. Sure. Secure. Powerful and above all Charmed.

Melinda and Tamora are a step behind Prue. Melinda on Prue's left and Tamora on Prue's right. All three girls have a powerful look on their faces. All three seem untouched, determined, proud, sure, secure. Powerful and above all Charmed.

Indeed, something has changed.

Raina, Davina and Delilah are before them. All three smile.

MUSIC FADES OFF.

RAINA

(smiling)

You are ready now.

Prue smiles powerful.

Some shots of the town as the day starts.

CUT TO:

EXT. HALLIWELL MANOR - DAY

STOCK.

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - ATTIC - DAY

Wyatt comes in fast.

WYATT

Anything?

There are Chris, Junior and Damon. Junior is scrying.

DAMON

I just came in. Looked everywhere and nothing.

CHRIS

I also went Up There and they know nothing. Well, they know something is happening.

WYATT

How?

Chris glances at the others.

CHRIS

They can feel it.

(pauses)

I heard someone saying that what they felt months ago is here now.

WYATT

(worried)

This is bad.

CHRIS

It might not be.

They all look at Chris.

CHRIS (CONT'D)

Remember before. They didn't know what was it. Good or evil.

WYATT

If it was good, Chris, they would have showed up sooner. Not put us through tests.

JUNIOR

I agree. Charlotte almost died because of that.

CHRIS

Yeah, but she didn't.

They all look at Chris.

CHRIS (CONT'D)

And the truth is, we are stronger now.

WYATT

Still, they want the Charmed Ones. Not the nine of us.

CHRIS

Well, you know. Women can be complicated.

Wyatt takes his hands to his hips.

WYATT

What side are you on?

CHRIS

Our side. Of course.

Wyatt deviates his eyes from the others.

DAMON

I think we should call them and tell them what's going on.

Wyatt nods no.

WYATT

I can't put them through this.

JUNIOR

We don't know what Aunt Phoebe could do. Her baby daughter is dating a witch that appears to be not good. And her Ladybug has crossed side and God knows what she's up to.

DAMON

But, guys, they will find out. Sooner or later. Besides, Uncle Coop is a Cupid. Sooner or later he'll know.

CHRIS

That's true.

Wyatt thinks for seconds.

WYATT

Fine.

(to Chris)

Get Uncle Coop and tell him what's going on.

JUNIOR

Oh, and don't forget my mom. If they know something Up There, she'll know.

PAIGE (O.S.)

You're right.

Paige ORBS in.

PAIGE (CONT'D)

What's going on?

The boys exchange glances.

PAIGE (CONT'D)

They are agitated Up There. Something is happening. Prue told me that the heavens are on alert.

WYATT

Prue?

PAIGE

Your Aunt.

(to Wyatt)

Not your wife.

Wyatt gets it.

PAIGE (CONT'D)

So? Do you know what's happening?

The boys exchange glances.

CHRIS

I'll get Uncle Coop.

Chris ORBS out. Paige stares at the boys.

CUT TO:

INT. MAGIC SCHOOL - GREAT HALL - DAY

Charlotte, Pandora and Bianca are there searching in books.

PANDORA

My eyes are dried. I can't read another word.

Pandora closes the book.

CHARLOTTE

We have to keep searching.

PANDORA

We've been doing this for the whole night and nothing.

BIANCA

(to Charlotte)

Maybe the only thing that's been written about them was in that book you brought home yesterday.

CHARLOTTE

Maybe or maybe not. I mean, if Shadows Witches exist then there must be something in the books.

BIANCA

Well, they are as old as time so maybe they were raised before books were invented.

CHARLOTTE

There were other forms of writing. You know that, Bianca.

Bianca and Pandora exchange glances.

CHARLOTTE (CONT'D)

C'mon, girls. This is important. We can't give up.

BIANCA

What if what they are doing is what they are supposed to do and we are not supposed to stop it.

CHARLOTTE

(serious)

You don't believe that, right?

Bianca shrugs. Bianca opens another book and starts flipping through it.

PANDORA

Has anyone told Cassandra what's going on?

CHARLOTTE

I called Demetria and told her everything I knew. She's trying to get Cass, but she's not listening.

All three girls remind silent for a while.

BIANCA

I wonder what's happening.

They all exchange glances.

CUT TO:

INT. SHADOWS TEMPLE - CORRIDOR - DAY

Melinda and Tamora come in walking with Davina and Delilah.

DAVINA

(cheerful)

You are going to like it here.

MELINDA

You mean that we have to live here?

DAVINA

Not exactly. You can have a life down there, you know?

(pauses)

We were once mortals. We have the same needs.

Melinda and Tamora exchange glances.

TAMORA

When you say needs, you mean ---

Davina smiles shamelessly.

DAVINA

I mean all kind of needs.

DELILAH

We have normal lives.

DAVINA

Have fun. Date. Get married.

MELINDA

Get married?

Davina and Delilah nod yes.

TAMORA

So, you guys have been married?

DAVINA

A couple of times.

DELILAH

In Davina's case, it was more than a couple of times. Make it a couple of times, times ten.

DAVINA

(disguising)

Don't listen to her. She's exaggerating.

TAMORA

(sarcastic)

Wow, some of us want to get away from that while others jump to it.

Tamora and Delilah exchange funny glances.

MELINDA

There's something I don't understand. Shadows don't age. I mean, if a Shadow gets married, how to explain that?

Davina and Delilah stop. Melinda and Tamora too.

DAVINA

We get to choose.

(pauses)

You can either choose a human life or a mortal life.

DELILAH

If you choose a human life, you won't age. I once had to use spells to pretend to be aging to the eyes of others. That way I could stay close to my husband till his last breath.

MELINDA

That's so sad. I mean, cute, but sad.

DELILAH

I loved him. But not enough to choose a mortal life.

TAMORA

(curious)

How does the mortal life work?

DAVINA

As it sounds. You become mortal.

DELILAH

If you choose human life, you can come back at any time.

MELINDA

I'm guessing if one chooses mortal life it doesn't work the same way.

DAVINA

Well, once a Shadow, forever a Shadow. But in that case, the return needs to be approved by the rest of us. We put at balance how that Shadow lived her life as a mortal and decided if she deserves to come back or not.

Melinda and Tamora exchange glances.

MELINDA

Has anyone left for and came back?

Davina and Delilah exchange glances.

DELILAH

Just a few decided to stay and live as mortals until their last breath.

DAVINA

There's also a third way to stop being a Shadow and this one has no turning back.

TAMORA

What's that way?

DAVINA

Destroying her own necklace.

Melinda and Tamora exchange glances.

DAVINA (CONT'D)

You'll get one of these.

Davina touches her black diamond necklace.

TAMORA

I've noticed it before. They are beautiful.

DAVINA

It's created for us. Once a Shadow is born the necklace it's created. It appears just like that in the Font.

DELILAH

That's one of the few powers that remained from the Stone.

DAVINA

The Source couldn't steal that.

TAMORA

Wait, the Source had a necklace too?

DAVINA

Yes, he did.

TAMORA

Black diamond necklace?

Davina smiles and nods yes.

DAVINA

He was OK with it.

MELINDA

What happened to his necklace?

DAVINA

Became part of his powers.

TAMORA

(takes a deep breath)

Lots of things to process.

Melinda nods.

MELINDA

So, what comes next?

DAVINA

The last part of the ritual. You'll get your necklaces and we'll grant you with the Shadows' powers.

DELILAH

And then, we'll be able to summon the Stone's Power back home.

Davina and Delilah exchange glances and smile.

DAVINA

Let's go.

Davina and Delilah keep walking while Melinda and Tamora follow them.

CUT TO:

INT. SHADOWS TEMPLE - PROPHECY ROOM - DAY

Prue is there looking at each one of the Prophecy stones. In the center of the room is the Font, still with the black liquid inside. Raina comes in. Prue glances at her.

PRUE

It seems that I can start reading them now. It's still not clear what's writing in it, but I can understand a few words.

RAINA

The process to become a Shadow has already started, so that's normal.

Prue walks towards the Font.

PRUE

(curious)

What is this for?

RAINA

Our necklaces appear here. On the day a new woman, meant to become a Shadow, is born, the Font creates the diamond itself.

PRUE

(sarcastic)

You could make money out of this.

Raina smiles.

RAINA

We don't need money, Prue.

PRUE

Well, somehow you got it, cause that house you got down there was gorgeous.

RAINA

Thanks.

Prue gets thoughtful for moments.

RAINA (CONT'D)

What's on your mind?

PRUE

(takes a deep breath)

I feel them calling me. All the time.

RAINA

They don't understand yet, Prue. But they will. Once the ritual is completed they will be more open to understanding.

PRUE

Even Wyatt?

Raina approaches Prue.

RAINA

You two are now married. You are one. I'm sure he will follow you.

PRUE

(smiles sarcastic)

I guess you don't know us that well.

Raina looks serious at Prue.

RAINA

I know you since ever, Prue.

Prue doesn't understand.

RAINA (CONT'D)

We met before. In your other lives. Of course, you weren't ready back then. In some lives, you didn't even have any powers. But I know that you would be who you are now.

(smiles)

I found out in this very room on the day that prophecy appeared.

Raina points to the stone that has written Camilla and Marcus prophecy. Prue looks at it.

RAINA (CONT'D)

So, don't say I don't know you, because I know you very well, Prue.

Prue looks serious at Raina.

RAINA (CONT'D)

And you are destined for greatness.

Raina smiles. Prue smiles back.

FADE IN:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - STAIRCASE / MAIN HALL - DAY

Paige is coming downstairs followed by Wyatt, Damon and Junior.

PAIGE

So they are really doing this?

JUNIOR

We think so, mum.

WYATT

Prue seemed very sure of her decision.

PAIGE

(to Wyatt)

How could you let her go?

WYATT

What could I do, Aunt Paige? You know her.

PAIGE

We need to stop it. For what you've told me they are the Avatars 2.0.

Pandora comes from the conservatory room.

PANDORA

Actually, they are older than the Avatars.

WYATT

Have you find anything else?

Pandora nods no.

PANDORA

No. That book Charlotte brought before was the only one with something about them.

WYATT

(irritated)

How is this possible. We don't even know how to find them.

PAIGE

Call Prue again.

WYATT

(desperate)

Aunt Paige, I've done that all night long. If she can hear me she's ignoring my calls.

PAIGE

She's your wife.

WYATT

And that's what's hurting me.

Wyatt gets into the conservatory room. Pandora follows him. Paige's phone rings. She picks it up.

PAIGE

(on the phone)

Piper ---

Junior, Pandora and Damon exchange glances.

PAIGE (CONT'D)

(on the phone)

So, you know? --- Calm down, sweetie. --- Yeah, I know, but they are not responding our calls. --- You two need to remind calm, OK? --- I'll let you know as soon as we find out more. Bye.

Paige hangs off the phone.

PAIGE (CONT'D)

Coop and Chris managed to take Phoebe to New Orleans. Apparently Coop already knew.

DAMON

So, they all know that Mel, Prue and Tam are --- You know, doing God knows what?

Paige nods. Chris ORBS in.

CHRIS

This is bad.

They all look at Chris.

CHRIS (CONT'D)

I went Up There. The Elders found out.

 
PAIGE

Do they know something about them?

CHRIS

Not much. Shadows exist longer than them.

DAMON

Is that even possible?

CHRIS

Apparently. They have convoked the Angels of Destiny. If someone knows something, they do.

JUNIOR

Mum, why don't you take dad and get to New Orleans with Aunt Piper and Aunt Phoebe?

PAIGE

(serious)

My daughter is about to be part of something weird. We don't even know what it is.

(determined)

I'm not leaving.

CHRIS

Yeah, Aunt Prudence is there with them.

Paige closes her eyes.

PAIGE

What got into those girls’ minds to even think in joining those witches?!

They exchange glances. Damon is serious.

DAMON

Mel was feeling powerless.

Paige, Junior and Chris look at him. Junior remembers something.

JUNIOR

Mike wanted to marry and that wasn't Tam's plans.

PAIGE

(surprised)

What?

CHRIS

And Prue couldn't get Cass back.

PAIGE

Back from where?

Chris, Junior and Damon exchange glances.

CHRIS

Cass is dating a witch and revealed him our secret.

PAIGE

(surprised)

What?

CHRIS

Prue tried to talk to her, but nothing.

Paige seems desperate.

PAIGE

When did this family start falling apart?

Paige walks into the conservatory room. She's shaken.

CUT TO:

EXT. BERKELEY - CAMPUS - DAY

Students all over the place.

CUT TO:

INT. BERKELEY - DORMS - CASSANDRA'S ROOM - DAY

Cassandra comes in furious and slams the door behind her. Demetria comes in and closes the door.

DEMETRIA

Have you heard anything that I've said?

CASSANDRA

(furious)

I told you I don't care.

DEMETRIA

Your sister is about to make something stupid because of you and you don't care?

CASSANDRA

Hey, I asked her to leave me alone, not to do something stupid.

(smiles sarcastic)

You know, this is so much Prue. She wants to be on top, always. This makes perfect sense. Changing the world. Having more powers. Is so much her.

DEMETRIA

She's doing it to protect you.

CASSANDRA

Yeah, perfect Prue is about to screw the world and that is my fault.

(pauses)

I'm tired. Enough for me.

DEMETRIA

Please, Cass. Come with me to the manor. Let's see if we can help.

Cassandra stares at Demetria.

CASSANDRA

You go. I have nothing to do there.

DEMETRIA

You don't even care how your mother is?

Cassandra gets serious. Both girls stare at each other.

CASSANDRA

She knows?

DEMETRIA

I think so.

CASSANDRA

Good. Maybe she realizes that little Ladybug is not that perfect.

Demetria is astonished. Cassandra leaves the bedroom. Demetria takes a deep breath.

CUT TO:

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO - TOP OF THE GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE - DAY

Wyatt is there. Just looking at nowhere.

WYATT

C'mon, love. Just --- talk to me. I understand that you have your reasons, but we are one, remember. We can get through this together.

He looks around.

WYATT (CONT'D)

Prue --- please. It's me.

(takes a deep breath)

Don't let go of me, babe. Show up, please.

At that moment, Prue BEAMS in behind him.

PRUE

Wyatt.

Wyatt turns to face Prue. He smiles as he sees her and runs towards her. He kisses her passionately.

WYATT

(smiles)

You came.

Prue is serious. He looks at her and at what she's wearing.

WYATT (CONT'D)

Why are you wearing like that?

PRUE

Honey ---

WYATT

(steps back)

What have you done?

PRUE

(takes a deep breath)

We have started the ritual to become Shadow Witches.

Wyatt is serious.

WYATT

You can't be serious.

PRUE

Honey, we must.

WYATT

(furious)

No. There must be another way.

PRUE

(serious)

Well, I'm tired of looking for other ways.

(pauses)

I have a chance to fix everything.

Prue approaches Wyatt.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Honey, they are not evil.

WYATT

Do you remember what they put us through this past year?

(furious)

Do you remember I almost lost you because of them?

PRUE

They knew I could beat Leah.

WYATT

(sarcastic)

Oh, they knew. Good. That's really good.

(mad)

For God's sake, Prue. Think for a second. This is not you.

PRUE

Says who? You?

(pauses)

There's a prophecy that says that I am destined to become this.

WYATT

Are you gonna do something because a prophecy says to?

PRUE

Should I remind you that our births were prophesied?

WYATT

(calmer)

What about us?

(pauses)

What happens if you join them?

(serious)

Where do I stand, Prue?

PRUE

Nothing has to change. I will love you forever.

Wyatt lowers his gaze.

PRUE (CONT'D)

There's nothing more powerful than that.

Wyatt looks her in the eyes.

WYATT

Apparently there is.

Wyatt approaches her.

WYATT (CONT'D)

Don't do anything you will regret. Don't put us on different sides.

Wyatt kisses her in the forehead and ORBS out. Prue swallows.

PRUE

I won't regret it, love. I'm doing this for us.

Prue BEAMS out.

ACT THREE

FADE IN:

EXT. HALLIWELL MANOR - DAY

STOCK.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - CONSERVATORY ROOM - DAY

Wyatt ORBS in. He seems blue. Chris, Charlotte, Pandora, Bianca, Damon, Junior and Paige are there. Also, a woman (KAHLAN, seems around 30's) is there.

WYATT

Who is she?

CHRIS

The Angels of Destiny found her.

WYATT

Again, who is she?

Paige glances to Kahlan.

PAIGE

Her name is Kahlan. We just brought her here. She's a former Shadow Witch.

WYATT

Former?

KAHLAN

I left the coven ten years ago.

WYATT

Why?

KAHLAN

I stop believing that it was possible to undo our mistake and also wanted to live a mortal life.

CHRIS

Kahlan, please tell everything you know.

Kahlan nods to Chris. She takes a deep breath.

KAHLAN

The first of us were created in the beginning of times.

BIANCA

With what purpose?

KAHLAN

Guide human kind. We ourselves were humans first. We were chosen to create a group of witches with powers to guide humans to the right place. The place they were supposed to follow when humanity was created.

PAIGE

But humanity chose another way.

KAHLAN

That's why they created us.

CHARLOTTE

But you ruined it.

KAHLAN

Have you heard of the Source?

They all nod yes.

WYATT

We vanquished his daughter months ago.

KAHLAN

(smiles)

Then, it's gone.

They all look at her, not understanding.

DAMON

What's gone?

KAHLAN

The Source's essence is back in the Universe. That's the moment we've been waiting for.

(pauses)

I mean the Shadows.

WYATT

Wait. The Source ---

KAHLAN

Stole the Power from the Shadows. It's a coven of women. Men are not allowed.

(she glances at them)

No offense.

(pauses)

Anyway, for many and many years we've waited for a powerful source to help get the Power back.

(looks at them)

The Charmed Ones.

Kahlan looks at Paige.

KAHLAN (CONT'D)

(to Paige)

We thought it were you and your sisters. But then, we found out that the Source's essence was not released.

PAIGE

Because there was his daughter.

Kahlan nods.

KAHLAN

A prophecy was made like a thousand years ago. It says that on the second millennium three sisters, able to channel their entire family powers, would help us to get the Essence back.

WYATT

Why? What happens if the Shadows get the Essence back?

KAHLAN

The whole world becomes what it was supposed to before men started thinking.

They all exchange glances.

KAHLAN (CONT'D)

In the beginning, humans were supposed to follow rules. That was their destiny. But destiny is always changing, right?

(pauses)

They started thinking and acting without thinking in the consequences of their acts. Men started tearing each other apart.

(pauses)

And we came. But it was hard. Men's heart was corrupted. We thought the Source would help us. He didn't. He enjoyed the Power and was corrupted too. And we were asked to stay away. And so we waited.

WYATT

(serious)

I'm gonna ask this again because I think I haven't got a straight answer.

Wyatt and Kahlan look deeply into each other.

WYATT (CONT'D)

What happens if they get the Essence back?

KAHLAN

(swallows)

Men's heart and mind will be guided to the right place.

WYATT

(touchy)

Don't you mean controlled?

Kahlan looks at them all.

KAHLAN

That's what was supposed to happen since the beginning. If only men didn't start thinking for themselves and had obeyed the rules from the Powers Above.

They all exchange glances.

CHRIS

How do we stop it?

KAHLAN

You don't. Once they get the Power back, nothing can stop it.

(pauses)

If I had waited, I would be part of it.

(pauses)

There will be a sun eclipse this afternoon. And then, Shadows will take over.

They all exchange glances. Worried glances.

CUT TO:

INT. SHADOWS' TEMPLE - RITUAL ROOM - DAY

MUSIC: "ECHO" by JASON WALKER

CLOSE UP: BLACK DIAMOND NECKLACE.

SLOW MOTION IMAGES.

The room is illuminated with a few candles.

A Shadow Witch puts a black diamond necklace on Prue's neck.

It cuts to another Shadow Witch putting a similar necklace on Melinda's neck. And then again, it cuts to another Shadow Witch putting another necklace on Tamora's neck.

The Charmed Ones exchange glances.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - WYATT/PRUE'S BEDROOM - DAY

MUSIC KEEPS PLAYING.

Wyatt is there felling desperate, powerless. He is almost crying. He approaches the night table and takes a frame from it.

CLOSE UP: PICTURE. A picture taken on their wedding day. Prue and Wyatt dancing, happy.

A tear runs down Wyatt's face. He closes his eyes and tightens the frame against his chest.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - CONSERVATORY ROOM - DAY

MUSIC KEEPS PLAYING.

Bianca is sitting at the couch. Chris sits beside her and puts an arm over her shoulder. Bianca forces a smile.

Coop BEAMS in bringing Phoebe, Piper and Leo. Charlotte comes in. She looks at her parents and runs to hug them.

CUT TO:

INT. SHADOWS' TEMPLE - RITUAL ROOM - DAY

MUSIC KEEPS PLAYING.

The Charmed Ones are on the center of a circle formed by the rest of the Shadows. Raina, Davina and Delilah approach Prue, Melinda and Tamora. Raina signs them to hold hands. The Charmed Ones exchange glances and nod. Raina smiles.

MUSIC KEEPS PLAYING.

Pandora and Junior are on a corner hugging Paige. Phoebe is sitting on a couch with Coop and Charlotte sitting beside her. Coop seems to be trying to calm her down.

Wyatt comes in. He seems tired. Piper looks at her son and forces a smile. He nods no as a tear runs down his face.

CUT TO:

EXT. BERKELEY CAMPUS - DAY

MUSIC KEEPS PLAYING.

Cassandra and J.D. have fun and kiss each other very passionately. Demetria watches them very closely. She is serious. Then, Demetria, determined, approaches them fast.

CUT TO:

INT. SHADOWS' TEMPLE - RITUAL ROOM - DAY

MUSIC KEEPS PLAYING.

Raina, Davina and Delilah join the other Shadows in the circle. The Charmed Ones are holding each other's hands in the center of the circle.

The Shadow Witches close their eyes, raise their hands towards the Charmed Ones and golden lights start coming out their palms towards the Charmed Ones.

As soon as Prue, Melinda and Tamora feel it, they close their eyes. The energy gets inside them. Moments later, it stops.

CLOSE UP: PRUE'S EYES. She opens her eyes. They glow.

CLOSE UP: MELINDA'S EYES. She opens them too. They glow as well.

CLOSE UP: TAMORA'S EYES. She opens them. They glow as well.

All three girls exchange glances and smile.

CUT TO:

INT. SHADOWS' TEMPLE - RITUAL ROOM - DAY (MOMENTS LATER)

MUSIC FADES OFF.

The Charmed Ones are still there as the Shadows look at them. Raina approaches them.

RAINA

How do you feel?

PRUE

(smiles)

Even more powerful.

MELINDA

Can I orb now?

Raina smiles happily.

RAINA

You can smoke out to wherever you want to go.

MELINDA

(smiles)

Good.

PRUE

What happened to our old powers?

RAINA

You still have them. They are part of who you are. They were just improved.

PRUE

To what?

Raina smiles.

TAMORA

So what do we call ourselves now? Shadow Ones?

Prue, Melinda and Raina smile.

RAINA

Who you are now, doesn't erase who you were. It just makes it better.

PRUE

What's next?

RAINA

We need to wait for the eclipse. Then we make it last till tomorrow.

Davina and Delilah approach them.

DEVINA

And then, we can cast the spell that would bring the Essence back home.

PRUE

(curious)

Will they feel it?

Raina understands Prue’s question.

RAINA

Humans will feel tired and a big desire to sleep. When they wake up tomorrow morning, their hearts will be filled with good feelings.

RAINA

Well, there would be a few resilient. After all, evil walked on Earth for so many centuries.

DAVINA

Yes, demons for example. We're gonna have a lot to do with them.

(surprised)

DAVINA

Raina smiles.

RAINA

It will be a new world, where everybody is needed and magic will be accepted.

Prue, Melinda and Tamora exchange glances.

RAINA (CONT'D)

(pauses)

Go and see your family.

Prue, Melinda and Tamora smile. And then, they BLACK SMOKE out.

A car passes by.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR – CONSERVATORY ROOM – DAY

Wyatt, Chris, Charlotte, Pandora, Junior, Bianca, Damon, Piper, Leo, Phoebe, Coop and Paige are still there. Also, the woman Kahlan is there. Phoebe is calmer. Paige is in a corner talking on the phone. Her conversation is not heard.

PHOEBE

We should try to find Cass and bring her home.

CHARLOTTE

We tried that, mom. She’s stubborn.

PHOEBE

Well, that kid is still my daughter!

CHARLOTTE

Mom, don’t worry. Demetria is watching her.

Wyatt is thoughtful on a corner. Paige hangs off the phone.

PAIGE

Henry is working on a case.

PIPER

Better this way. Did you tell him his daughter is about to do something stupid?

PAIGE

I couldn’t. And it’s our daughters.

Piper walks from a side to another.

KAHLAN

Soon the eclipse will start.

CHRIS

(to Kahlan)

Are you sure that what they want is to control us?

KAHLAN

I never said that. We don’t look at it that way. Shadows Witches are meant to guide humans.

WYATT

KAHLAN

(sarcastic)

Hey, the other method has worked well, hasn’t it?

WYATT

KAHLAN

Because I stopped believing it was possible to destroy the Source. And because I felt in love.

Wyatt and Chris exchange glances.

KAHLAN (CONT'D)

I don’t regret it, but the Shadows mission is good. Otherwise, why did the Powers Above create us?

DAMON

Who are they? The Powers Above.

PAIGE

Damon, please, don’t get there. This is the kind of things that can leave a master headache.

Damon agrees. At that moment, a sudden silence. Then, the Charmed Ones BLACK SMOKE in. They all look at them. Prue and Wyatt stare at each other deeply.

FADE IN:

They all are still there staring at the new set of Shadows. Wyatt approaches the others and creates an ORB SHIELD. Prue WAVES her hand and the ORB SHIELD simply disappears. They all look at it astonished.

PRUE

(to Wyatt)

You don’t need that.

WYATT

I need to protect my family.

PRUE

Not from me. I won’t harm you.

WYATT

How can I be so sure?

Prue takes a deep breath. She approaches Wyatt.

PRUE

Honey, it’s me.

Both stare each other. Melinda runs towards Damon and kisses him.

MELINDA

Honey, did you see me teleporting.

DAMON

(suspicious)

We all saw it. What happened to you?

Melinda steps back.

KAHLAN

They’ve become Shadow Witches.

Prue, Melinda and Tamora look at them.

PRUE

Who are you?

KAHLAN

My name is Kahlan. I was a Shadow till ten years ago.

TAMORA

You left?

KAHLAN

I destroyed my necklace.

Tamora gets a hand to her necklace.

KAHLAN (CONT'D)

I felt in love.

Prue and Wyatt exchange glances.

PHOEBE

PRUE

Mom? What are you doing here? You and dad should be in Bora Bora taking some vacations.

PHOEBE

(sad)

Do you really think I could stay away when two of my daughters are not being themselves?

PRUE

I’m myself, mom. And about Cass, don’t worry. I’ll bring her back from the dark place she’s gone.

PIPER

Prue approaches Cassandra.

CASSANDRA

Wyatt lowers his gaze.

CASSANDRA (CONT'D)

That said, Cassandra BEAMS out.

KAHLAN

See what I meant? That girl really needs to be guided.

PANDORA

At that moment, the front door is heard. Someone comes in. Soon, Michael comes into the Conservatory Room.

MICHAEL

I came as fast as I ---

He cuts himself as he sees Tamora in front of him. He looks at her up and down.

MICHAEL (CONT'D)

Tam?

TAMORA

Hi, babe.

MICHAEL

What happened to you?

TAMORA

You’ll understand.

Wyatt approaches Prue.

WYATT

PRUE

(cuts him off)

Prue touches Wyatt’s face.

Melinda approaches Damon and kisses him. She smiles at him.

The moon approaches the sun slowly.

Bianca is making some tea when Chris comes in.

CHRIS

Hey, babe. What are you doing?

BIANCA

The one thing I can do right now. Soothing tea.

Chris smiles. He sits at the island. He is thoughtful.

BIANCA (CONT'D)

So, we are losing our free will, hum?

CHRIS

I’ve thought and thought and nothing comes to my mind. Aunt Paige and Uncle Coop just went Up There and even the Angels of Destiny have no way to stop it.

BIANCA

There was a potion to destroy the Avatars –

CHRIS

What makes you think there’s a potion to destroy Shadow Witches?

BIANCA

I’m just saying.

CHRIS

They’re as older as time. If they were created for the purpose they were and if that’s what was planned for humanity then I seriously doubt there’s a potion to destroy them.

Bianca puts some tea in a cup and hands it to him.

BIANCA

There must be something.

Chris has a sip of tea.

CHRIS

What if this is what’s supposed to happen?

BIANCA

Well, I wouldn’t mind having a quieter life. That woman, Kahlan, said that even demons would have a chance to convert.

CHRIS

That I would love to see.

Both stare at each other.

CHRIS (CONT'D)

That came out of a sudden. Bianca is open-mouthed.

BIANCA

What?

CHRIS

Yeah, babe. While we still have our free will.

BIANCA

(speechless)

Bianca takes a deep breath.

Piper shoots his son a heartening smile.

Wyatt looks at his mother.

PIPER

Wyatt smiles. Piper approaches his son and hugs him.

Pandora, Paige, Phoebe and Charlotte are sitting at the table, searching on books. Junior and Michael are on a corner whispering.

MICHAEL

You’re saying that she’s doing this because of me?

JUNIOR

No. I mean, yes. Mike, you were putting so much pressure on her.

MICHAEL

(irritated)

Well, I’m sorry if this is her way out.

They stay silent for seconds.

JUNIOR

Maybe if you talk to her and tell her that you will wait till she’s ready.

MICHAEL

(wrathful)

JUNIOR

MICHAEL

I should go. I don’t want to be close when whatever she’s doing strikes.

JUNIOR

Michael heads out without looking back.

The daylight has become darker. Cassandra and J.D. come out of the main building. They're holding hands.

J.D.

(laughing)

That's insane.

CASSANDRA

(smiles)

But it was about time she showed her true face.

They stop.

J.D.

CASSANDRA

(pauses)

I'm tired of being the baby of the family.

Well, if she succeeds, that would happen.

CASSANDRA

J.D. smiles and kisses her. A man approaches them (CORBIN, 20s).

CORBIN

J.D. I got your message.

Cassandra and J.D. look at Corbin. Corbin glances at Cassandra and then looks at J.D. J.D. glances at Cassandra. He starts getting nervous out of a sudden.

J.D.

Yeah, men --- I ---

CORBIN

I hope it's important.

J.D.

It is.

CASSANDRA

(curious)

J.D., who's this.

Corbin smiles. He seems wicked. He approaches her.

CORBIN

(to J.D.)

So this is your girlfriend?

J.D.

(nervous)

Cass, I'll be right back.

J.D. drags Corbin away from Cassandra. The girl looks serious as they get apart from her. Once they are away, J.D. whispers to him.

J.D. (CONT'D)

(whispering)

You need to give me more powers.

CORBIN

(smiles)

Wow, I just gave you a new power yesterday. Slow down. I told you, for this to work, I have to get something from you. Don't rush, little witch.

J.D.

(pauses)

CORBIN

You know? Approaching you and dragging you to the evil side was actually a great idea. And the cherry on the cake was to know you were dating a Destined One.

BEAT. Corbin is a demon.

CORBIN (CONT'D)

J.D. glances at Cassandra.

The Charmed Ones joined a coven named Shadow Witches.

CORBIN

J.D. nods yes. Corbin thinks for seconds.

CORBIN (CONT'D)

J.D.

Well, from what Cass told me they will do some tricky spell that will take free will from humanity.

CORBIN

(smiles)

That sounds good to me.

J.D.

Demons are included.

CORBIN

Demons are not humans.

J.D.

Yeah, I know. Look, I don't know how it works. The thing is that all magical beings are part of it.

CORBIN

It doesn't make sense.

J.D.

That's all I know.

(pauses)

What about a new power?

Corbin thinks for seconds.

CORBIN

Look, I'm gonna give that information to my boss and if he thinks it's a good one, then I'll get you another power.

J.D.

Good.

CORBIN

(glances at Cassandra)

Now, get back to that little witch or she'll be suspicious.

J.D. nods yes. He heads towards Cassandra.

Charlotte hangs off the phone. Pandora approaches her.

Charlotte nods no.

CHARLOTTE

I couldn't. How to tell someone he's about to lose his free will?

PANDORA

Yeah. I know the feeling.

CHARLOTTE

Drew?

PANDORA

We are just friends, but --

(takes a deep breath)

I feel bad for not telling him.

CHARLOTTE

He doesn't know about magic. So --

PANDORA

Both hug each other.

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - LIVING ROOM - DAY

Wyatt is sitting at the couch.

WYATT

He gets up fast and heads to the Conservatory room.

-- Leo and Coop took her Up There so she'll tell them what she's told us.

They all look at him.

Vanquishing some demons.

Chris and Junior smile.

(cuts Piper off)

So while I still have it, I'm gonna use it.

They all exchange glances.

CHRIS

Let's go then.

DAMON

I'm in too. There're some Manticores I still have to vanquish.

Charlotte and Pandora exchange glances.

CHARLOTTE

We are going too.

JUNIOR

BIANCA

They look at Bianca and then, exchange glances.

BIANCA (CONT'D)

I have a pretty good stock of potions.

They look serious at Bianca.

Bianca smiles. Chris approaches her and grabs her hand.

Paige shrugs and leaves the room. Piper and Phoebe look at each other. They are concerned.

Raina and Prue are there just looking at the sky.

RAINA

It's almost time.

Raina looks at Prue.

RAINA (CONT'D)

Do You feel it too?

Prue nods.

EXT. SKY - DAY

The moon is almost covering the sun.

INT. SHADOWS' TEMPLE - SQUARE - DAY

Prue looks at Raina.

PRUE

Tomorrow a new day will come.

RAINA

We'll have a lot to do. Demons will be more difficult.

(smiles)

But we'll have the power to make them change.

PRUE

Can't wait for it.

Prue smiles. Melinda, Tamora, Davina and Delilah approach them. Raina looks at them. Davina signs to Raina.

RAINA

Let's get this started.

(to Prue, Melinda and Tamora)

Don't forget. You need to channel the Power of Nine into our circle.

PRUE

I can't do better. I will also try to channel the Twice Blessed Power.

RAINA

(smiles)

Prue looks from Melinda to Tamora and then looks again to Raina.

CLOSE UP: A DEMON BLOWS UP.

Wyatt stands with her hands raised.

Chris is nearby with another demon. Chris is on the ground. The demon is strangulating Chris. Then, out of a sudden, the demon BLOWS up. Chris breaths. In front of him is Bianca smiling.

CHRIS

You really are good with potions.

BIANCA

Told ya.

Bianca helps Chris to stand.

Another demon flies across the place.

DAMON

Cover your ears.

Wyatt, Chris and Bianca cover their ears. Damon uses his SONIC SCREAM. The demon can help it and blows up.
Junior, Charlotte and Pandora come in.

CHARLOTTE

We vanquished a few.

JUNIOR

And found some others. Care to join us?

WYATT

Let's go.

CUT TO:

INT. UNDERWORLD - CAVE - DAY

Corbin is there with a couple of demons.

CORBIN

-- So hide wherever you can. This is serious indeed.

The demons nod. Wyatt and the gang come in. Corbin sees them cause his standing in front of the entrance.

CORBIN (CONT'D)

Crap!

Corbin FADES out. Wyatt waves his hands and, using ELECTROKINESIS, he vanquishes them.

Some other demons come running desperately. They stop as they see the witches.

One of them creates FIREBALL and throws it on Charlotte's direction. The girl DEVIATES the FIREBALL back to its creator. The demon explodes. Three other demons create FIREBALLS as well. Junior, Pandora and Chris ORB them back to each. The last demon stares at them. He's about to fade out, but Wyatt stops him.

WYATT

Not that fast.

Wyatt waves his hands and, using MOLECULAR COMBUSTING, he vanquishes him.

CHRIS

This is actually fun. Let's keep doing it.

PANDORA

Couldn't agree more.

They head out the cave.

CUT TO:

EXT. SKY - ECLIPSE TIME

The moon has covered completely the sun. The day has turned into night.

CUT TO:

INT. SHADOWS' TEMPLE - STONE ROOM - ECLIPSE TIME

MUSIC: "DON'T BE AFRAID" by LEE DEWYZE

Tamora waves her hand and, using MOLECULAR ACCELERATION, she lights some torches.

Prue waves hers and, using PYROKINESIS, turns on some candles. The entire room becomes more lighted.

Melinda, Davina and Delilah come followed by the rest of the Shadow Witches. They hold flowers. They throw the flowers up and wave their hands so the flowers stay hanging in the air.

Melinda smiles at Prue and Tamora. They smile back. Raina comes in. Raina signs to the others. They start taking their position surrounding the stone. Raina, Davina and Delilah as well as Prue, Melinda and Tamora take their position among them.

They all hold hands. Close their eyes and start chanting.

MUSIC keeps playing on the background as the spell is said.

The Shadows repeat the spell. The golden light becomes more and more powerful. The stone starts gaining a golden glow.

Raina smiles at the others who smile too.

CLOSE UP: RAINA'S BIG SMILE.

Wyatt, Chris, Junior, Charlotte, Pandora, Damon and Bianca come walking. Suddenly, they stop. Wyatt starts feeling weak.

CHRIS

(worried)

Bro, are you OK?

WYATT

(tries to keep his eyes open)

My eyes. They're heavy. I feel sleepy.

Charlotte, Pandora and Bianca yawn. Chris looks at them.

We need to keep moving Chris.

Chris yawns.

CHRIS

No. We need to get back home and sleep.

They all feel sleepy.

WYATT

I can't, Chris. I don't want to.

CHRIS

It's stronger than us, Wyatt.

DAMON

We can't do more.

BIANCA

Let's go to bed. Tomorrow will be a new day.

CHARLOTTE

A very different one.

Chris touches Wyatt's arm and ORBS out taking him. Junior and Pandora ORB out to. Charlotte touches Bianca's arm and BEAMS out. Last but not least, Damon SHIMMERS out.

The moon is already shining in the sky.

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO - NIGHT

Shoots of various points of the city. The streets are deserted. Not a single being is seen. No lights on inside the houses or buildings. Just the street lights are on.

EXT. HALLIWELL MANOR - NIGHT

No lights on.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

All lights off. No one there.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - FRONT HALL / SITTING ROOM / DINING ROOM - NIGHT

All lights off. The camera moves from the front hall to the sitting room and to the dining room. No one there.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - CONSERVATORY ROOM - NIGHT

All lights off. No one there either.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - KITCHEN - NIGHT

All lights off as well and no one there.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - FIRST FLOOR HALL - NIGHT

All lights off. No one there.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - WYATT / PRUE'S BEDROOM - NIGHT

All lights off. Wyatt is sleeping on his bed. He's just partially covered with the sheets.
Prue BLACK SMOKES in. She stares at her husband for seconds and then, approaches him. She fixes the sheets, covering him. Then, she lies down beside him. She touches his face and kisses him softly on the check.

WYATT

(murmurs)

Prue.

Prue smiles and hugs him.

PRUE

I'm here, honey. Just sleep.

He grabs her hand and pulls her closer to him.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Tomorrow will be a new day.

Wyatt sleeps as she looks at him and smiles.
