ON LAMP ON. Only the light of the lamp is on.

SOUND: KISSING. The camera moves from the lamp to the couple lying on the bed. KISSING. The blond woman and the dark-haired man kiss passionately.

BEAT. The man and the woman are not other than Damon and Melinda. They cannot hold their desire.

DAMON

Mel ---

They keep kissing. Damon runs his fingers through her blond hair.

DAMON (CONT'D)

I’ve missed you so much.

MELINDA

And I’ve missed you too.

And kissing. STOP. Melinda stops and looks him deep in the eyes.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

I need to go.

DAMON

But ---

MELINDA

No buts, Damon. It’s late.

DAMON

C’mon, Mel.

She takes Damon’s shirt and puts it on.

DAMON (CONT'D)

We’ve been doing this for a couple of weeks now.

MELINDA

(looks at him)

And it’s been so good.

DAMON

Yeah, but we need to talk about it.

MELINDA

No, we can’t. I’m with Liam, remember?

DAMON

Yeah, about that, when are you gonna talk to him and tell him that you want to be with me?

MELINDA

It’s complicated, Damon.

(takes a deep breath)

I need time.

She leans over him and kisses him passionately.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

Remember, we must act as nothing has changed between us.

DAMON

But, Mel ---

She kisses him again.

MELINDA

Promise me, you’ll keep pretending we are just friends.

Damon rolls his eyes.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

Just until I figure things out, okay?

Both look into each other eyes.

DAMON

Fine.

Melinda smiles. Then both kiss again.

CUT TO:

EXT. HALLIWELL MANOR – NIGHT

STOCK.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR – WYATT & PRUE’S BEDROOM – NIGHT

Lights are off. Prue and Wyatt lie down on the bed. Wyatt hugs Prue while caressing her hair. Both have their eyes closed. Prue opens her eyes.

PRUE

I can’t sleep.

Wyatt opens his eyes.

WYATT

I can feel it. What’s wrong?

PRUE

Christina hasn’t stopped moving tonight.

Prue gets into a sitting position and caresses her belly.

PRUE (CONT'D)

I have a feeling that she’s going to be a night girl.

Wyatt smiles. He touches Prue’s belly and feels his daughter moving. He smiles.

WYATT

Honey, why don’t you let your mummy sleep? She needs to rest, babe.

Prue looks at Wyatt while he talks to her belly.

WYATT (CONT'D)

And daddy needs to sleep as well. If mummy doesn’t fall asleep soon, daddy won’t be able to fall asleep either and you’ll get grumpy parents tomorrow. It’s that what you want?

Prue smiles. And she feels a big kick.

PRUE

Ouch!

Prue and Wyatt look at each other.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Your daughter is the worse.

Wyatt smiles. Prue starts getting up.

WYATT

Where are you going?

PRUE

I’m gonna get a glass of milk. That was the only thing that would put me to sleep back when I was a child and was frightened about something.

Prue puts her robe on.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Mum used to prepare milk with honey. That used to put me to sleep fast.

WYATT

Do you want me to go with you?

PRUE

No, honey. Just go to sleep.

Wyatt smiles. Prue walks out the bedroom.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR – 1ST FLOOR CORRIDOR – NIGHT

As Prue comes out the bedroom, Melinda comes in. She’s arriving home just yet. Both run into each other.

PRUE

Mel?

As Melinda’s eyes lie on Prue, she gets jumpy and something weird happens.

MELINDA

Prue?

And --- BEAT. Some BLUE ORBS start surrounding Melinda who soon disappears. Melinda just ORBED out. Prue is astonished.

PRUE

What the hell?!

Melinda’s bedroom door is a little bit opened and through it, Prue can see some blue light. Prue walks towards the door and opens it to see Melinda ORBING in before her bed where curiously, she is also lying asleep. Prue’s eye wide open looking at both Melindas. And then, pink flash surrounds ASTRAL MELINDA and she is sucked into her sleeping self. Prue is astonished at what she just saw.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Holly damn!

Prue’s eyes are wide open.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR – WYATT & PRUE’S BEDROOM – NIGHT

Wyatt is still on the bed awake. Prue comes in. She looks like she’s just seen a ghost. Wyatt looks at her and notices something is wrong.

WYATT

Honey, are you okay? You were fast.

Prue approaches the bed and sits on the edge. She still seems amazed. Wyatt gets into a sitting position.

WYATT (CONT'D)

Where’s the milk, Prue?

PRUE

Forget the milk. I won’t be able to sleep anyway.

Prue looks at Wyatt.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Remember back then when I told you that you should talk to your parents about the possibility of Melinda having whitelighters' gene?

Wyatt nods yes.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Well, you really need to talk to them.

Wyatt doesn’t understand.

PRUE (CONT'D)

I just saw your sister’s astral self orbing.

ON WYATT. His eyes wide open.

Footage all over the town at the sound of ‘Anywhere’ by Rita Ora.

A new day has started and the sun shines brightly.

CUT TO:

EXT. HALLIWELL MANOR – DAY

STOCK.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR – WYATT & PRUE’S BEDROOM – DAY

Wyatt is wearing his pajama and pacing the room. Prue is lying on the bed caressing her belly.

WYATT

Are you really sure of what you saw?

PRUE

I was wide awake. I know what I saw.

WYATT

But Melinda never even used her powers in Astral mode. Maybe it really wasn’t Mel.

PRUE

A demon wasn’t for sure, because she orbed.

Wyatt stops and looks at Prue. He is serious.

WYATT

This is crazy, Prue.

PRUE

Well, just go and talk to your parents so we can clear this craziness.

Wyatt takes his hands to his hips.

WYATT

What if we talk to Jo?

PRUE

She won’t say anything, Wyatt.

WYATT

But if we tell her what you saw ---

PRUE

She won’t, Wyatt.

Prue sits on the edge of the bed.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Just go to Chris and head to New Orleans to talk to them. That’s the only way for us to figure out what’s going on.

They stare at one another. Wyatt nods.

WYATT

I’m gonna take a shower.

Before entering the bathroom, Wyatt kisses Prue’s forehead softly. Then, he heads into the bathroom. Prue keeps touching her 22 weeks pregnant belly.

CUT TO:

INT. DAMON’S APARTMENT – LIVING ROOM – DAY (1 YEAR BEFORE – FLASHBACK)

Melinda comes in putting her jacket on. She searches for her bag. Damon comes in shirtless.

DAMON

We could just take the day off, Mel.

MELINDA

I know, but I can’t, Damon. There’s so much to do at Halliwell’s.

DAMON

Well, can I take you for dinner tonight?

Melinda finds her bag. She looks for her phone inside and takes it.

MELINDA

Oh my God! Eleven missed calls.

DAMON

Mel?

Melinda looks at him.

MELINDA

Yes, you can take me to dinner, Damon. Actually, I appreciate every moment out of that manor right now.

DAMON

Prue and Wyatt keep fighting, huh?

MELINDA

Tell me about it. They need to have a baby fast. I have faith that a baby would calm Prue.

Damon approaches her and kisses her.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

I really need to work, babe.

DAMON

And I really need to kiss you right now.

They kiss again and then they stop.

DAMON (CONT'D)

You know there’s a solution for your issue.

Melinda shoots him a look.

DAMON (CONT'D)

If you can’t bare living with Prue and Wyatt, then you could move in.

Melinda’s eyes wide open.

MELINDA

What?

She is surprised. She definitely wasn’t waiting for that.

DAMON

Yeah, I mean, we’ve been together for years now and I want to ---

MELINDA

Don’t finish it.

Melinda walks away from him.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

I really need to get to work, Damon.

She leaves the living run fast.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

See you later.

Damon hears her leaving the apartment. He takes his hands to his hips astonished.

CUT TO:

EXT. CHRIS & BIANCA’S CONDO – DAY (PRESENT DAY)

STOCK.

CUT TO:

INT. CHRIS & BIANCA’S CONDO – LIVING ROOM – DAY

ON CHRIS. He is shocked.

CHRIS

Come again.

Before him, Wyatt is standing. He is serious. Bianca approaches them. She is 26 weeks pregnant now.

BIANCA

That’s not even possible.

CHRIS

Yeah, it’s not.

WYATT

I know.

CHRIS

I mean, Mel can’t orb.

(astonished)

And besides ---

Chris can’t hide his astonishment.

CHRIS (CONT'D)

I never heard of Whitelighters’ genes passing that way.

WYATT

Neither did I, but the truth is that dad was the first ex-whitelighter to ever have a child. At least the one we know of.

Wyatt and Chris stare at one another.

CHRIS

But it never happened before ---

Chris glances from Wyatt to Bianca.

CHRIS (CONT'D)

I mean, she never orbed or used any other whitelighter power before.

WYATT

I know that, Chris.

BIANCA

Prue is right. You guys, need to figure this out.

CHRIS

It’s just not possible.

WYATT

There are so many things that we don’t know about, Chris.

CHRIS

But Mel being ---

Chris is unable to finish. He stares at Wyatt.

WYATT

Let’s just talk to mum and dad.

CHRIS

I think we should talk to the Elders.

Bianca approaches Chris.

BIANCA

Wyatt is right, honey. You should talk to your parents first.

Chris and Bianca stare at one another. Bianca touches Chris face softly.

CHRIS

Yeah, you’re probably right.

Bianca smiles at Chris. Then, Chris looks at Bianca.

CHRIS (CONT'D)

(to Wyatt)

Do you want to head there now?

Wyatt nods.

CHRIS (CONT'D)

OK --- Wait.

But Chris remembers something.

CHRIS (CONT'D)

I can’t.

(looks at Bianca)

We have an appointment today.

BIANCA

Babe, it’s okay. I can go alone.

Chris touches Bianca’s belly.

CHRIS

Are you sure?

Bianca nods. Chris kisses her softly. Wyatt looks aside. Then Chris lowers down and starts talking to Bianca’s belly.

CHRIS (CONT'D)

Hey, kiddo. Daddy needs to talk to gramma and grandpa.

Wyatt looks at his brother and smiles.

CHRIS (CONT'D)

But worry not, because we can solve any matter that pops into our crazy lives. I mean, we don’t have crazy lives. We just ---

BIANCA

Chris!

Chris looks up at Bianca and then back at the belly.

CHRIS

Anyway. Be a good boy and take care of mummy. Daddy will be back as soon as possible.

Chris paces a kiss on Bianca’s belly. She smiles. Then Chris gets up and looks at Wyatt who keeps staring at him.

CHRIS (CONT'D)

What?

Wyatt smiles.

CHRIS (CONT'D)

You are not the only one allowed to speak to your unborn child.

WYATT

I didn’t say anything.

CHRIS

Let’s go.

Chris glares at Bianca one last time and then both Wyatt and Chris ORB out. Bianca sighs. she touches her belly.

BIANCA

Well, it’s just the two of us now.

She turns around and heads inside the bedroom.

CUT TO:

EXT. BAY MIRROR – DAY

People getting in and out the building. Prue is seeing entering the building.

CUT TO:

INT. BAY MIRROR – MIRROR’S MAGAZINE – REDACTION ROOM – DAY

Melissa is at her desk typing something on her computer. Other workers/reporters are there too. The main door opens and Prue comes in. Melissa glances at Prue and looks back at her computer, but then looks back at Prue trying to figure out if she is really seeing her there. Prue spots Melissa straight away and walks towards her. Melissa stands.

MELISSA

Prue! What a surprise!

PRUE

Oh, no need to do that. I don’t like you, you don’t like me, but we try to like each other so ---

Melissa stares at Prue seriously. Then Prue smiles. Melissa smiles as well.

MELISSA

Just Prue being Prue.

PRUE

You know me.

MELISSA

I can see the rumors are true. Pregnancy suits you nicely.

PRUE

Don’t get to use to that. The baby will come out sooner or later.

Melissa laughs.

MELISSA

I like your sense of humor.

Prue smiles.

MELISSA (CONT'D)

Anyway. Wyatt isn’t here. He called saying that he had something to deal with. A family thing.

PRUE

Oh, yeah, I know. I’m actually here to see you.

Melissa’s eye wide.

MELISSA

Me?

Melissa signs Prue to sit. Prue sits and then Melissa sits as well.

MELISSA (CONT'D)

What can I do for you?

PRUE

I need your help to find someone.

Melissa is surprised.

MELISSA

Me? Why don’t you ask Junior?

Prue smiles.

PRUE

Because Junior is my cousin and he knows me.

MELISSA

Prue, who’s this person you’re looking for?

PRUE

Actually, it’s a couple.

They stare at one another.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Jo’s parents.

Melissa’s eye wide again. She leans over her desk and whispers.

MELISSA

The future girl?

Prue is surprised.

PRUE

Jesus! The name really stuck.

MELISSA

It’s catchy. But how do you want me to do that?

PRUE

Oh, well, you are a journalist and you’ve uncovered some things so I do believe you can work your thing and find me her parents.

MELISSA

But how do I do that? For what we know, she may not even be born yet.

PRUE

October. She will be born in October. So, you’re looking for someone who is in her seventh or eight months pregnant.

Melissa is astonished.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Oh, and the surname Wright.

MELISSA

Wright?

Prue nods.

MELISSA (CONT'D)

That’s all you’ve got? Seventh months pregnant and a surname?

Prue smiles.

MELISSA (CONT'D)

(whispering)

Why don’t you try your thing?

Prue frowns.

MELISSA (CONT'D)

(whispering)

You know. The vision thing.

PRUE

Oh, that. I can’t, it doesn’t work on her.

MELISSA

(whispering)

That’s weird.

PRUE

(whispering)

Indeed.

(normal tone)

That’s why I need your help.

(smiles)

You can ask your sweetheart’s help.

Melissa is surprised.

MELISSA

My what?

PRUE

Oh, you know. My cousin.

Melissa swallows.

MELISSA

(wordless)

Oh, we are ---

(pauses)

Prue stands.

PRUE

Oh, I know. But like you said ---

(whispering)

Prue blinks. Melissa is astonished. Prue turns around and walks towards the door.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Prue heads out the room. Melissa is astonished. She stares at the door still with eyes wide open.

EXT. PRESCOTT GROUP – DAY

People going in the building.

CUT TO:

INT. PRESCOTT GROUP – CASSANDRA’S OFFICE – DAY

ON A SMALL PINBOARD. SOMEONE PLACES A POST-IT WITH SOMETHING WRITTEN IN. READING:

‘SHRIMPS’

It was Cassandra who placed the post-it on the pinboard. Some other post-its are placed there. She turns around. Ivanna is there sitting on the sofa looking at the pin board.

CASSANDRA

See? These all are things I dislike.

ON THE BOARD CAN BE SEEN SOME OTHER THINGS WRITTEN. READING:

‘EX’, ‘WAKING UP EARLY’, ‘DOING MY OWN MAKEUP’…

Ivanna looks at the pinboard.

CASSANDRA (CONT'D)

C’mon, Ivana. There must be something you dislike.

Ivanna stares at Cassandra. Then she takes a post-it and writes something in there. Then she walks towards the board and places it there. Cassandra looks at ---

CASSANDRA (CONT'D)

‘Tony’?

Cassandra looks at Ivanna. Ivanna looks Cassandra back.

CASSANDRA (CONT'D)

Who is this Tony boy?

Ivanna turns around and sits. Cassandra takes a deep breath and sits before her.

CASSANDRA (CONT'D)

Is this Tony boy someone you like and that’s why you dislike him?

Ivanna nods no.

CASSANDRA (CONT'D)

Hum ---

IVANNA

He used to piss me off at kindergarten and I dislike all Tony’s like him.

CASSANDRA

I see.

Ivanna lowers her gaze.

IVANNA

Dad used to tell me to punch all the Tony’s I may find in my life. That it was okay to do that.

Ivanna looks at Cassandra.

IVANNA (CONT'D)

I miss my daddy.

Cassandra goes and sits beside Ivanna. She hugs the girl.

CASSANDRA

I know, sweetie. He was your father after all.

IVANNA

I dislike not having him around anymore.

CASSANDRA

I know.

Cassandra breaks the hug and looks Ivanna in the eyes.

CASSANDRA (CONT'D)

Why don’t you write that down and put it in the disliking board, huh?

Ivanna nods yes. Then she takes another post-it and writes something. Then, she stands and puts the post-it on the board while Cassandra smiles.

ON POST-IT. READING:

‘NOT HAVING MY FATHER AROUND’

At that moment, someone knocks the door.

CASSANDRA (CONT'D)

Come in.

The door opens and Ruby comes in. As soon as Ivanna lies eyes on her, she turns around.

RUBY

(smiling)

How’s my girl?

Cassandra notices that Ivanna doesn’t even look at Ruby who stares at her. Cassandra gets up and approaches Ruby.

CASSANDRA

She will get there.

RUBY

(whispering)

I’m so, so worried about her. I don’t know what else to do at home.

CASSANDRA

She misses her father and I’m sorry to say this, but she just met you.

RUBY

I know.

While Ruby and Cassandra talk, Ivanna approaches the table and takes a post-it and writes something in there.

RUBY (CONT'D)

I just wish for her to let me into her life. I want to be a mother to her.

CASSANDRA

I know, but you really need to be patient.

Ivanna walks towards the pinboard and places the post-it there.

CASSANDRA (CONT'D)

She is still a kid and there are things she doesn’t understand. I mean, she lost her mother when she was younger and now her father ---

RUBY

I know.

Ruby takes Cassandra’s hand between hers. Cassandra looks at it and feels uncomfortable with it.

RUBY (CONT'D)

I really appreciate what you’re doing, Cassandra.

CASSANDRA

Just doing my job.

RUBY

Oh, you’re doing more than that. You’re helping my daughter.

Ruby smiles and lowers her gaze. Then she looks back at Cassandra.

RUBY (CONT'D)

I really see her as my daughter.

Cassandra smiles. Then, Cassandra pulls back her hands. Ruby turns to Ivanna.

RUBY (CONT'D)

Ivanna, sweetie, let’s go have lunch.

Ivanna approaches the sofa and takes her backpack. Then, she walks towards Ruby and smiles at Cassandra who smiles back.

RUBY (CONT'D)

(to Cassandra)

Thank you, Cassandra.

Cassandra smiles. Ruby signs Ivanna to leave the office. Ruby smiles one last time at Cassandra and then both Ruby and Ivanna walk out the office. Cassandra closes the door and turns around. She walks towards the pinboard and looks at it.

Something calls for her attention. The post-it Ivanna wrote before leaving. Cassandra takes it to have a closer look at it and ---

BEAT. ON THE POST-IT. READING:

‘THE RED WITCH’

Cassandra is astonished. She can’t stop looking at it.

CASSANDRA

The Red Witch?!

Cassandra is thoughtful.

The famous French Quarter full of locals and tourists. Open bars at that time of day. Musicians playing their saxophones on the streets. Bourbon Street…

MAN

Welcome to New Orleans.

Some girls smile at the man.

CUT TO:

INT. PIPER & LEO’S CONDO – LIVING ROOM – DAY

MUSIC FADES OFF.

ON PIPER HUGGING WYATT AND CHRIS.

PIPER

Oh, what a surprise!

CHRIS

Hi, mum.

Piper looks at them.

PIPER

How are my grandchildren?

WYATT

Still inside their mothers’ belly.

Piper smiles.

PIPER

Always in a good mood, my eldest soon.

Wyatt and Chris exchange glances.

WYATT

Mum, we need to talk to you and dad about something.

PIPER

Your father has gone to the marker. But what is this about?

WYATT

You better text dad and ask him to get home, mum.

Piper doesn’t understand and starts getting worried.

CHRIS

It’s important, mum. It’s about Mel.

Now, Piper is truly worried.

PIPER

What’s wrong with my baby?

WYATT

That’s what we want to know, actually.

Piper is serious staring at her sons.

CUT TO:

INT. UNDERWORLD – DEMON’S BAR – DAY

The place is full of demons and warlocks. They are drinking and playing cards and darts. Females and males are gathered there.

Someone comes in discreetly. BEAT. That someone is Jo. She glares around and then heads the counter and takes a seat. The demon bartender approaches her.

DEMON BARTENDER

Can I get you something?

JO

A Bloody Mary.

The bartender stares at her.

JO (CONT'D)

What? I once killed this witch that looked exactly like bloody Mary.

DEMON BARTENDER

New around here?

JO

(smiles)

Well, I kinda used to hang out somewhere else, but there’s a bounty hunter after me and he would never find me here.

The bartender smiles.

DEMON BARTENDER

Let me guess, you stole powers from another demon?

Jo smiles.

JO

You know how it is. Can I have my Bloody Mary now?

DEMON BARTENDER

One Bloody Mary coming out.

Jo smiles. She is pretending to be a demon. The demons and warlocks there talk loudly. Jo looks around trying to hear what they’re saying.

DEMON #1

I’m telling you. Things will get better for us.

DEMON #2

That woman worked for Ignatius and he is dead. She lied to you.

Jo turns and sees these group of male and female demons playing cards.

DEMON #1

She saw that there’ll come a day where we would walk freely up there.

DEMON #3

Well, I heard that one of the first Wizards is going after the late Source’s place.

DEMON #4

Wizards won’t have a chance.

DEMON #2

Wizards won’t have a chance.

DEMON #1

I’m only saying what I heard that Oracle saying.

DEMON #3

Well, maybe she was talking about the Wizard.

DEMON #1

Maybe.

The bartender puts a Bloody Mary in front of Jo. Jo looks at it and then at the bartender.

DEMON BARTENDER

If you want to know what’s going on in the Underworld, you’ve come to the best place.

The bartender smiles.

DEMON BARTENDER (CONT'D)

All these theories around here. Haven’t they learned that while there’s a Halliwell walking on the face of Earth, there would never be a chance for us?

JO

Do you really believe that?

DEMON BARTENDER

(smirks)

I do. I’ve seen two Sources being vanquished and Darkness itself being looked away.

Jo stares at him.

DEMON BARTENDER (CONT'D)

BEAT. A FIREBALL HITS HER. The impact throws Jo against a rock wall. Prue turns around and sees Demon #3 standing there.

DEMON #3

I recognize a witch when I see one.

Prue turns to Jo.

JO

That’s the one.

Jo holds her arm on the spot the fireball hit her. Prue turns to the Demon.

DEMON #3

Why the hell where you following me?

PRUE

You hit and then you ask?

DEMON #3

I’m curious.

PRUE

Do you know who I am?

Demon #3 smiles sarcastically.

DEMON #3

The big ball you’re carrying and the attitude gave you away.

PRUE

The big ball I’m carrying?

Prue smiles sarcastically.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Watch your tongue.

Jo covers her injury with her hand and looks at it desperately. She glares at Prue and the demon.

DEMON #3

Or what?

Demon #3 takes something from his pants back. Some kind of athame.
BEAT. Prue recognizes it.

DEMON #3 (CONT'D)

I found it a while ago.

Jo looks at the athame the demon is holding but doesn’t understand.

ON THE ATHAME. It looks exactly as one of Gadreel’s athames.

PRUE

I knew there would be more out there.

Demon #3 smiles.

DEMON #3

And it’s going to protect me from you.

Prue smiles sarcastically.

PRUE

So, what? Are you planning to hurt me?

DEMON #3

I was planning to hurt the blondie there, but hurting you would be better.

Demon #3 creates a FIREBALL and throws it against Prue. A PURPLE ORB SHIELD surrounds her immediately. The FIREBALL hits the shield and returns to Demon #3. He lowers down and the ball ends up hitting a rock wall. Demon #3 stands and as he does he gets distracted long enough for Prue to grab the athame from Demon #3’s hand and approaches it to Demon #3’s neck.

Fear starts appearing in Demon #3’s eyes. Jo looks at them while still covering her injury. Her hand is covered in blood. She seems desperate, but it’s not because of the pain.

JO

(whispering)

Don’t heal. Don’t heal.

Prue treats Demon #3 with the athame close to his neck.

PRUE

So, tell me, the Wizard ---

DEMON #3

I don’t know where he is. I swear.

(pleading)

Please, let me go.

Prue smiles.

PRUE

See, I could let you go because someone like you is not worth it, but this big ball I’m carrying doesn’t want me to let you go.

Prue drives the knife right into his chest. Flames surround the demon while he screams. Prue looks at the athame for seconds. Then, she looks at a desperate Jo on the floor.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Hey.

Jo looks at Prue as the last one approaches her.

JO

(desperate)

No, Prue, let me.

Prue lowers down.

PRUE

Let me see.

Jo doesn’t want to take her hand off her shoulder, but Prue takes it off for her. BEAT. It is still bleeding. Prue and Jo stare at one another.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Let’s see if my little girl likes you.

Prue puts her left hand over Jo’s injury and ---

BEAT. It GLOWS PURPLE. Prue smiles. Jo looks at it.

PRUE (CONT'D)

I guess she does like you.

Jo smiles.

JO

Thank you.

Prue smiles. Both stare at each other.

EXT. DAMON’S APARTMENT – DAY

KNOCK. KNOCK.

Damon opens the front door. BEAT. ASTRAL MELINDA IS THERE wearing her little black dress. Damon looks her up and down. He is amazed by the way she looks.

DAMON

Mel, you look ---

Astral Melinda smiles. She enters and kisses him passionately. Slowly, the kisses get intense.

MELINDA

Just take me to your bedroom.

They keep kissing and Damon closes the door while still kissing her. Then they head inside the apartment.

Tamora turns to face him.

The passion flows naturally between them both. They keep kissing. But somehow, something is bothering Damon.

DAMON

Melinda kisses his neck. Damon stops and pulls away. Melinda tries to kiss him again, but he pulls back.

(rolls her eyes)

DAMON

A year ago, you said it wasn’t working and now you are here.

FLASHES TO:

INT. HALLIWELL’S – DINING ROOM – NIGHT (1 YEAR BEFORE – FLASHBACK)

The restaurant’s dining room is empty, but not entirely empty. At a table in the center of the restaurant, Damon sits at. Only the light of a candle illuminates the room. Two dishes are placed there.

Melinda comes from the back. She seems tired.

MELINDA

What a day!

Damon looks at her as she looks at the table. Her eyes are amazed at it. It looks like she wasn’t waiting for it. Melinda’s eyes meet Damon’s.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

What’s this?

Damon stands.

DAMON

Surprise.

Damon smiles as Melinda approaches him. He kisses her softly.

MELINDA

Honey, how ---?

DAMON

Christopher helped me. He left everything prepared and kept you back there while I was finishing things here.

Melinda looks at the table. It is beautiful.

MELINDA

Why?

Damon and Melinda look each other in the eye.

DAMON

Because I love you.

Damon pulls apart and takes something from his pocket.

ON: A SMALL BOX.

Melinda’s eyes open wide.

She steps back. Something in her eyes --- She seems scared. Damon gets down on one knee and opens the box.

Melinda gives her back on Damon. He stands astonished.

Melinda turns to face him.

Damon understands nothing. He closes the box and lowers his gaze.

Damon looks at her.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

A tear starts running Damon’s face.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

DAMON

Melinda’s eyes get wet.

That hits Damon’s heart.

Damon tries to approach her, but she steps back.

Melinda takes a shirt and puts it on. She stands.

Footage all over the town. Lots of people on the streets.

Wyatt comes in bringing a cup of tea. Piper is sitting on the sofa. She seems really worried. Wyatt approaches Piper and hands her the cup.

WYATT

It will make you feel better, mum.

Piper looks at the cup and then at Wyatt. She forces a smile at her son. Then she takes the cup and has a sip of tea.

PIPER

Why is taking them so long?

WYATT

It’s the Elders.

Piper forces a smile. Wyatt sits beside her.

PIPER

Wyatt takes a deep breath.

The baby is giving her a hard time. She hasn’t been able to sleep at night.

Jo looks at the couple inside the house. She stares at them. The woman stands and her big pregnant belly can be seen.

Jo stares at the couple. The woman approaches her husband and kisses him softly. The man caresses his wife’s stomach. a tear runs down Jo’s face.

She sits before him.

Prue comes in. She seems tired. She approaches Melinda’s bedroom and opens the door. She stares at the inside and sees Melinda still lying on the bed.

FLASHES TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR – STAIRCASE / ENTRANCE - NIGHT (1 YEAR BEFORE – FLASHBACK)

A shattered Melinda comes in from the front door as Wyatt and a not pregnant Prue comes downstairs arguing.

PRUE

WYATT

Melinda looks at them. Wyatt turns to Prue.

WYATT (CONT'D)

PRUE

Both are mad.

PRUE (CONT'D)

PRUE

I’m heading there tonight and I would appreciate not having you around.

And just like that, Wyatt ORBS out.

Prue looks at Melinda and notices that something is not right with her.

Prue walks past Melinda and starts going upstairs but stops and turns around.

Prue walks upstairs as Melinda closes her eyes. Deep down she is in pain. A tear runs down Melinda's face.

Prue keeps staring and a sleepy Melinda. Then she closes the door and heads inside her own bedroom. As Prue closes the door behind her, Astral Melinda comes in and enters her own bedroom.

As Melinda is still asleep when her astral self approaches the bed. Astral Melinda looks at herself lying on the bed. Then, Astral Melinda is pulled back into her body.
Melinda wakes up breathing fast. She tries to calm her breath.

MELINDA

(worried)

She is worried.
