Jared and Jessica are there staring at each other.

JARED

Come again.

JESSICA

What you heard. I’ll get you a Twice Blessed Heiress.

Jared stares at her trying to figure out the plans in her mind.

JARED

You’re are planning on taking one of Prue’s daughters.

It wasn’t a question.

JESSICA

She doesn’t need two of them.

JARED

(mad)

Have you gone mad?

JESSICA

Think about it.

Jessica walks towards him.

JESSICA (CONT'D)

A Warren heiress. Pure Warren blood running in her veins. Descendant of the most powerful witches that have walked on the face of Earth.

Jessica stops inches from his brother. They look deeply into each others’ eyes.

JESSICA (CONT'D)

A Charmed One. All that and you’ll have the pleasure to train her.

JARED

It all sounds good, but you are forgetting something.

(pauses)

Prue.

Jessica smirks.

JESSICA

I have plans for her.

JARED

Do you mind sharing?

JESSICA

Armand.

Jared lets out a sarcastic laugh.

JARED

What?

JESSICA

He’ll help me.

JARED

You are planning on getting her out of the way.

JESSICA

That’s the idea, yes. We don’t need her, Jared. This way we’ll fix a problem you couldn’t take off in the first place.

JARED

I told you I couldn’t. My powers are limited. Don’t know why, but taking Prue out of the way was something I couldn't do.

JESSICA

The Avatars tricked you.

JARED

Let’s focus on your big plan. You take Prue out of the way and raise one of her daughters. What else?

JESSICA

It’s pretty much that. Armand will figure something out.

JARED

Don’t you think the others will hunt whoever kills her?

Jessica smiles.

JESSICA

They will. For sure.

They stare at each other.

JARED

Armand.

Jessica smiles.

JARED (CONT'D)

The perfect suspect.

JESSICA

But they won’t get to find him.

Jessica approaches his brother even more and whispers to his ears.

JESSICA (CONT'D)

You will.

Jared looks at Jessica.

JESSICA (CONT'D)

You are my brother after all. If I’m part of the family, you must be part of the family as well.

JARED

I can see where you’re going. I’ll join the hunt for Armand and find him. I’ll kill him and Wyatt will be so glad that he’ll want me to help training his little girl.

Jessica smiles.

JESSICA

I’m good at it, ain’t I?

Jared paces the room.

JARED

I must agree that this can work.

Jessica smiles.

JARED (CONT'D)

But ---

JESSICA

But?

Jared turns to Jessica.

JARED

We can turn it more interesting.

JESSICA

What’s on your mind?

JARED

What if we add a little speed to it? What if we turn Prue crazy? Let her think that there are demons everywhere. That she and the babies aren’t safe.

JESSICA

Won’t that make her more cautious?

JARED

Sure, it will. But when someone is obsessed with something, they left off aside other important things.

JESSICA

Such as?

JARED

You. You’ll become her friend.

Jessica frowns.

JARED (CONT'D)

C’mon, sis. It’s easy.

ON JARED - A wicked smile on her face.

Omega is staring at the image of Jared. He WAVES her right hand and the image fades off.

AERIAL FOOTAGE all over the town at the sound of 'Kings & Queens' by Ava Max.

CUT TO:

EXT. JOHNATHAN'S PENTHOUSE - DAY

MUSIC KEEPS PLAYING IN THE BACKGROUND.

STILL.

CUT TO:

INT. JOHNATHAN'S PENTHOUSE - LIVING ROOM / ENTRANCE - DAY

THE ROOM is big and decorated with modern furniture.

The bedroom’s door is opened and Cassandra comes from it tiptoeing and holding her long black dress up so it won’t touch the floor. She’s clearly doing the walk of shame. She goes towards the front door and is about to reach it when ---

JOHNATHAN

No canoodling, huh?!

Johnathan is by the bedroom’s entrance. He is shirtless and only wearing pajama pants.
ON CASSANDRA - She’s been caught. Grimaces.

Slowly, Cassandra turns around.

CASSANDRA

I think we jumped that part last night.

Johnathan smiles. He walks towards her.

JOHNATHAN

Were you thinking of leaving without a decent goodbye?

Cassandra looks at him in the eyes.

CASSANDRA

What happened last night ---

JOHNATHAN

(cuts her off)

Was good.

CASSANDRA

It was indeed, but it shouldn’t have happened.

JOHNATHAN

Why?

Cassandra takes a deep breath. She lets loose the dress and puts her high heels on.

CASSANDRA

Because you are my boss and we weren’t supposed to do what we did.

JOHNATHAN

Okay, when you say it like that it seems like I forced this situation.

CASSANDRA

No. You didn’t. My God! It’s just ---

Cassandra sighs.

CASSANDRA (CONT'D)

It’s not right. You are my boss.

JOHNATHAN

I am more than that. We’ve been in this game for the past months.

CASSANDRA

I know. Now that it happened, I don’t know, I ---

(looks down)

It shouldn’t have happened. It was a mistake.

Johnathan seems disappointed at her words.

JOHNATHAN

That’s what you think?

Cassandra looks him in the eyes.

CASSANDRA

You are my boss.

Johnathan gets serious. He takes his hands to his hips.

JOHNATHAN

Then, Mrs. Halliwell, we’ll pretend nothing happened and we can get back to our lives.

CASSANDRA

Johnathan ---

JOHNATHAN

(rude)

It’s Mr. Hale for you. Don’t forget I’m your boss.

Cassandra is astonished. Johnathan turns around and walks into the bedroom.

CASSANDRA

Crap!

Cassandra grimaces. She turns around and leaves the place.

CUT TO:

EXT. PRUE’S CONDO - DAY

Several cars pass in front of the building. A woman is seen leaving the building.

CUT TO:

INT. PRUE’S CONDO - MAIN BEDROOM - DAY

The board is not there. Prue is sitting by the desk and she writes on her journal.

Her voice is heard, but her mouth is not speaking. We can hear her thoughts.

PRUE

‘Dear Jo. Another day has past and we are not any closer to finding you or your
whereabouts.’

(sighs)

‘Your father and I miss you so much that hurts. I still have your face in my mind, but I’ve got to be honest, it’s fading. Especially your baby face. I don’t know what else to do. Where else to look. I feel so useless. And with these new fractions appearing, I just feel all this thing is stealing precious time that I could use to find you. But we will. I can’t lose my faith. We will find you. Wherever you are, have faith, we’ll have you back, my sweet child. Love, mom.’

Prue closes the journal and holds it next to her chest.

PRUE (CONT'D)

I miss you so much, my little Tina.

Prue sighs.

BIANCA (O.S.)

Prue?

Bianca’s voice comes from outside the bedroom.

PRUE

(loudly)

Coming.

She stands and walks out of the room holding her 32-week pregnant belly.

CUT TO:

INT. PRUE’S CONDO - LIVING ROOM / DINING AREA - DAY

Bianca is setting the table for breakfast. Prue comes from the bedroom and smiles.

PRUE

Where’s Chris?

BIANCA

He left already.

(smiles)

He likes staying here even if it is in the small bedroom.

Prue pulls over a chair to sit.

PRUE

I’m sorry, guys. We must fix this soon so you can get back what’s yours.

BIANCA

All of us, Prue. Sometimes I’m glad I don’t remember. If I already feel bad and I don’t have my real memories, I can’t imagine how would it be if I had my memories back.

PRUE

I understand you, but I lost my memories once and I wish I hadn’t.

Bianca smiles sympathetically.

BIANCA

Mel just texted. She’s on her way.

PRUE

And so did Nate. He’s coming back home today.

BIANCA

And that is bad?

PRUE

Of course, it is. It’ll go back to what it was, Wyatt and I will have to meet in hiding.

BIANCA

I’m sorry, Prue.

Prue smiles.

PRUE

Well, we’ll fix it.

Bianca takes the orange juice from the counter and goes to sit beside Prue.

PRUE (CONT'D)

So.

Prue looks at Bianca.

PRUE (CONT'D)

What’s going on?

Bianca shoots her a look.

BIANCA

What do you mean?

PRUE

There’s something about you, B. You seem different.

BIANCA

Nothing is going on, Prue.

PRUE

There is.

Prue touches Bianca’s hand.

PRUE (CONT'D)

You can tell me everything. I know you don’t remember, but back in our real lives, we are close.

Bianca lowers her gaze and at that moment, as if she senses something, Prue withdraws her hand and shoots Bianca a surprised look.

PRUE (CONT'D)

You’re pregnant.

Bianca’s eyes widen.

BIANCA

What?

PRUE

I felt it. Another life inside of you.

Bianca starts getting nervous.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Bianca?

Prue stands. Bianca turns to Prue.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Are you pregnant?

Bianca is serious. She is about to answer when the doorbell rings. Bianca turns and goes opening the door.

MELINDA

Morning, beautiful ladies.

Melinda walks in. She holds a bakery box.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

Brought some strawberry cupcakes.

(puts them on the table; looks at Prue)

You were crazy about them when you were pregnant with Jo.

(turns to Bianca)

You too. The two of you got pregnant at the same time and as crazy as it may be, you two had the same pregnancy cravings.

Prue stares at Bianca who stares back at her. Melinda notices something is going on.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

Guys?

PRUE

(to Bianca)

Are you?

BIANCA

It’s been weeks ever since I started craving strawberry cupcakes.

Prue’s open-mouthed.

MELINDA

(confused)

What?

BIANCA

Yes, I am. Thirteen weeks now.

MELINDA

Thirteen weeks? What are you talking about?

Bianca touches her belly softly.

BIANCA

It’s not too visible yet and large shirts have helped disguise it.

MELINDA

(shocked)

You’re pregnant?

Bianca nods.

ON PRUE - She is serious. Dead serious.

CUT TO:

EXT. NATIONAL MUSEUM - DAY

STILL.

CUT TO:

INT. NATIONAL MUSEUM - TAMORA’S OFFICE - DAY

Tamora is at her desk on the phone. Sebastian is there too. He seems lost in his thoughts as he paces the room. Tamora shoots him glances every now and then.

TAMORA

(on the phone)

Yes. The pieces will arrive soon. I’ve got my best people to take care of them from the plane to the storeroom and from the storeroom to the exhibition room. Don’t worry.

(looks at Sebastian)

Yes, I know he is concerned about it, but we know what we’re doing and I’ve worked with these people before.

(pauses)

Thank you. We’ll be waiting for him.

Tamora hangs off the phone.

TAMORA (CONT'D)

This man is going to drive me crazy.

(stares at Sebastian)

Every day I get a call from him. Everyday.

Sebastian says nothing.

TAMORA (CONT'D)

I hope he is hot as hell. Just that to make me forget his craziness.

Sebastian keeps lost in his thoughts.

TAMORA (CONT'D)

(stands)

Now, I know something is going on. Sebastian?

Sebastian is called back to reality.

TAMORA (CONT'D)

Can you tell me once and for all what’s going on?

Sebastian takes a deep breath.

SEBASTIAN

I don’t know if I should.

TAMORA

Now you’ve got me curious. What is it?

SEBASTIAN

It was probably nothing. Maybe my sight tricked me.

TAMORA

Your sight? Honey, talk to me.

Tamora stands and walks over to him. They stare at each other.

SEBASTIAN

I think I saw Jessica yesterday at Armand’s cave.

Tamora frowns.

TAMORA

What? She found out about the lamp later.

SEBASTIAN

I know.

Sebastian loosens his tie.

SEBASTIANShe (CONT'D)

It happened so fast. When we came in, someone hid behind Armand and it looked like her.

TAMORA

Are you sure?

SEBASTIAN

I’m not. I mean ---

TAMORA

Sebs?

Sebastian looks seriously at her.

SEBASTIAN

I don’t know. I just know what I saw. It looked like her.

TAMORA

Anyone else saw it?

SEBASTIAN

(shakes his head)

I don’t think so.

TAMORA

You should tell Wyatt.

SEBASTIAN

No. I can’t. What if it wasn’t her?

TAMORA

What if it was?

SEBASTIAN

What would she be doing there? She’s a witch married to Wyatt.

TAMORA

Everything we know is fake.

SEBASTIAN

Not everything.

TAMORA

Most things are. Including Wyatt and Jessica’s marriage.

SEBASTIAN

Do you think she’s not who she says she is?

TAMORA

I know nothing, Sebs. But we can’t be too cautious.

SEBASTIAN

Even in a fake reality one of you would find out if she was lying.

Tamora gets thoughtful.

TAMORA

True. When Bianca came into our lives, Prue was suspicious of her. Bianca was good, is, but still, she lied to us at first.

SEBASTIAN

See? You guys would discover it.

TAMORA

Prue would. She smells this kind of thing.

SEBASTIAN

We don’t need to worry. Okay? I saw someone I don’t know. Maybe it just looked like Jessica.

Tamora looks seriously at him.

TAMORA

Probably, but ---

SEBASTIAN

But?

TAMORA

You must tell Prue.

Sebastian is caught by surprise.

TAMORA

She has to know about this.

SEBASTIAN

Are you sure?

Tamora nods.

SEBASTIAN (CONT'D)

Won’t it wake up a dragon?

TAMORA

Oh, honey, believe me, sometimes that dragon’s fire hits the right target.

(serious)

Just make sure you don’t call her a dragon.

Sebastian half-smiles. They stare at each other.

CUT TO:

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL - ERIC’S OFFICE - DAY

Eric is analyzing some files and adding the data to the computer.

A KNOCK on the door.

ERIC

Come in.

Ethan comes in. He closes the door behind him. Eric looks at him as Ethan stares seriously back at him. Ethan has some dark circles under his eyes.

ERIC (CONT'D)

You look bad.

Eric goes to sit across the desk. He leans back on the chair.

ETHAN

Did you know?

Eric puts the files apart and takes a deep breath.

ERIC

That they are powerful witches?

Ethan smiles sarcastically.

ETHAN

Am I the last to know?

ERIC

Well, apparently, you already knew. You just don’t remember.

ETHAN

But you do?

ERIC

We can’t talk about it. Not without any of them being in here with us.

ETHAN

Right. Pan told me not to talk about the RW thing.

ERIC

RW?

Ethan nods.

ERIC (CONT'D)

It works for me. So, how are you?

ETHAN

Confused. Witchcraft, witches, magic, demons ---

(sighs)

Are we all mad? Those things don’t exist.

ERIC

They do. You saw them.

ETHAN

And it is still hard to believe.

ERIC

Look, man, at first it’s hard to believe, but then you’ll get used. You’ll even want to be part of it and help in any way you can.

ETHAN

I don’t think so. I prefer to keep my distance from all that madness.

ERIC

For that to happen you will have to stop seeing Pan.

Ethan looks at the side. He is serious.

ERIC (CONT'D)

Is that what you want?

Ethan sighs.

ERIC (CONT'D)

Are you seriously thinking of breaking up with Pan?

Ethan looks at Eric. He doesn’t answer. He is serious.

CUT TO:

INT. PRUE’S CONDO - LIVING ROOM / ENTRANCE - DAY

Prue, Melinda, and Bianca are sitting. Prue and Melinda stare seriously at Bianca.

BIANCA

At first, I thought it was just my mind pranking me. You know because of Matt. Then I took a test and ---

MELINDA

You’re pregnant.

Bianca nods. Prue is serious.

BIANCA

I didn’t want this to happen.

MELINDA

Does Chris know?

Bianca shakes her head.

BIANCA

I don’t know how to tell him.

MELINDA

You need to tell him soon. It won’t take long for it to start showing.

BIANCA

I know.

Bianca looks at Prue.

BIANCA (CONT'D)

You won’t say anything?

Prue looks at her seriously. Then she stands. They notice Prue is worried.

MELINDA

(to Prue)

Are you okay?

BIANCA

Prue?

Prue turns to them.

PRUE

I was just thinking.

MELINDA

About what?

PRUE

Well, that’s pretty obvious. Her pregnancy.

BIANCA

Is that bad that you seem that worried?

PRUE

I’m not worried. I’m just --- I just wasn’t waiting for it now.

BIANCA

You were waiting for it?

(stands)

You knew.

PRUE

That’s because I touched you and felt another life inside of you.

MELINDA

You did?

Melinda stands.

PRUE

Yeah. Powers. Go figure.

BIANCA

So, it’s not that bad that I’m pregnant?

PRUE

No. And you should not feel guilty either.

BIANCA

What do you mean?

PRUE

I know you feel guilty that you are pregnant and Matt isn’t even here.

Bianca lowers her gaze.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Well, Jo isn’t either.

Prue touches her belly and caresses.

PRUE (CONT'D)

But we’ll gonna get them back. The two of them. And then we’ll gonna get back our lives and welcome your baby and mines.

Bianca smiles.

BIANCA

I’m anxious to find out if it’s going to be a girl or a boy.

PRUE

It’s a girl.

Melinda and Bianca look at her.

MELINDA

Okay, you are scaring me.

PRUE

No need to. It wasn’t a vision or sensing or any other power. Someone told me.

BIANCA

Who?

Prue lowers her gaze.

PRUE

Matt.

Melinda and Bianca look at each other. Then they look at Prue curious.

BIANCA

Did he say anything else?

Prue stares at them for a few seconds. Then she looks at the side.

PRUE

(lying)

No. He didn’t.

Melinda is about to ask something else, but ---

OFF TO THE FRONT DOOR - It opens. Nate comes in pushing the baby’s stroller and a suitcase.

NATE

Honey, I’m home.

The three of them turn to Nate who smiles big as he walks towards Prue and kisses her passionately.

CUT TO:

INT. UNDERWORLD - CAVE - DAY

This cave is big and dark as no light is lit in there.

ON THE ENTRANCE - Jared walks in, carefully, holding his cell phone with the flashlight on. He glances around.

Jared smirks.

JARED

Not a foe, but a friend.

No one answers.

JARED (CONT'D)

I know you are here. Darkness is where you live, isn’t it?

A voice is heard from the darkness. A shadowy voice.

SHADOW (O.S.)

You are not welcome here, Avatar.

JARED

Jared. My name is Jared.

SHADOW (O.S.)

You once were a demon. But now you’re more than that.

JARED

And I don’t forget where I come from. Can you show yourself? It’s not funny to speak to the nothing.

SHADOW (O.S.)

Turn it off.

Jared smirks. Then he turns off the phone’s flashlight. Then a SHADOW figure appears before him. No face. No shape. Dark. Jared stares at Shadow.

SHADOW (CONT'D)

How did you find me?

JARED

I have minions.

A laugh is heard.

SHADOW

Anyone has minions.

JARED

You don’t.

SHADOW

I work alone.

JARED

You shouldn’t. I’ve heard that you desire one thing.

(pause)

To dive this world into darkness.

Jared paces the cave.

JARED (CONT'D)

Why haven’t you yet? Oh, wait. You weren’t able to because no one is on your side. You need a faction, Shadow.

SHADOW

I don’t need ---

JARED

(cuts him off)

You do. And I can help you with that. See, everyone fears what they can’t see. You need demons by your side. Armand has them. He also got a Seer.

SHADOW

He won’t be the first to fail.

JARED

True. But you could be the first to win. Every demon in the Underworld would fear you and also obey you. You would become the new Source.

SHADOW

The Source’s essence is lost.

JARED

Is it? But even if it was, you don’t need it. You would be their leader.

SHADOW

Since the Source’s time that for a demon to become the leader of the Underworld, one task is required.

JARED

Destroying the Destined Ones. Yes, I know. Dad was part of one of the old factions. He was vanquished. I was chased by her.

SHADOW

Who?

JARED

The heiress.

(smirks)

Just because I was my father’s son and wanted to follow his path. I was a threat to her. She saw it and chased me. But here I am.

(opens his arms)

Stronger than ever. Offering you a chance to become that leader.

SHADOW

I would have to destroy them.

JARED

You would. You could take their powers. Not now. But after I get what I want.

Jared stares at Shadow.

SHADOW

I’m listening.

JARED

(smirks)

Slowly. Scare them. Make them fear the dark. One by one. Lure them into it.

SHADOW

They are not that stupid.

JARED

No. They are humans. And I know just who’s perfect to start with.

SHADOW

They’ll find out.

JARED

No, they won’t. Because you’ll be careful. You won’t let them see you. If you take her into your dark world, the others will follow just to save her.

(pauses)

What do you say?

Jared stares seriously at Shadow.

CUT TO:

EXT. SOUTH BAY SOCIAL SERVICES - DAY

STILL.

CUT TO:

INT. SOUTH BAY SOCIAL SERVICES - MAIN ROOM - DAY

Pandora is at her desk typing on his computer. She seems tired and annoyed. William, her boss, comes from his office.

PANDORA

(sighs)

God! I don’t know what else to do.

WILLIAM

Who are you talking to?

Pandora turns around and looks at William who is staring seriously at her.

PANDORA

Mr. Landon.

WILLIAM

You seem tired. Long night?

PANDORA

Tell me about it.

(stands)

Mr. Landon, I don’t know what else to do.

WILLIAM

You’re talking about Julia Towne’s case?

Pandora nods.

PANDORA

I’ve entered a request to see the process about her son’s death and the answer it’s the same.

WILLIAM

The records disappeared?

Pandora nods again.

PANDORA

A computer error. But hers is the only process they’ve lost. Still, a nurse remembers her.

WILLIAM

Have you talked to that nurse?

Pandora shakes her head.

PANDORA

They don’t want to give me her name. They won’t even give me the doctor’s name. Nothing. It’s like that birth is involved in some sort of mystery.

WILLIAM

That woman just wants a graveyard where to morn her son.

William stares at Pandora seriously. Some idea is popping into his mind.

WILLIAM (CONT'D)

Mrs. Mitchell, aren’t you dating a doctor?

PANDORA

To be honest, I don’t know.

William shoots her a look.

PANDORA (CONT'D)

Long story.

WILLIAM

Well, I suggest that you look for that boyfriend of yours and ask for his help.

PANDORA

What?

WILLIAM

Aren’t you tired of seeing Julia here every week?

Pandora nods.

WILLIAM (CONT'D)

Then, get your hands on it.

William turns around and leaves.

PANDORA

The guy doesn’t even answer my calls, and now I’m gonna have to ask for his help. Damn, Mr. Landon!

Pandora turns around and sits back on her chair.

ON BABY ANDREW - He is sound asleep on his crib. He seems bigger as he is now over a year old.

Nate is beside the crib while Prue stares at them keeping her distance from them. Nate smiles as he looks at the baby sleeping. Then he turns to Prue, smiling.

NATE

He sleeps like an angel. I must confess that he had a hard time on the plane.

PRUE

Babies. Well, I need to ---

NATE

(cuts her off)

Go?

Nate’s smile fades off of his face. Prue stares seriously at him.

NATE (CONT'D)

We just got home, Prue.

PRUE

I know, but I have a meeting.

NATE

Work?

Prue nods.

NATE (CONT'D)

Don’t you have a manager for that kind of thing?

PRUE

Bianca is the manager, but I’m still the owner.

NATE

And so is Wyatt. Why does it have to be you? Why now when your husband and son just came home?

Prue lowers her gaze.

NATE (CONT'D)

For God’s sake, Prue, we were 3 weeks out. I gave you that space because you were needing some time alone. Which I don’t understand why, but still, I went to Florida and took our son with me. I thought you would miss us, but I think I was wrong.

PRUE

Nate, c’mon. Don’t do this.

NATE

Don’t do what? Want you to love me the way I love you?

They stare at each other.

NATE (CONT'D)

Want you to be the perfect mother to Andrew.

Prue looks aside.

NATE (CONT'D)

What’s wrong with you, Prue?

PRUE

You know that I can’t. We can’t. It’s a risk pregnancy.

Prue stares at him.

NATE

Right. Do you know my brother-in-law? My sister’s husband? He told me something that got me thinking.

PRUE

Nate, please.

NATE

He said that even when there’s a risk, couples find other ways to be close.

Nate highers his voice tone.

PRUE

Nate, please. Andrew is sleeping.

NATE

But every time I touch you or I kiss you or whatever, you get sick.

PRUE

It’s not my fault.

NATE

Isn’t it? Maybe is a secondary reaction to your own feelings.

PRUE

What do you mean?

Nate stares seriously at her.

NATE

You changed. Since you got pregnant again. You changed.

Prue lowers her gaze.

NATE (CONT'D)

Prue looks at Nate.

PRUE

Prue’s eyes get wet.

Prue sighs as she took a weight off of her shoulders.

Nate is shocked. Andrew starts crying.

NATE

PRUE

I’m sorry, Nate. I’m so sorry. I never wanted this to happen. But it’s the truth. I love you, but not like that.

NATE

I don’t understand. You always said you loved me. God, I remember us back then when we first met.

PRUE

I know, but it’s a lie. It has always been a lie. I wish I could tell you, but ---

A tear runs down Prue’s face.

PRUE (CONT'D)

I don’t love you, Nate. That’s my truth.

Nate is wordless. He takes his hands to his hips.

PRUE (CONT'D)

I’m so sorry.

NATE

Don’t.

He looks at her.

NATE (CONT'D)

I don’t believe you. No. This isn’t you. Maybe a demon, ---

PRUE

No. This is me.

(pauses)

I need to go.

Prue turns to leave.

NATE

My mother is coming.

Prue turns to Nate.

NATE (CONT'D)

She’s taking a flight here tomorrow. I can’t tell her not to come so I suggest we pretend nothing happened while she’s here. We’ll talk after she’s gone.

Prue wipes her tears. Then she nods. Prue turns around and leaves. Nate watches her as she leaves.

ON NATE’S FACE - His eyes are wet. A tear runs down his face.

Baby Andrew keeps crying. Nate turns to the crib and takes the baby in his arms.

CUT TO:

INT. SAN FRANCISCO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL - ERIC’S OFFICE - DAY

Pandora is there. She walks back and forward. She is clearly nervous.

OFF TO THE ENTRANCE - The door opens and Eric comes in followed by Ethan.

Pandora turns around. She looks at them. Ethan looks at Pandora and then at Eric.

ETHAN

You said you had something important to show me.

ERIC

This is important.

Eric signs him to come in. Then Eric closes the door.

PANDORA

I’m sorry to come here unannounced.

ETHAN

I told you I needed time.

PANDORA

You actually texted me and that’s not the best way to cut me off of your life, but this is not what brought me here.

ERIC

Pandora needs assistance with something.

ETHAN

What? It’s magic?

PANDORA

It has nothing to do with magic either.

ETHAN

(impatient)

So?

PANDORA

I’m dealing with this case for a few months now.

Eric signs them to sit. They do and so Eric sits on his chair.

PANDORA (CONT'D)

This woman had a baby last year, but the baby was born dead.

Eric and Ethan look at each other.

PANDORA (CONT'D)

She never saw the baby. The father did. Julia Towne, the mother, first looked for us claiming that her baby was alive and someone took him from her.

ETHAN

A baby boy?

Pandora nods.

PANDORA

I investigated and found out that it was Igor who saw him and signed the papers for the baby to be buried.

ETHAN

Normal. He wanted to protect his wife from it.

PANDORA

Indeed. The thing is that I’ve asked for the records of the autopsy and at first I was told I needed a court order. I got it and when I requested the data again, they said it was lost.

ERIC

Computer error?

Pandora nods.

ETHAN

That’s impossible. Our system is very advanced.

ERIC

Indeed it is. And some of us keep physical files just in case.

ETHAN

Yeah, that’s last century, men.

ERIC

It works for me.

PANDORA

The thing is that there’s no digital or physical file. Nothing to prove that the baby is dead and what was the cause of his death.

ETHAN

The parents don’t know?

PANDORA

No one told them.

Eric and Ethan look at each other again.

ERIC

Weird, right?

ETHAN

Yeah. They should’ve been informed of the cause.

ERIC

Maybe we can try to find the one who delivered the baby.

PANDORA

I have. I had hopes that it could be Blanche, but on that day she was delivering someone else’s baby. So, it was Dr. Moretti.

ETHAN

Great! We can talk to him.

PANDORA

He doesn’t want to talk.

Ethan and Eric look at Pandora.

PANDORA (CONT'D)

I was told that there’s a nurse that knows more details about it, but they won’t give me the name without a court order.

(sighs)

Julia just wants to know where her baby’s graveyard is. She just wants to mourn her baby. So, she can move forward. At first, she had a hard time trying to believe the baby was dead. She said she heard him crying and had a feeling of emptiness.

(looks at them)

She’s just a mother in pain.

Eric and Ethan look at each other.

ETHAN

I know Dr. Moretti. I’ll talk to him and try to find that nurse.

Pandora and Ethan look at each other.

PANDORA

Would you do that for me?

ETHAN

I’d do that for that mother in pain.

Pandora half-smiles.

PANDORA

Ethan nods. Pandora and Ethan look seriously at each other.

INT. JARED’S APARTMENT - LIVING ROOM - DAY

Jared and Jessica are there. Jessica walks back and forward while she caresses her belly. Jared stares astonished at her.

JESSICA

So, this demon won’t hurt her?

JARED

He’ll try, but that’s when you make your move.

Jessica turns to him.

JESSICA

Help her?

Jared nods.

JARED

You need to save her from his attack.

JESSICA

I have to put on a face.

JARED

She won’t trust you at first, but after you save her, she’ll lower down her barriers.

JESSICA

JARED

JESSICA

And then what? You said that Shadow will try to take each one of them into his Shadow world.

JARED

Indeed. But Shadow won’t attack others until he has her.

A few students are there. Melinda is at one of the tables reading a book. She seems focused on the reading.

OFF TO THE ENTRANCE - Charlotte and Nate come in.

NATE

Thanks, Charlie.

CHARLOTTE

You know I don’t mind watching him. Besides, in the nursery, he will interact with others.

NATE

Yeah, I know. I really need to keep my mind busy, but I’m not in conditions to take care of my son.

CHARLOTTE

Wanna talk?

Nates shakes his head.

NATE

Better not. I must go.

Charlotte nods.

NATE (CONT'D)

He motions trying to explain he wants her to beam him out.

CHARLOTTE

Charlotte WAVES her hands and Nate is BEAMED out. Charlotte takes a deep breath. She sees Melinda at one of the tables and walks towards her. Once she reaches Melinda, she peeks over her shoulder.

CHARLOTTE (CONT'D)

Melinda looks over her shoulder.

MELINDA

Oh, yeah, no. I mean, just what we suspected.

Charlotte sits beside Melinda.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

CHARLOTTE

I told Nate everything, Wy.

WYATT

Wyatt takes Prue’s face between his hands.

Wyatt joins his forehead to hers.

Prue raises her eyebrows, surprised. Jessica approaches Wyatt and gives him a peck kiss on the lips. Prue rolls her eyes. Then Jessica turns to Prue.

Prue and I were talking about business.

JESSICA

PRUE

Prue and Jessica stare at each other. Jessica smiles big and Prue is serious.

JESSICA

Being pregnant has made me think a lot about family and how I would love to raise my child.

PRUE

Meaning?

JESSICA

I don’t want my baby to grow up in a toxic environment.

Prue and Wyatt look at each other.

JESSICA (CONT'D)

I want us to work things out, Prue. It’s ridiculous that after all these years we keep treating each other the way we do. We are family.

Prue is suspicious.

Jessica nods. She glances from Wyatt to Prue.

Prue and Wyatt look at each other.

Jessica walks towards the door. Prue glances at Wyatt. He moves his lips to wish her good luck. Then Prue turns around and leaves the office as Wyatt watches them leaving.

The elevator is empty. The doors open. Jessica and Prue come in. Jessica smiles at Prue. Prue is still suspicious of Jessica’s behavior.

JESSICA

This is going to be nice.

PRUE

I bet.

Jessica smiles at her again. The elevator’s doors close and the elevator starts moving. The both of them stand beside each other. Then, out of a sudden, the lights go down. Both women are taken by surprise. The elevator stops.

PRUE (CONT'D)

(sarcastic)

Oh, great!

In the darkness, the demon Shadow appears behind Prue. It reaches out its hands and touches her. Prue startles and lets out a loud cry. The demon withdraws its hands.

JESSICA

What happened?

The lights come on. Prue glances around.

PRUE

I felt ---

The elevator starts moving again.

JESSICA

Felt what?

Prue turns to Jessica. Jessica glances at her, apparently worried. Prue stares at her, seriously.

PRUE

Nothing. It was just the lights.

JESSICA

I’m afraid of the dark too.

PRUE

Well, I’m not.

The elevator’s door opens. They glance forward.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Let’s go.

Prue walks out of the elevator. Jessica smirks. Then she walks out too.

All of them turn around. Loreto stands there staring at them. She wears a black suit.

The cosmic entity that rules this place.

Christina and Matt look at each other. Jo stares seriously at Loreto.

At a table are Prue and Jessica. Both women stare as the server puts their dishes on the table.

The server smiles at Prue and then walks away.

This feels nice.

Prue looks at Jessica who smiles. Prue rolls her eyes.

I know we haven’t been much cordial to each other. In fact, I don’t know why we never got along.

Prue sips her orange juice.

I think we have so much in common. I mean, we got pregnant at the same time, right?

Prue forces a smile as she puts the glass back on the table.

This has to be over. We must get along. Try to find something to help us bond.

PRUE

JESSICA

Prue shoots her a look. Jessica reaches out her hand and places it over Prue’s. Prue glances at it.

JESSICA (CONT'D)

We are family, Prue.

Prue looks at Jessica.

JESSICA (CONT'D)

Trust me.

Both hold glances on each other. Then Prue withdraws her hands and puts the napkin on the table.

PRUE

I need to use the toilet.

Jessica forces a smile. Prue stands and walks away. Jessica rolls her eyes.

JESSICA

Befriend her! That bitch is not stupid, Jared. Your plan better work!

Jessica stands.

CUT TO:

INT. RISOTTO’S RESTAURANT - LADIES’ TOILET - DAY (SHORTLY AFTER)

Prue comes in and puts the handbag on the countertop. She looks at the mirror and takes a deep breath as if she’s trying to relax.

PRUE

Calm down, Prue. She might be sincere.

She breaths in and then breaths out. As she breaths out, the lights start flashing. The air that comes from Prue’s mouths can be seen. Prue glances around. She tries to remain calm. She glances one more time to the mirror and jumps scared as a shadow figure stands behinds her. She lets out a loud scream as she steps back. Shadow grabs her from behind. The lights turn completely off. But suddenly ---

Some light comes inside as the door opens and Jessica comes in.

JESSICA

(sounds worried)

Prue?

Lights go on. No one is grabbing Prue. Prue is disturbed. She looks at Jessica.

JESSICA (CONT'D)

What happened?

Prue glances around. No one else is there. Then she turns to Jessica.

PRUE

I swear someone was here.

Both of them stare at each other.

CUT TO:

INT. P3 - DANCING FLOOR / COUNTER - DAY

Michaela comes from the storeroom holding a heavy box. She doesn’t realize as someone approaches her and stands behind her.

That someone can be seen in the B.G.

BEAT. Jared stands behind her.

JARED

Hello?

Michaela turns around and looks at him. As she does, she drops the heavy box, unintentionally, on the floor.

ON THE BOX - The box hits the floor. All its content comes out of it; several items for a thematic party.

Jared glances down at the box and so does Michaela. Then Jared looks seriously at her. Slowly, Michaela looks at him as well. Then, Jared smiles.

JARED (CONT'D)

Did I scare you?

Michaela swallows.

MICHAELA

I’m sorry. I wasn’t waiting to see someone here.

JARED

The door was open.

Jared keeps smiling. Michaela looks straight at his eyes. She is nervous.

JARED (CONT'D)

Something wrong?

MICHAELA

Who --- who are you?

JARED

My manners.

(reaches out his hand)

I’m Jared Lare. Jessica’s brother.

MICHAELA

Jessica?

JARED

Yes, the wife of one of the owners?

MICHAELA

Right!

Michaela lowers down and starts picking up the things.

JARED

Need some help?

Jared lowers down, but Michaela stands nervously.

MICHAELA

No. Thank you, but no. I --- I ---

Jared stands.

JARED

Why are you so nervous?

Michaela turns around and walks over the counter.

JARED (CONT'D)

Do I scare you?

Michaela turns to face him.

MICHAELA

No, of course, no. It’s just that ---

JARED

Look, I just wanted to talk to Prue or Bianca, but I can see they are not in. I’ll try to arrange a meeting with them.

MICHAELA

Why? What do you want with them?

Michaela’s voice sounds shaken. Jared smiles.

JARED

I have a friend. He is a musician and I thought he could play here anytime soon.

Michaela swallows.

JARED (CONT'D)

I’ll call Prue later or maybe I’ll reach my brother-in-law.

Michaela nods.

JARED (CONT'D)

(smirks)

Michaela swallows again. Jared walks away as Michaela stays frozen. She breaths out relieved.

EXT. PRESCOTT GROUP - DAY

STILL FOOTAGE of the glass building.

INT. PRESCOTT GROUP - CEO’S OFFICE - DAY

Johnathan is lost in his thoughts. He stands by the window staring through it. He holds a glass of whiskey in his right hand.

OFF TO THE DOOR - Nate comes in.

NATE

Johnathan?

Nate closes the door behind him as Johnathan turns to him.

JOHNATHAN

You’re back.

Nate stares at Johnathan. Both men seem in a bad mood and they notice.

JOHNATHAN (CONT'D)

I don’t look good, but you look worse.

NATE

I’m not good.

JOHNATHAN

Want some?

Johnathan shows Nate the glass.

NATE

Make it double.

Johnathan walks over to the bar a pours some whiskey into another glass.

JOHNATHAN

So, what happened?

NATE

Prue.

Johnathan walks towards him and hands him the glass. Nate sits and Johnathan goes to sit on his chair.

NATE (CONT'D)

She told me something ---

Johnathan stares at him waiting for more.

NATE

She told me I wasn’t her true love.

JOHNATHAN

Outch!

NATE

Yeah.

JOHNATHAN

Do you think she has another?

NATE

It’s not how she is.

JOHNATHAN

Man, she told you that you weren’t her true love. It means that someone else is in her life.

NATE

She’s confused. That’s all.

JOHNATHAN

Confused?

(smiles sarcastic)

Women can be anything but confused. They play with our hearts and don’t care how bad we bleed.

Nate stares seriously at him.

JOHNATHAN (CONT'D)

They cut us right in the middle. We are left with an open wound that never heals.

NATE

Johnathan looks at Nate.

JOHNATHAN

Did I ever tell you why I haven't got married?

NATE

Because you are against that?

Johnathan shakes his head.

JOHNATHAN

Remember that summer break after freshman year at college?

Nate nods.

JOHNATHAN (CONT'D)

I got married then.

Nate’s eyes widen with surprise.

NATE

JOHNATHAN

It was over by the end of the summer.

(has a sip of whisky)

She was supposed to come with me after the break, but I found her with my best friend.

(pauses)

She said she loved me, but she loved him too. I was in the serious relationship. He was the one to have all the fun with.

NATE

JOHNATHAN

Yeah. Crazy.

(sighs)

I loved her and she broke my heart. She cut it right in the middle and it bled for years.

NATE

That’s why you never assumed any relationship.

JOHNATHAN

I was broken-hearted.

Both men stare at each other.

JOHNATHAN (CONT'D)

And now that I thought I had found someone worthy to be with ---

(has another sip of whisky)

Nate sips his drink too.

JOHNATHAN (CONT'D)

NATE

It wasn’t a question. Johnathan looks at him and nods.

NATE (CONT'D)

I knew something was happening between the two of you.

JOHNATHAN

Last night she was mine.

NATE

I don’t need details.

Johnathan ignores him.

JOHNATHAN

This morning, she said it was a mistake.

NATE

Look, Johnathan, Cass is complicated. She hasn’t been very lucky when it comes to relationships.

JOHNATHAN

I haven’t either. I understand that she got hurt in the past, but I was too. I wasn’t hoping to be called a mistake.

NATE

I’m sure she didn’t mean it like that.

JOHNATHAN

I’m sure she did.

Johnathan stands and puts the glass on the desk.

JOHNATHAN (CONT'D)

Johnathan points his index finger to Nate.

You need to sit with Prue and have a serious talk with her. Make her be honest with you. She’s your wife and mother of your children. She can’t drop that bomb and not expect to explain herself.

NATE

ON MELISSA - She glances around amazed at the whole thing.

MELISSA

This place is amazing. So many books.

She’s in the middle of the big library spinning around. Melinda, Chris, Bianca, and Charlotte look at her.

MELINDA

(to Chris)

Why did you bring her here?

CHRIS

Junior is giving her a hard time.

MELINDA

Got it. So, ---

CHRIS

MELINDA

It’s basically what we already suspected. We won’t go back to the last moment of our real lives we remember.

BIANCA

CHARLOTTE

Melissa approaches them.

CHARLOTTE

Bianca touches her belly. She feels dizzy and holds Chris' arms. The others look at her.

CHRIS

MELINDA

Chris helps Bianca to sit in one of the chairs.

Bianca glances at them.

BIANCA

(takes a deep breath)

I’m okay. I just --- how is it supposed for me to feel okay when I’ve lost a year of my son’s life. I don’t remember him, but ---

CHRIS

We’ll have a whole life to be with him.

Chris sits before her.

CHRIS (CONT'D)

We’ll have plenty of time with him, I promise.

MELINDA

Chris is right, Bianca.

Bianca looks at Melinda. Bianca nods.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

Chris, why don’t you take her to the dorms? She needs to lay down a bit.

BIANCA

I’m feeling fine.

MELINDA

I insist.

Melinda shoots Bianca a look. Bianca nods. Chris helps her to stand and both Chris and Bianca walk out of the library.

CHARLOTTE

She was pale.

MELISSA

Yeah, but I can understand her. Almost an entire year.

MELINDA

Well, there’s something else.

Charlotte and Melissa look at Melinda. Melinda glances at them while trying to decide if she should tell them or not.

MELINDA (CONT'D)

Bianca is ---

(sighs)

She’s pregnant.

Charlotte and Melissa’s eyes widen.

CHARLOTTE

MELINDA

Prue and I found out this morning. Well, it was actually Prue who did.

CHARLOTTE

Does Chris know?

Melinda shakes her head.

MELINDA

That’s why I suggested he take her to a more private room.

MELISSA

Another baby. How can I help? We need to get our real lives back soon. For the children's sake and our own.

The three of them stare at each other.

Prue comes into the attic in a rush. Moments after, Jessica comes rushing after her. Prue walks over to the Book of Shadows and starts turning page after page.

JESSICA

How can you walk so quickly with that big belly?

PRUE

It’s called adrenaline.

Jessica grimaces.

JESSICA

Are you sure you saw someone in that toilet?

PRUE

I felt it. It was ---

Prue cuts herself off.

JESSICA

Prue looks at her.

The lights flashed and then went off. It disappeared when you opened the door.

JESSICA

Shadow figure?

Prue nods.

We must be looking for shadow demons then.

Prue looks at her.

PRUE

Darkness.

Prue gets thoughtful.

JESSICA

Darkness?

Prue looks at the book.

PRUE

I felt darkness when it ---

Prue swallows.

PRUE (CONT'D)

--- it grabbed me.

Jessica approaches Prue.

JESSICA

I think you need to calm down. You got pale out of a sudden. I’m gonna get you a tea.

Prue nods and looks at the book. Jessica looks at her for a few seconds and then turns around to leave.

ON JESSICA’S FACE - She smirks as she walks out of the attic.

Michaela is sitting on one of the barstools. She seems shaken. Alex ORBS in front of her. As he looks at her, he notices something is wrong.

ALEX

Mika?

Michaela looks at Alex who holds her arms.

MICHAELA

It was here.

Alex doesn’t understand.

MICHAELA (CONT'D)

Hazel eyes.

Alex is astonished.

ALEX

What?

MICHAELA

I saw them. I saw them.

Michaela is very nervous.

ALEX

Who is it, Mika? Who?

Michaela stares at him. She’s terrifying.

MICHAELA

I can’t remember. I just remember his eyes.

ALEX

His? It’s a he?

MICHAELA

I don’t know. I don’t know. I’m getting crazy, Alex.

Alex hugs her tightly.

ALEX

Calm down. I’m here now.

MICHAELA

They stared at me. Those eyes are terrifying.

Cassandra is inside the elevator. The doors open and ---

BEAT. Johnathan is there. He is about to walk in but sees her. She looks at him. None of them know what to say.

JOHNATHAN

CASSANDRA

Mr. Hale.

Both keep staring at each other. The doors of the elevator start closing. Johnathan puts a hand in between. The doors open again. Johnathan walks in. Both of the stand side by side. The doors close.

Cassandra swallows. Johnathan looks at her over his shoulder. She tries to avoid his look. And then ---

The lights flash in and out. The elevator shakes. Both of them hold to the sides. The lights go down. The elevator stops. The emergency light turns on.

CASSANDRA

What happened?

Johnathan looks at her.

JOHNATHAN

I think we are trapped inside.

CASSANDRA

Oh, no, that can’t happen.

Cassandra starts getting nervous.

CASSANDRA (CONT'D)

I don’t like it.

Cassandra starts pressing the buttons of the elevator.

CASSANDRA (CONT'D)

We can’t be trapped in here.

Johnathan looks at her astonished.

JOHNATHAN

Cassandra?

Cassandra keeps pressing buttons nonstop.

JOHNATHAN (CONT'D)

Cassandra?

Johnathan walks over to her and forces her to look at him.

JOHNATHAN (CONT'D)

Are you okay?

Cassandra shakes her head. Actually, her whole self is shaking.

CASSANDRA

I don’t like closed spaces. I never thought I was afraid of them, but I just realized I might be.

Cassandra looks terrified. Johnathan stares at her worried.

INT. MAGIC SCHOOL - HEADMASTER'S OFFICE - DAY

Bianca is sitting on the couch having a cup of tea. Chris is sitting next to her. He runs his fingers through her long brown hair. He looks at her with a very sweet look. She notices it and looks at him. She smiles.

BIANCA

I am fine.

CHRIS

You seem fine, but I can’t stop thinking there’s something you’re not telling me.

Bianca hands him the cup. Chris leans it on the center table.

CHRIS (CONT’D)

What is it?

Bianca takes a deep breath.

BIANCA

You’re right. There is.

(pauses)

I didn’t know how to tell you because of the whole situation we’re going through.

CHRIS

You know you can tell me anything.

BIANCA

I know. It’s just that ---

(takes a deep breath)

You remember him.

Chris lowers his gaze.

BIANCA (CONT'D)

I don’t and I still can’t help but miss Matt. So, I supposed it’s harder for you.

Chris looks at Bianca and touches her face softly.

CHRIS

We’ll get him back.

BIANCA

I’m pregnant.

Chris is caught by surprise.

BIANCA (CONT’D)

According to Prue, it’s a girl.

Chris exhales and then smiles big.

BIANCA (CONT’D)

Chris?

CHRIS

It’s amazing.

Bianca is now surprised.

CHRIS (CONT’D)

This is great news.

BIANCA

Are you sure?

Chris holds her face between his hands and kisses her on the lips.

CHRIS

You have no idea how happy I am.

BIANCA

Really?

Chris nods.

BIANCA (CONT’D)

I was feeling guilty.

CHRIS

Why?

BIANCA

Because Matt is not with us.

CHRIS

But he will be, Bianca. We’ll get our son back soon. I’m sure of it.

BIANCA

I want to believe that.

CHRIS

They look at each other in the eyes.

Bianca smiles, but then the smile fades from her face. Chris notices it.

I just had a feeling.

Prue stands by the Book of Shadows stand. She’s turning pages with one hand while caressing her belly with the other. A soft breeze comes in from an open window. Prue hugs herself. She turns around and walks towards the window. She closes it and then ---

BEAT. Jared APPEARS using INVISIBLE ASTRAL PROJECTION next to Prue.

JARED

Prue?

Prue glances around. Prue shivers.

JARED (CONT’D)

It’s me.

Prue swallows.

JARED (CONT’D)

Darkness.

Prue starts getting really nervous. She hugs herself again. And suddenly, the daylight fades away. She’s now in the dark.

JARED (CONT’D)

I’m back.

Prue starts shaking hard.

PRUE

What’s going on?!

JARED (CONT’D)

I’m back, Prue, and this time I will have you.

PRUE

(shakes her head)

No. You can’t have me. You’re locked.

JARED (CONT’D)

I’m coming for you. I am.

Prue goes to sit in one of the couches and covers her face with her hands.

PRUE

No. No. No. You’re are not real.

JARED (CONT’D)

Prue.

PRUE

No. No.

She’s shaking. Then Jared disappears.

CLOSE UP - Prue covering her face.

PRUE (CONT’D)

You’re not real.

Some hands grab her.

PRUE (CONT’D)

(trying to get free)

No. You’re no real. No.

WYATT (V.O.)

Prue?

Suddenly, the daylight appears again and Wyatt is on his knees in front of Prue. He takes her hands away from her face. Prue has her eyes closed.

WYATT (CONT’D)

Prue, it’s me. Wyatt.

Slowly, Prue opens her eyes. She looks at Wyatt and breathes in relief.

PRUE

Wyatt!

She hugs him tightly.

PRUE (CONT’D)

He was here. He ---

WYATT

Who?

Wyatt moves away to look at her face.

WYATT (CONT’D)

Who?

OFF TO THE ENTRANCE - Jessica comes in with a cup of tea. She stares at them.

JESSICA

Wyatt?

Wyatt stands and turns to Jessica.

JESSICA (CONT’D)

What’s wrong?

Prue looks at Jessica who looks back at Prue.

JESSICA (CONT’D)

Oh, my God! It happened again, didn’t it?

Jessica walks towards Prue. She pretends to be worried.

WYATT

Happened again? What happened again?

Jessica hands the cup of tea to Wyatt and lowers down.

JESSICA

(to Prue)

Are you okay?

Prue looks at Jessica.

PRUE

I’m fine. I just --- the lights went off and ---

WYATT

The lights didn’t go off, Prue. The sun is still high in the sky.

Prue looks at Wyatt.

PRUE

I guess there’s a demon. Some sort of demon. I haven’t found it yet.

Wyatt looks at Jessica. Prue stands and walks over to the Book of Shadows.

JESSICA

I made you tea.

Jessica takes the cup from Wyatt.

PRUE

I don’t need it.

WYATT

So, this demon ---

PRUE

It’s not in the book.

(looks at Wyatt)

It’s not here.

WYATT

Can we sit down for a while? You were shaking when I came in.

PRUE

I’m fine. I just need to find this demon.

Jessica looks at Wyatt.

JESSICA

Can I talk to you, honey?

Wyatt glances at Jessica, then he glances at Prue who has turned back at the book. Wyatt sighs and nods. Jessica signs him to follow her. Both of them walk out of the attic. Prue keeps turning page after page.

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - WYATT’S BEDROOM - DAY (SHORTLY AFTER)

Jessica comes in followed by Wyatt. Wyatt closes the door behind him.

WYATT

Can you tell me what the hell is going on?

JESSICA

I think Prue is becoming paranoic. I found her scared about the dark.

WYATT

What?

JESSICA

And since we came in she claims she needs to find this demon. I haven’t seen any demon.

WYATT

So, Prue’s the only one who has seen it?

Jessica nods.

JESSICA

I’m worried about her, Wy.

Wyatt is thoughtful.

JESSICA (CONT’D)

I’m not saying there isn’t a demon around. There’s always. But she seems to be overreacting.

WYATT

(sighs)

I’m gonna talk to her.

Wyatt turns to leave.

JESSICA

Don’t tell her I told you this. I’m just worried.

WYATT

Jessica nods. Wyatt walks out of the bedroom. Jessica smirks.

Prue walks from a side to another. Wyatt comes in.

WYATT

Prue turns to Wyatt.

WYATT (CONT’D)

It’s a demon, Wyatt. I know it is.

WYATT

Jessica hasn’t seen it.

PRUE

But I felt it. In the dark.

(swallows)

I know what I felt.

WYATT

Okay, I’m gonna need you to calm down, okay? Have you checked the BOS?

Prue nods.

PRUE

There’s nothing there.

WYATT

I’m gonna talk to the Elders. Maybe they know something.

Wyatt nods. Then he ORBS out. Prue stares seriously at the place he just was.

INT. PRESCOTT GROUP - ELEVATOR - DAY

Johnathan and Cassandra are still trapped inside the elevator. Cassandra is very nervous. Johnathan is trying to calm her while she tries to open the doors.

CASSANDRA

I need to get out of here.

JOHNATHAN

Cass, please, calm down. They probably know that we are trapped here.

CASSANDRA

I can’t stay here.

JOHNATHAN

I didn’t know you were afraid of closed places.

CASSANDRA

Neither did it till now.

Johnathan grabs her arms.

JOHNATHAN

He turns her around. She tries to breathe in but seems hard for her to.

CASSANDRA

JOHNATHAN

Slowly, Cassandra looks at him. He smiles at her.

Cassandra swallows. It seems like she’s getting calmer.

Cassandra nods.

JOHNATHAN (CONT’D)

Cassandra and Johnathan look at each other deeply in the eyes.

CASSANDRA

It wasn’t smart to get involved with my boss, but it wasn’t a mistake either.

Johnathan’s expression softens.

JOHNATHAN

Wouldn’t be stupid to hold on to what we feel?

Cassandra nods. Johnathan holds her face between his hands.

CASSANDRA

You are my boss.

JOHNATHAN

And could fire you and get you hired somewhere else if that pleases you.

They stare at each other.

CASSANDRA

You wouldn’t do that.

JOHNATHAN

I have some powers over you, Miss Halliwell. Otherwise, how would you explain that I made you forget we are trapped in an elevator?

Johnathan smiles. Then Cassandra bursts into a laugh. They both laugh together. Then, Cassandra stops laughing. She touches Johnathan’s face. He stops laughing and approaches his face to hers. The kiss is inevitable. His lips touch hers and both share a sweet kiss.

Suddenly, the lights go on and the elevator starts moving. They break the kiss and glance around. Both of them smile.

CASSANDRA

I guess this was magic.

Johnathan looks at her.

JOHNATHAN

Maybe it was.

Cassandra looks at him while he stands and helps her to stand. And then the elevator door open.

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO - DAY TURNING INTO NIGHT

FOOTAGE of the town as the sun goes down and the moon starts appearing in the sky.

Melinda, Charlotte, and Melissa are focused on several books when Pandora and Tamora come in. Pandora brings a couple of pizza boxes. The twins look at them.

TAMORA

(looking at Melissa)

So, there she is.

Tamora takes her phone from her pocket and texts someone.

PANDORA

Hey, girls. We decided to stop by with dinner.

Melinda, Charlotte, and Melissa look at them.

CHARLOTTE

I thought you two were supposed to go hunt tonight.

PANDORA

Well, I’m waiting for a call.

Pandora puts the pizza boxes on the desk.

PANDORA (CONT’D)

MELINDA

PANDORA

Well, considering he’s not speaking to me about what happened, I believe he’s not that good.

MELINDA

CHARLOTTE

MELISSA

Pandora looks at Melissa.

Melissa nods. At that moment, Junior ORBS in. He glances at them.

(to Melissa)

The girls look at him. Melissa rolls her eyes.

MELISSA

TAMORA

They look at Tamora.

TAMORA (CONT’D)

I didn’t know you were avoiding him.

MELISSA

Yeah, I’m kinda tired of having a bodyguard all day long.

JUNIOR

I just want to be sure you’re fine.

MELISSA

Honey, I told you I’ll be careful. I won’t talk about the reality-warping to no-Warrens.

Melissa stands irritated.

MELISSA (CONT’D)

I can’t even write my article. You’ve been calling me every ten minutes. It’s suffocating.

Everyone stares at them. Junior’s expression says that he’s no pleased to hear that.

Junior looks away. Melissa stares at him and sighs.

BEAT. Bianca recognizes the name.

PANDORA

BIANCA

She was so sure that her baby was alive. She used to hear his cry.

TAMORA

SOUND - Pandora’s phone. She’s has got a text.

Pandora checks her phone.

PANDORA

It’s Ethan. He got me what I wanted.

(looks at them)

BIANCA

Pandora and Bianca hold hands.

CHRIS

(to Bianca)

Bianca nods. Then Pandora ORBS out taking Bianca. Melissa turns to Chris.

MELISSA

CHRIS

I thought you were avoiding him.

MELISSA

I was, but I can’t keep avoiding him.

Chris nods. He looks at Melinda, Charlotte, and Tamora.

MELINDA

I’ll go hunt with Tamora.

CHARLOTTE

I believe we found what we wanted here. We won’t get back to the moment we left. That said, I’ll prepare for tomorrow’s class and the I’ll leave.

CHRIS

Chris and Melissa hold hands and then Chris ORB out taking her. Tamora turns to Melinda and Charlotte.

TAMORA

Prue is sitting on one of the couches. She embraces herself. All the lights are on.

Prue looks at her.

It’s dark.

(glances around)

Is that why you turned all the lights on.

PRUE

You think I’m crazy, do you?

JESSICA

Jessica walks towards her.

JESSICA (CONT’D)

I believe you. Actually, ---

Jessica looks at her grimoire.

JESSICA (CONT’D)

Prue looks at her.

This belonged to my mother.

Jessica hands Prue the grimoire.

My mother’s Book of Shadows.

Prue looks at the book.

JESSICA (CONT’D)

I found something here.

Prue doesn’t take the book. Jessica sits beside Prue.

JESSICA (CONT’D)

I believe it’s a Shadow Demon.

Prue looks at Jessica.

PRUE

A Shadow Demon?

Jessica nods.

JESSICA

They prefer to lurk within the darkness where they are practically invisible. That’s why I haven’t seen it. Some Shadow Demons can create darkness themselves.

Prue sits straight interested in what she’s hearing. Jessica opens the book and hands it to her. Prue takes it.

Suddenly, Jared appears in INVISIBLE ASTRAL PROJECTION and WAVES his hands. The whole room gets darker. Prue and Jessica stand and glance around. They can’t see each other.

JESSICA

He’s here.

PRUE

Where the hell are we going to get the light to fight this demon?

SOUND - GROWLS can be heard.

Both Jessica and Prue glance around.

JESSICA

I can’t see anything.

VOICE

Prue!

Prue starts freaking out. As the sound of the voice is very similar to Gadreel’s voice.

PRUE

No. No. It’s just the demon messing with me.

JESSICA

Prue?

The voice can be heard loudly calling for Prue. She covers her ears.

JESSICA

I’m gonna find a way to get us out of this.

PRUE

It can’t be. You are no real. You are just messing with my mind.

JESSICA

We just need light.

PRUE

Light.

Prue uncovers her ears.

PRUE (CONT’D)

Light.

(pauses)

I am light.

JESSICA

I’m gonna make a spell.

PRUE

No.

JESSICA

I know a spell to create light.

Suddenly, Prue feels something grabbing her.

PRUE

No.

Prue fights to get free.

PRUE (CONT’D)

Let go of me.

JESSICA

Prue, where are you?

Prue screams.

JESSICA (CONT'D)

I’m gonna cast a spell ---

PRUE

I am light. I am light.

JESSICA

Prue? Prue, hold my hand.

Jessica reaches out her hand, but Prue doesn’t take it.

PRUE

I am light.

ON PRUE - The Shadow Demon grabs her tightly. Prue tries to calm down and then she starts chanting.

PRUE (CONT’D)

‘I am light.

I am one too strong to fight.

So go away and leave my sight,

And take with you this endless night.

I am light. I am made of light.’

And suddenly, from Prue comes a bright beam of light and lights up the attic. The Shadow Demon lets go of Prue. Prue turns around and WAVES her hands. She has the demon grabbed with TELEKINETIC SOURCE. Jessica looks at it astonished.

PRUE (CONT’D)

I destroy you with my light.

BEAMS OF LIGHT (LIGHT BEAM EMISSION) comes from Prue’s hand and hits the demon. His whole self is consumed by the bright light. The lights in the attic come back to normal. Jessica looks astonished at Prue.

JESSICA

What the hell was that?

Prue turns to Jessica. Then she caresses her belly.

PRUE

My daughters.

Jessica is astonished.

OFF TO JARED - He is still there in INVISIBLE ASTRAL PROJECTION. He is serious. Then he disappears.

At that moment, Wyatt ORBS in. He glances around.

WYATT

What happened?

PRUE

(smiles)

I just vanquished the Shadow Demon with the twins' help.

Wyatt stares at her. Then he looks at Prue’s belly and then back at her eyes. Wyatt smiles. Jessica stares at her. She’s serious.

Johnathan is by the window. He looks through it.

SOUND - A knock on the door.

Johnathan turns around.

The door opens and Cassandra comes in.

CASSANDRA

Johnathan smiles as he sees her.

Cassandra closes the door behind her and walks over to Johnathan. They look at each other in the eyes.

CASSANDRA

Johnathan smiles.

Cassandra smiles.

I want to try. I need to give us a chance.

JOHNATHAN

Are you sure?

Cassandra cuts the distance between them.

No one is there. Cassandra BEAMS in the middle of the square. She brings Johnathan with her.

Johnathan gets a little dizzy.

Johnathan looks at her and then he realizes they are not in his office anymore. He glances around.

CASSANDRA

Cassandra smiles.

Prue and Wyatt come downstairs.

They reach the bottom of the stairs. Prue turns to him and smiles.

PRUE

(puts her hands on her belly)

WYATT

I wish I could hug you.

PRUE

Jessica comesdownstairs.

JESSICA

I’m so glad it all ended well.

Jessica reaches the bottom of the stairs. She looks at Prue.

JESSICA (CONT'D)

PRUE

Jessica grabs Prue’s hand.

JESSICA

I really hope this has gotten us closer.

Prue and Jessica stare at each other.

Eric, Ethan, Pandora, and Bianca are there. Ethan is telling them about what he found.

ETHAN

I’ve talked to Dr. Moreti himself. He remembers that day because he was supposed to be off, but Dr. Dubois was delivering another baby.

PANDORA

So, Julia was Blanche’s patient.

ETHAN

Blanche?

BIANCA

She’s a friend.

ETHAN

PANDORA

ETHAN

Dr. Moreti doesn’t know. It isn’t actually in the file.

PANDORA

ETHAN

(looks at Eric)

Eric looks at him.

ERIC

PANDORA

Is that even possible?

ERIC

Well, there’s a lot of weird things here. When the hospital takes care of a burial, the information of where the body was buried comes in the file.

Eric closes the file.

ERIC (CONT’D)

This file was not in the system.

ETHAN

It was actually in a drawer in Dr. Moreti’s office. He found it when I was there. Casually.

ERIC

And there’s no info of the body’s whereabouts.

Pandora and Bianca look at each other.

ERIC (CONT’D)

PANDORA (CONT’D)

Ethan says nothing. He lowers his gaze.

Charlotte is there organizing some books on the shelves.

CHARLOTTE

Right. I forgot.

Charlotte notices that something is off with them.

(walks over to her)

Maybe some evil witch cast a curse on you? These things happen, right?

Prue nods.

PRUE

It is something like that. And I want to tell you everything, but ---

NATE

My mother is coming.

Prue nods.

She knows nothing about magic and I don’t want things to look bad between us, so, once she’s gone, I promise I’ll tell you everything.

NATE

Why do I have the feeling that it’s worse than I suspect.

PRUE

Prue walks past him and starts heading to the bedroom, but stops. She turns to him.

Nate looks at him.
