AERIAL FOOTAGE all over the city.

FADES TO:

EXT. HALLIWELL’S - PARKING LOT - NIGHT

The Halliwell’s van is parked outside the restaurant. All lights inside are off.

OFF TO PERSEPHONE - She comes from inside Halliwell’s carrying some bags. Felix also comes following her. They walk over to the van.

PERSEPHONE

Seriously, you didn’t have to come.

(turns to Felix)

I can handle myself.

FELIX

It’s okay. I don’t mind.

(stares at her)

Seriously.

Persephone shoots him a look. In her mind, she thinks he’s being too nice.

PERSEPHONE

Okay, this truce thing is weird.

Felix smiles.

PERSEPHONE (CONT’D)

You’re being too nice.

FELIX

Maybe I have always been like this and you didn't notice it.

Persephone shoots him a look, then she turns around and opens the van’s back door. They put the things inside.

PERSEPHONE

I can’t believe the amount of food left tonight.

They look at each other.

FELIX

With the food festival downtown ---

PERSEPHONE

(cuts him off)

I know what you’re going to say.

(pauses)

We should have made it there too.

Felix smiles.

FELIX

That could be an idea. But no. I’m not a food festival person.

Persephone seems to be surprised at his answer.

FELIX (CONT’D)

But opening tonight was a waste of time.

PERSEPHONE

At least we made a couple happy. They had the restaurant to themselves.

Felix laughs.

FELIX

True.

Persephone closes the van’s door.

PERSEPHONE

(glancing around)

Where’s your car?

FELIX

(shrugs)

I felt like walking.

PERSEPHONE

If you want ---

FELIX

I’m okay.

(smiles)

Thanks.

Persephone goes to open the driver’s door, but Felix gets ahead of her and opens it for her. Persephone is surprised at his attitude.

PERSEPHONE

(smiles)

Thanks.

Persephone is about to get into the car when ---

SOUND - Brushes.

Persephone and Felix glance around.

PERSEPHONE (CONT’D)

Did you hear that?

Felix steps in front of Persephone with a protective attitude. They both glance around.

OFF TO SOME BRUSHES - Something is definitely in there.

FELIX

Get into the van.

Persephone nods and gets into the van. Felix stares at the brushes.

PERSEPHONE

What are you doing? Get in.

Felix then rushes to get into the van too. Persephone starts the van and drives away.

OFF TO THE BRUSHES - Rolf, in his wolf form, comes from the brushes.

Then he turns into his human form, undressed, and stares at where the van went to.

FADE TO BLACK.

AERIAL FOOTAGE all over the town at the sound of ‘It’ll Be Okay’ by Shawn Mendes.
A new day has started in San Francisco.

FADE TO:

EXT. HALLIWELL MANOR - DAY

STILL.

MUSIC KEEPS PLAYING IN THE B.G.

FADE TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - PRUE’S BEDROOM - DAY

ON THE BED - Prue lies asleep, but she isn’t having a quiet sleep. It seems like she’s having a nightmare.

MUSIC FADES OFF.

Then, out of a sudden, she opens her eyes waking up. She sits on the bed and breaths fast. She tries to breathe slowly.

OFF TO THE DOOR - It opens. Priscilla comes in. She’s wearing normal clothes.

PRISCILLA

Hey.

Prue looks at Priscilla.

PRISCILLA (CONT’D)

(noticing Prue is shattered)

Are you okay?

Priscilla walks in. Prue nods.

PRUE

I am.

(shoots Priscilla a look)

Are you worrying about me?

Priscilla shrugs.

PRISCILLA

Well, Persie is the one who always worried about you, but she’s giving you a cold treatment, so ---

(shrugs)

Someone needs to worry about you.

Prue gets off the bed.

PRUE

Thanks, but I’m fine. If you’d excuse me, I need to get ready for work.

Priscilla shoots her a look.

PRUE (CONT’D)

Bay Mirror.

PRISCILLA

(surprised)

You’re going to the Bay Mirror?

Prue nods.

PRUE

(naturally)

Yeah.

PRISCILLA

You don’t go to the Bay Mirror. You avoid that place.

PRUE

Well, it’s better than staying here and having the two of you on my feet all the time.

PRISCILLA

Did you hear when I say that Persie is giving you a cold treatment?

PRUE

And still, you don’t get off my feet.

Priscilla shoots Prue a look and then turns around and leaves the bedroom. Prue stares at the door. Then she turns around and walks into the bathroom.

FADE TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - PRIVATE BATHROOM - DAY (CONTINUOUS)

Prue walks in. She walks over to the sink and stares at herself in the mirror. She sighs.

PRUE

What dream was that?!

Then she washes her face with cold water.

FADE TO:

INT. MATTHEWS / MITCHELL MANOR - FOYER / DINING ROOM - DAY

Leo comes walking downstairs. He is still wearing pajamas. He seems like he had a shattered dream. He walks into the dining room where Aiden and Edward are having breakfast. Both Aiden and Edward look at Leo as he sits at the table.

LEO

Morning.

AIDEN

You look like shit, man.

Leo shoots Aiden a look.

LEO

Thanks.

Leo pours some coffee into his cup.

LEO (CONT’D)

I had a rough night.

Aiden and Edward glance at each other.

EDWARD

Well, enjoy the breakfast. Pam’s butler came with a cook to prepare us breakfast.

Leo glances at them curiously.

LEO

Why?

AIDEN

No, idea.

PAMELA (V.O.)

(out loud)

NO!

They glance around. It came from the kitchen. Aiden and Edward stand to go check on Pamela, but she comes in followed by an older man, the butler, MR. DOYLE (50s). Pamela turns to Mr. Doyle.

PAMELA (CONT’D)

Tell me you are joking.

MR. DOYLE

I’m sorry, Miss. I wish I was but I’m not.

Aiden and Edward look at them. Leo starts serving breakfast to himself as if what’s happening wasn’t important.

PAMELA

She? Here?

Pamela seems like she hyperventilating.

PAMELA (CONT’D)

That cannot happen.

AIDEN

What’s going on?

PAMELA

She and I can’t be in the same place at the same time.

MR. DOYLE

Miss ---

PAMELA

Tell my father I don’t agree with it.

MR. DOYLE

(awkwardly)

He was the one who informed me, Miss.

AIDEN

Pam!

Pamela turns to the others.

AIDEN (CONT’D)

What’s going on?

PAMELA

What’s going on? What’s going on?

Pamela is really out of herself.

PAMELA (CONT’D)

A nightmare!

Leo glances at Pamela as she says that last word.

PAMELA (CONT’D)

My father is coming to San Francisco and he’s bringing the Mistress of Hell.

Pamela rushes out of the room quickly. Aiden, Edward, and Leo look at Mr. Doyle.

EDWARD

Who’s the Mistress of Hell?

MR. DOYLE

Oh, that’s the sweet name Miss Pamela uses on her stepmother.

Aiden and Edward glance astonished at each other. Leo smiles as he has a bite of his toast.

LEO

(looks at the butler)

This is good.

Mr. Doyle gives Leo a thankful smile.

FADE TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - ENTRANCE / FOYER - DAY

Prue comes downstairs already wearing normal clothes. At the same time, Pamela rushes inside through the front door. Prue and Pamela look at each other.

PAMELA

Oh, thank God!

Prue is surprised.

PRUE

Okay!

PAMELA

I need you to set fire to someone.

Prue stares seriously at Pamela.

OFF TO PERSEPHONE - She comes from the dining room.

PERSEPHONE

Have you encountered a demon?

Pamela looks at Persephone.

PAMELA

The worst I’ve ever met.

(pauses)

My stepmother.

PRUE

(laughs)

You want me to set her on fire?

PAMELA

She’s a Mistress of Hell. Probably it won’t work. You’re right.

(naturally)

Then blow her up!

PERSEPHONE

Pam!

PAMELA

What? I hate her.

PRUE

I’m all you might want me to be, but I’m not a killer.

Persephone shoots Prue a look.

PERSEPHONE

Did you grow a conscience now?

PRUE

(sarcastic smile)

Oh, you're talking to me now?!

Persephone rolls her eyes.

PRUE (CONT’D)

(to Pamela)

Sorry, Pam. I have an article to work on. Find someone else to blow her up.

Prue walks off. She leaves the manor.

PERSEPHONE

Care to elaborate?

PAMELA

As I said, she’s a Mistress of Hell. I hate her.

PERSEPHONE

Oh, Pam. I’m sure she’s not that bad. Want to meet later and talk about it?

Persephone takes her bag from the center table.

PAMELA

Where are you going? Hadn’t we agreed in closing the restaurant until the food festival is over?

PERSEPHONE

We had. But last night something happened outside the Halliwell’s and I need to check it out.

PAMELA

Need help?

Persephone smiles at Pamela.

PERSEPHONE

I believe you have your own issues to take care of.

Persephone turns around and walks off. She leaves the manor. Pamela takes her hands to her hips.

PAMELA

Dammit!

ON PAMELA - She is not happy.

FADE TO:

EXT. HALLIWELL MANOR - FRONT PORCH - DAY

Persephone comes from the inside of the manor. She takes her cellphone from her bag and checks if there’s a call or a text.

PERSEPHONE

C’mon, Trace. Say something.

She stares at the phone. Then she sighs and throws the cellphone inside the bag. Persephone walks down the front stairs.

FADE TO:

INT. UNDERWORLD - KALGITH’S CAVE - DAY

This cave is full of cabinets and shelves. The cabinets and the shelves are full of ingredients and magical items. There is a table in the center of the cave. There is a lot of stuff on the table. Near the table, a female demon stands. She is adding some ingredients inside a mortar and crushing them with the pestle. This female demon in KALGITH (looks 30s). She wears a long lilac gown and there are a dozen of braids in her hair with gold clips.

Suddenly, Kalgith stops what she’s doing as she senses someone walking into the cave. She smirks.

KALGITH

The famous demon Jitur.

BEAT.

OFF TO TRACE - He stands at the entrance of the cave staring at Kalgith.

KALGITH (CONT’D)

The infamous demon, famous for his achievement when Alastair was high in power.

Kalgith turns around and looks at Trace who’s staring sharply at Kalgith.

KALGITH (CONT’D)

The one who kept a low profile after his master went down.

(walks over to him)

What brings Jitur to my humble place?

Kalgith stands in front of him staring straight at Trace. Trace swallows. Kalgith smiles.

KALGITH (CONT’D)

Oh, I see.

(pauses)

You need to know.

Kalgith turns around and walks over to the table. She grabs the pestle and keeps smashing whatever she was before Trace arrived.

TRACE

Can you help me?

KALGITH

You know, over a century ago another demon of your same brotherhood fell for the same trick. Do you know what cost him?

(answers her own question)

His own life.

Kalgith puts whatever she’s crushing into a bowl. She grabs the bowl and walks over to Trace.

KALGITH

You need to know what lies inside your heart.

TRACE

Can you or can you not help me?

KALGITH

The right question would be, would you or would you not want to know?

They stare sharply at each other.

TRACE

Do it.

Kalgith smirks. Then she drops the crushed ingredients in the bowl in her hand and then blows them towards Trace’s face. Trace inhales the smoke released from the crushed ingredients.

FADE TO:

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO - DAY

FOOTAGE all over the town.

FADE TO:

EXT. HALLIWELL’S - PARKING LOT - DAY

Felix is there glancing around. His car is parked nearby. He walks over to some brushes and looks at them.

OFF TO HALLIWELL’S VAN - It’s driven into the parking lot and parked beside Felix’s car.

Persephone gets out of the van. She glances at Felix and stares seriously at him.

PERSEPHONE

Halliwell’s is closed for the day.

Felix doesn’t turn to her. Persephone walks over to him.

FELIX

I could say the same to you.

Persephone glances at the brushes.

PERSEPHONE

What are you doing here?

FELIX

I guess the same as you.

Felix glances at her.

FELIX (CONT’D)

I got just ---

PERSEPHONE

Curious?

Felix smiles and lowers his glance. Persephone smiles too. Felix looks at her.

FELIX

I confess I freaked out last night.

Persephone nods.

FELIX (CONT’D)

I thought I saw ---

(glances to the brushes; pauses)

--- something.

Persephone stares seriously at him. Then she glances at the brushes too.

PERSEPHONE

Maybe it was nothing. Just the wind.

Felix looks at Persephone seriously.

FELIX

Why does it feel that you don’t believe that?

Persephone looks at him and smiles.

PERSEPHONE

Because I’m paranoid and it doesn’t help my cause.

FELIX

(smiles)

Okay, Miss paranoid.

Persephone takes her hands to her hips and stares at him sharply.

PERSEPHONE

Are you trying to annoy me?

Felix raises his hands.

FELIX

Sorry, boss.

Persephone smiles and Felix smiles as he sees her smiling. Then they both look seriously at each other.

PERSEPHONE

We should better leave and enjoy the day off. There won’t be a food festival tomorrow so Halliwell’s will be back on the game.

Felix nods. Persephone turns around and starts walking over to the van. Felix stares at her.

FELIX

Actually ---

Persephone turns around and looks at him.

FELIX (CONT’D)

What do you think about us going to the festival?

Persephone shoots him a look.

FELIX (CONT’D)

To check the competition.

Both of them look seriously at each other. Persephone smiles and glances around. Then she looks at him.

PERSEPHONE

One condition.

Felix nods.

PERSEPHONE (CONT’D)

We take your car now.

Felix smiles.

PERSEPHONE (CONT’D)

I want to see what a Michelin star chef’s car looks like.

FELIX

Just as any other car.

PERSEPHONE

Can I see for myself?

Felix laughs as he walks over to his car and opens the door for Persephone to get in. Persephone glances at him and shoots him a look. She walks over to the car.

PERSEPHONE (CONT’D)

This can actually be a good idea. I need to forget my normal life for one day.

Persephone gets into the car.

FELIX

Glad to help, Miss Halliwell.

Felix closes the door and walks over to the driver’s side. He gets in the car. Then he starts the car and drives away.

OFF TO ROLF - He stands nearby. He has been staring at them unnoticed. He is serious.

FADE TO:

EXT. BAY MIRROR - DAY

ON THE BAY MIRROR SIGN.

FADE TO:

INT. BAY MIRROR - HALL / REDACTION ROOM - DAY

ON THE ELEVATOR’S DOORS - They open. Prue is there as well as another two people. She comes out.

Prue glances around and then walks towards a desk. She stands in front of the desk staring at it.

PRUE

(grimaces)

She got me one with a view!

OFF TO AIDEN - He walks over to Prue.

AIDEN

I can’t believe you asked for a desk.

Prue turns to Aiden and smiles.

PRUE

I did.

AIDEN

Well, at least I’m not the only one selling my soul to Alana.

PRUE

Oh! I’m not. I just want to avoid my sisters. They always find something to do at home only to disturb me.

AIDEN

I believe they don’t intend to disturb you, but to make you reasoning about it.

PRUE

Yeah, well, not working. Now if you’d excuse me ---

Prue goes to sit.

PRUE (CONT’D)

I have an article to write.

Prue takes her laptop out of her laptop bag and starts it. Aiden stares at her.

AIDEN

Are you sure you’re in good condition to write?

Prue shoots him a look.

PRUE

Whatever you mean.

Aiden leans over the desk.

AIDEN

Have you read your articles lately?

PRUE

I read them before they go to print.

AIDEN

Then have someone else read them.

PRUE

What’s the issue with them?

Aiden gets straight.

OFF TO ALANA - She comes from her office and walks over to Prue’s desk.

AIDEN

Oh, let me see.

(pretends to be thinking)

Lack of heart.

Prue stares seriously at Aiden.

PRUE

I’m not in the mood for a lecture.

Alana approaches the desk and stares at Prue. Prue and Aiden look at her.

ALANA

(to Prue)

I need to see you at my office.

(pauses)

Now.

Alana turns around and heads back to her office. Prue and Aiden glance at each other.

FADE TO:

INT. BAY MIRROR - EDITOR-CHIEF OFFICE - DAY (CONTINUOUS)

Alana stands behind her desk waiting.

OFF TO THE ENTRANCE - Prue comes in followed by Aiden.

Aiden looks at Alana.

AIDEN

Pretend I’m not here.

Aiden closes the door behind him. Alana signs Prue to sit. Prue stares sharply at her. Alana shoots her a mandatory look. Prue rolls her eyes and then sits. Then Alana sits on her chair. She joins hands on the table.

ALANA

So ---

PRUE

If you’re going to lecture me ---

ALANA

I’m your aunt.

PRUE

I’m an adult.

ALANA

I’m your aunt.

Alana seems authoritarian.

ALANA (CONT’D)

I understand why you don’t want your old self back, seriously I do. What I don’t understand is that you prefer to be this cold character that cares about nothing.

PRUE

But I care about things.

ALANA

Like what?

PRUE

My job?

ALANA

Seriously?

Prue and Alana look sharply at each other. Aiden stares at them.

ALANA (CONT’D)

Then can you explain to me what in heaven’s name is this?

Alana takes the iPad from the desk and places it in front of Prue. Prue has a look at it.

PRUE

My article from last week.

ALANA

Indeed. Did you read it before it went to printing?

PRUE

Like I always do.

ALANA

Then tell me, Prue, what’s wrong with it? Why do I have your column’s social media account with bad comments?

PRUE

Because Bay Mirror’s readers are not smart enough to understand. Besides, never heard of the term haters?

ALANA

Really?

Alana takes the iPad and stares at it. She reads.

ALANA (CONT’D)

(reading from the iPad)

‘Why would society care with those women who stand for years of psychological abuse. They are the ones to blame for falling for those guys’.

(pauses)

‘Maybe they like it’.

Prue rolls her eyes. Alana looks at Prue.

ALANA (CONT’D)

Maybe they like it?

Prue looks at Alana.

ALANA (CONT’D)

This is not something Alex Miller would write.

PRUE

Then change it. Written by Prue Halliwell. That’s how I go by now, isn’t it?

ALANA

That’s not the point, Prue. This ---

(shows the iPad)

--- is heartless.

PRUE

Are you going to fire me or can I get back to my article?

Alana and Aiden glance at each other.

ALANA

(looks at Prue)

You’re going on the field.

Prue is taken by surprise.

PRUE

What? No. I don’t need to. I just have to write about the homeless situation in San Francisco.

ALANA

Exactly.

Alana and Prue look sharply at each other.

PRUE

You can’t do that.

ALANA

I am. You’re going out and you’ll see it for yourself. I want a decent article.

Prue stands.

PRUE

Or?

Alana stares at her and smiles.

ALANA

You’re gonna do it because you don’t want to know what’s the other option.

PRUE

I am a Charmed One.

Alana stands. Very sure of herself.

ALANA

You’ve been a Charmed One for five minutes. I’ve been one for my entire life.

They stare seriously at each other. Then Prue walks off the office, madly. Aiden stares astonished at Alana.

AIDEN

You’re my idol.

Alana stares at him.

AIDEN (CONT’D)

Do you want me to go with her?

ALANA

No. She needs to do it by herself.

Aiden nods. Then he heads out of the office. Alana sits. She then glances at a frame on the desk.

ON THE FRAME - It’s a photo of Alana, Piper Anne, and Isabelle when younger.

ALANA (CONT’D)

I’ll do what I can to bring your daughter back, sis, but she’s as stubborn as her grandma.

Alana sighs.

FADE TO BLACK.

ACT TWO

OVER BLACK.

FADE IN:

INT. KALGITH’S REALM - UNKNOWN TIME OF THE DAY

This place is an open field full of burned trunks and dead bodies. The scenario looks like hell. At the horizon line, there can be seen a red sun.

Trace stands in the middle of the field. He glances around at all the destruction there. He looks down at the bodies but doesn’t look as horrified as a normal person would.

TRACE

What is this place?

OFF TO KALGITH - She stands behind him.

KALGITH

Your inside. What were you expecting? A field of roses?

Trace turns around to face her.

KALGITH (CONT’D)

Two hundred years of destruction.

(opens her arms)

I actually thought it would be worse.

TRACE

So this is what lies in my inside?

Kalgith smiles.

KALGITH

Not quite. We are here. Let’s look. Maybe we find something else.

TRACE

Something else like what?

KALGITH

(shrugs)

This is your inside. I’m just here to guide you.

TRACE

Then guide me.

Kalgith smiles. Then she reaches out her hand and touches Trace’s temple.

SOUND - A volcano’s explosion.

Kalgith withdraws her hand. Trace turns around.

In the red sun’s direction, it can be seen what seems like an active volcano. Kalgith steps forward and whispers to him.

KALGITH

Let’s go there.

Trace looks forward and then starts moving towards the volcano. Kalgith smirks and follows him.

FADE TO:

INT. S.F.POLICE DEPARTMENT - MAIN ROOM - DAY

Natalie comes from the captain’s office. She seems not happy as she drops some files on her desk.

NATALIE

Where the hell is Thornton?!

OFF TO THE DOUBLE DOORS - They open. William comes in following an officer. The officer walks over to Natalie.

OFFICER

(to Natalie)

Detective?

Natalie looks at the officer.

OFFICER (CONT’D)

Someone’s looking for you.

The officer points to William. Natalie looks at William.

ON WILLIAM - She waves hello to Natalie.

Natalie smiles and waves him to approach. The officer leaves the room and William approaches Natalie's desk.

NATALIE

To what do I owe the pleasure?

William smiles.

WILLIAM

I haven’t seen you lately.

Natalie’s mood shifts. She gets serious.

NATALIE

Right. I've had a lot of work lately.

WILLIAM

I see.

NATALIE

But that’s not why you’re here, is it?

William puts his hands on his pants pockets.

WILLIAM

I kinda need your help to find someone.

Natalie looks seriously at him.

NATALIE

A missing person?

WILLIAM

Not exactly missing.

Natalie shoots him a pointed look.

WILLIAM (CONT’D)

It’s my dad.

(sighs)

I don’t know where he is. But he’s said he’s fine.

NATALIE

So?

WILLIAM

He has a ---

(swallows)

--- story with alcohol.

NATALIE

I see. You’re worrying that he is lost somewhere drawn into alcohol.

WILLIAM

He said he’s clean.

NATALIE

And you believe him.

William shrugs.

WILLIAM

I want to believe.

NATALIE

But?

William stares at her for a few seconds.

WILLIAM

My mother left us years ago. He changed after that.

NATALIE

Changed?

WILLIAM

Tried to get clean. My sister believes he is, but ---

NATALIE

You don’t?

William shakes his head.

NATALIE (CONT’D)

Sit. Tell me everything you know. I’ll see what I can do.

William smiles. Natalie points him where to sit.

FADE TO:

INT. FOOD FESTIVAL - DAY

The event is out in the open. There are a lot of food tents and food trucks. The place is crowded with people.

OFF TO PERSEPHONE AND FELIX - They come walking and glancing around.

PERSEPHONE

No wonder Halliwell’s has been empty. Everybody is in here.

FELIX

How can people be content with this low-quality food?

Persephone stops and stares at him.

PERSEPHONE

Persephone grabs his hands and drags him towards a hot dog truck. Persephone smiles. Felix stares astonished at her.

FELIX

What do you think you’re doing?

Persephone ignores him and orders.

PERSEPHONE

Two complete hot dogs, please.

Felix keeps staring astonished at her.

FELIX

You are not joking.

Persephone looks at him and smiles.

PERSEPHONE

You’re gonna taste the best hot dog in San Francisco and the world.

FELIX

You clearly haven’t been aboard.

PERSEPHONE

And you clearly haven’t had a decent hot dog in all your life.

FELIX

True. I’m more the pizza type.

PERSEPHONE

(rolls her eyes)

Italians.

Felix keeps staring at her while the hot dog guy gets the hot dogs ready and hands them to Persephone. Persephone then shoots a look at Felix, the type that says ‘would you pay?’. Quickly, Felix takes the wallet and pays for the hot dogs. Then Persephone hands him one. Felix takes it and stares at it.

PERSEPHONE (CONT’D)

To taste it properly you have to take a big bite.

Felix shoots her a look.

FELIX

How do people eat this without cutlery?

Persephone stares at him.

PERSEPHONE

Do you eat pizza with cutlery?

Felix nods as if it was the most natural thing in the world to eat pizza with cutlery. Persephone stares astonished at him.

PERSEPHONE (CONT’D)

Next stop, the pizza truck.

Persephone has a big bite of the hot dog while Felix stares at her. Then Felix tries to do the same. Persephone stares at him as his expression changes and he realizes it is the best hot dog in the world.

FELIX

(mouth full)

This is good.

Persephone nods.

PERSEPHONE

I told you.

Both of them laugh. Felix stares seriously at her. She notices it.

PERSEPHONE (CONT’D)

What?

FELIX

You’re smiling.

PERSEPHONE

So?

FELIX

You haven’t smiled that much lately.

PERSEPHONE

Persephone has another bite.

OFF TO GABRIEL - Nearby, Gabriel comes hand in hand with Jillian.

GABRIEL

(to Jillian)

Have you decided where to eat?

JILLIAN

I was thinking of pizza.

GABRIEL

Works for me.

Jillian sees Persephone with Felix ahead of them.

JILLIAN

Isn’t that your cousin?

Gabriel looks at where Jillian is staring and sees Persephone and Felix.

GABRIEL

Yeah.

Gabriel and Jillian walk over to them.

GABRIEL (CONT’D)

Persie?

Persephone and Felix turn to Gabriel and Jillian.

PERSEPHONE

Hey!

GABRIEL

What are you doing here?

Persephone smiles.

GABRIEL (CONT’D)

I thought you said this event was ruining your business.

PERSEPHONE

It is.

GABRIEL

And still, you are here.

PERSEPHONE

Persephone points a Felix.

PERSEPHONE (CONT’D)

My Michelin chef.

Persephone and Felix laugh. Gabriel and Jillian glance at each other. Gabriel forces a smile.

GABRIEL

(to Persephone)

Can I talk to you for a sec?

Persephone shoots Gabriel a look and then nods. Gabriel and Persephone walk away.

JILLIAN

A Michelin chef having a hot dog?!

Felix smiles.

FELIX

This is a first for me. Believe me.

They smile.

OFF TO GABRIEL AND PERSEPHONE - They don’t go too far.

GABRIEL

I wasn’t expecting to see you here at all.

(glances at Felix)

PERSEPHONE

He’s my chef.

GABRIEL

Yeah, exactly. The one you hate.

Persephone stares at Gabriel.

PERSEPHONE

I don’t hate him.

Gabriel shoots her a sharp look.

Fine. I don’t love him either, but the truth is that we’re having a good time.

GABRIEL

Persephone gets serious. She glances away.

PERSEPHONE

I haven’t heard from him lately. It’s been days.

Gabriel is surprised.

OFF TO ROLF - He and Adrianne are standing next to a food truck staring disguisedly at Gabriel, Persephone, and company. Rolf and Adrianne look at each other.

ADRIANNE

Rolf nods. Adrianne and Rolf watch as the others walk away.

INT. HALLIWELL / COOP MANOR - LIVING ROOM - DAY

ON MIRANDA - She’s shocked.

MIRANDA

William stands before her. It seems like he has told her about his talk with Natalie.

MIRANDA (CONT’D)

WILLIAM

I had to, okay? We need help finding dad.

MIRANDA

WILLIAM

(cuts her off)

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO - UNDER A BRIDGE - DAY

This is a spot for the homeless. There are a lot of homeless there. The scenario is sad.

In the distance, it can be seen a car approaching and then someone getting out of the car; Prue. She then walks slowly over to the homeless’ spot.

Prue glances around at all those in need there. The homeless stare at her as if there was not normal to see an outsider there.

One of the homeless approaches her, a middle-aged man, ROGER. She doesn’t notice him approaching.

ROGER

This is not a place for you, miss.

Prue turns to Roger.

PRUE

Hi. I’m just ---

ROGER

Are you here on behalf of the mayor? Is he finally going to carry on with the promise he made us of a shelter?

PRUE

I’m not. Sorry.

ROGER

Then why are you here, Miss?

Prue glances around.

PRUE

Work.

Roger gives her a pointed look.

ROGER

What kind of work?

PRUE

I have to write an article about you people.

ROGER

Us people?

Prue realizes she sounded rude.

PRUE

I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to sound so prejudiced.

ROGER

Roger turns around and walks away as Prue stares at him. She grimaces.

Another homeless man, GARY CRASH (40s) approaches her from behind.

GARY

Prue turns around.

GARY (CONT’D)

GARY

Because if there is I could speak to you and tell you everything you need to know about us.

Prue stares at him.

Prue nods.

(glances around)

Gary stares seriously at her.

Prue nods and forces a smile. Then she follows Gary.

ON LIFT’S DOOR - They open. A few people come out of it. One of them is Pamela. She glances around as she comes out.

PAMELA’S POV - She sees Aiden at his desk.

Pamela walks over to Aiden’s desk. She stands before it and clears her throat. Aiden gazes up at her and frowns as he sees her there.

AIDEN

What the heck are you doing here?

PAMELA

I need your help.

AIDEN

On what?

PAMELA

My father is already in town.

AIDEN

I thought he was coming. I didn’t know he was already here.

PAMELA

He arrived before his other family.

AIDEN

Other family?!

PAMELA

I need to go to talk to him.

AIDEN

(stands)

So?

PAMELA

I need backup.

Aiden shoots her a look. And then he realizes he is the backup.

AIDEN

Pamela nods.

AIDEN (CONT’D)

PAMELA

I don’t even know your father.

PAMELA

You don’t need to. I just need someone to support me.

AIDEN

Pamela shoots her a look.

Pamela makes puppy eyes. Aiden stares at her for a few seconds then he gives in.

Leo, we can’t lose that case. We've already lost two this week.

LEO

PRISCILLA

I better get another job where my boss uses his heart to solve cases.

Leo sees Edward walking into the office.

EDWARD

OFF TO PRISCILLA - She stands at the entrance staring at them.

Miranda and William stare at the feather pen. William is serious. Miranda smiles.

William looks at Miranda.

WILLIAM

I thought it was lost.

MIRANDA

No. I kept them. This one and all the others pens he collected. But this ---

(looks at the pen)

Miranda sits beside William and puts a hand on his shoulder.

William takes a deep breath and then looks at Miranda.

Persephone, Gabriel, Felix, and Jillian are enjoying a pizza together. They laugh as they share stories.

FELIX

There was this time, I met this man in Sydney and he told me, ---

He had an accent that I couldn’t figure out. So, he took me there and I asked him if that was the place. He was so sure of it that kept telling me that it was the best pizza.

Felix laughs.

Gabriel, Persephone, and Jillian laugh.

FELIX

He took it for a pizzeria. I had to explain to him the difference between a pizza and a kebab.

JILLIAN

FELIX

Ever since I can’t look at a kebab and not think that for someone that was a pizza.

They laugh. They are soon surprised by the arrival of Adrianne.

They all look at Adrianne who smiles big at Gabriel. Gabriel gets serious. Jillian looks at Gabriel.

Adrianne keeps her eyes on Gabriel. Jillian notices it. And so Persephone and Felix.

Persephone nudges Gabriel. He notices it. Both share a look.

Jillian raises her eyebrows.

JILLIAN

Clearly, you didn’t.

Felix and Persephone share a glance.

Persephone pats Gabriel’s shoulder. Then Persephone and Felix walk away.

JILLIAN

Gabriel swallows. He looks away.

Adrianne and Rolf come walking. Rolf shoots her a look.

INT. KALGITH’S REALM - UNKNOWN TIME OF THE DAY

ON THE RED SUN.

Trace stands at the bottom of the volcano staring up at it. Kalgith stands behind him staring at him.

TRACE

We are here.

KALGITH

(glances at the top of the volcano)

What you seek lies inside. You must get there to find it.

Trace glances at her over his shoulder.

TRACE

Kalgith looks at him and smiles. She reaches out her hand and touches her shoulder.

FADE TO:

INT. KALGITH’S REALM - INSIDE CRACK OF THE VOLCANO / TUNNEL - UNKNOWN TIME OF THE DAY (SHORTLY AFTER)

Trace flinches against the FIERCE HEAT blasting down the TUNNEL. Trace lurches forward towards ORANGE GLOW deep in the HEART of the VOLCANO. Kalgith follows after him. She doesn’t seem affected by the HEAT.

Trace reaches the edge of the crack of the volcano and stands quietly there. Kalgith stands behind. Trace stare down to ---

CLOSE ON - A deep LAVA FILLED CHASM.

AND THEN ---

Trace looks at the very edge of the crack. On the floor.

ANGEL ON - A HEART.

Trace looks tensely at it.

TRACE

KALGITH

Trace swallows. He lowers down to have a closer look at it.

KALGITH (CONT’D)

Where your answer lies. You need to hold it to find out what you seek.

Kalgith stares seriously at him. Trace reaches out his hand at the heart ---

Aiden and Pamela are there. Aiden is sitting on the couch as Pamela walks back and forth. Aiden stares at her.

AIDEN

AIDEN

Pamela is irritated.

PAMELA

I’m his daughter! Not one of his employees or associates or minions or whatever.

Aiden rolls his eyes.

Pamela starts walking off the room, but Aiden stands quickly and rushes to stop her.

Pamela gets free of him.

Aiden and Pamela look at Mr. Doyle.

MR. DOYLE (CONT’D)

Pamela and Aiden share a look. Then she takes a deep breath and straightens her hair. She looks at Aiden who gives her a supportive glance and then walks out of the room. Mr. Doyle looks at Aiden.

Mr. Doyle bows and then turns to leave. Aiden glances around and sighs.

ON - The man behind the desk. A very elegant RICHARD WHITMORE (51), stands, buttons his suit coat, and stares seriously at his daughter.

Miranda opens the wooden box. Priscilla and Edward look at the feather pen.

I know. I remember Grams buying pens for his collection.

(looks at Priscilla)

Priscilla nods. She reaches out her hand and grabs the pen. As soon as she does, she gets a PREMONITION.

Priscilla drops the feather pen in the box immediately. William, Miranda, and Edward stare seriously at her.

EDWARD

Pris, what did you see?

Priscilla glances at them.

PRISCILLA

Miranda and William glance at each other. Then they look at Priscilla.

WILLIAM

Priscilla goes to sit on the couch. She looks at them.

PRISCILLA (CONT’D)

It was confusing.

Priscilla thinks before answering.

William and Miranda glance at each other. William then kneels before Priscilla.

WILLIAM

Do you know where they are?

Priscilla shakes her head.

PRISCILLA

It was confusing. All of it. I just saw their faces. I couldn’t say if what I saw was the past or the future.

Edward sits beside Priscilla and puts an arm over her shoulder.

William rushes out of the room. Priscilla looks at Miranda.

PRISCILLA

Miranda’s expression saddens. She holds the wooden box close to her chest.

MIRANDA

I wish I knew where he is. I just want to find him. Both of them.

Priscilla and Edward smile sympathetically at her.

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO - UNDER A BRIDGE - EVENING

Prue and Gary walk side by side. Prue glances at all the homeless people gathered in there. The scenario is a sad one. Only heartless people would be insensitive to that.

GARY

--- everyone here has a story, miss. A sad one.

(glances at Prue)

Jude, for example, ---

Gary points to a man in a corner, JUDE (40s). Prue looks at the man.

GARY (CONT’D)

--- his wife left him after he lost his job. He’s an engineer, but the company he worked for decided to do some cuts.

(shrugs)

He was one of the first to go. Five months after, he came here. He gave all the money to his wife and kids and found a new place to live.

(opens his arms)

PRUE

But he’s an engineer.

GARY

Yeah. I was a sales department supervisor.

(stops)

Things got worse ---

Prue stops and looks at him.

GARY (CONT’D)

Gary nods. Prue is astonished at it.

GARY

He said he would take every homeless out of the street and find proper shelter and even create associations to help us reintegrate within society, but ---

(glances around)

Prue sighs. She seems really shaken by it.

GARY (CONT’D)

We don’t even have access to the basics. Food, health.

Prue stares seriously at Gary.

GARY (CONT’D)

We adults survive. Our children ---

Prue glances at a little boy in a corner. The kids look hungry.

GARY (CONT’D)

They don’t. They are not strong enough.

Prue looks into her bag, but the only thing she finds is an energetic bar. She walks over to the little boy, smiles at him, lowers down, and hands him the bar.

SOUND - A woman’s cry. It’s painful.

Prue stands a looks at Gary.

PRUE

What’s that?

Gary rushes to where the cry came from.

PRUE (CONT’D)

Mr. Gary?

Prue rushes after him. Gary stops near a woman who holds her child in her arms. The child seems to be unconscious. Prue stops and stares at the mother and his child. Gary lowers down near them.

The woman (ANNETTE, 40s) cries over the unconscious child (PATON, 7). Gary tries to calm her down.

ANNETTE

Help me, please.

GARY

What happened?

ANNETTE

He couldn’t breathe.

Prue stares at them.

PRUE

We should take him to a hospital.

Gary looks at Prue.

GARY

They wouldn’t even take him. Don’t you think we’ve tried?

PRUE

But ---

Gary stares seriously at Prue.

GARY (CONT’D)

No one cares about us. Don’t you understand?

Gary gets back to trying to calm Annette. Prue stares seriously at them.

Felix’s car is driven in and pulled over beside Halliwell’s van. Shortly after, Persephone and Felix get out of the car. They walk toward each other.

FELIX

PERSEPHONE

They look seriously at each other.

PERSEPHONE (CONT’D)

It was fun.

FELIX

PERSEPHONE

Although, it got weird when Gabriel’s colleague showed up.

FELIX

Persephone forces a smile.

Felix smiles.

FELIX

I haven’t seen your boyfriend lately.

Persephone shoots him a look.

FELIX (CONT’D)

Persephone shoots him an inquiring look.

FELIX

(low voice)

(forces a smile)

He’s an FBI agent. He was working on the hunter’s case.

FELIX

The witch hunter. Right. Is it really after witches?

PERSEPHONE

Felix lets out a sarcastic laugh.

FELIX

Persephone shoots him a curious look. Felix realizes her glance at him.

FELIX (CONT’D)

You don’t believe in witches, do you?

Persephone disguises.

PERSEPHONE

I believe there are things we cannot explain.

FELIX

True, but witches?

PERSEPHONE

Why not?

They stare seriously at each other.

OFF TO ROLF - He stands in the dark staring at them.

OFF TO THE SKY - The FULL MOON shines bright.

OFF TO ROLF - He turns into his wolf form.

ROLF’S POV - Felix and Persephone are talking.

Rolf moves towards Felix and Persephone.

PERSEPHONE (CONT’D)

Seriously, there’s more between heaven and earth that we can explain.

FELIX

True. So, do you believe in demons?

Persephone shoots him a look. Then, she notices it. Persephone’s gaze is attracted towards Rolf. Her eyes go wide.

PERSEPHONE

Wolf.

Felix laughs.

FELIX

What?

PERSEPHONE

Wolf.

Persephone points to Werewolf Rolf. Felix turns around slowly and his eyes go wide as he sees Rolf approaching. Persephone steps before Felix and starts waving her hands hoping to use her powers on the wolf, but it’s useless. They are not working.

PERSEPHONE (CONT’D)

I can’t understand.

FELIX

What are you doing? Let’s go.

Felix tries to drag her out of there, but Persephone keeps trying. She starts getting nervous.

PERSEPHONE

Why isn’t working?

FELIX

Persephone, we need to go.

PERSEPHONE

No, I can ---

Rolf is getting closer and closer. Felix glances from the wolf to Persephone and not thinking twice, he pushes her to the side as Werewolf Rolf jumps straight towards them ready to attack ---

Persephone lands on the floor and hits her head against the car.

SOUND - A scream.

Felix falls down on the floor, unconscious. Werewolf Rolf approaches him.

ON FELIX - There’s a scratch on his left chest. He’s covered in blood.

Werewolf Rolf then moves towards Persephone and stares at her in the face.

BEAT. He takes his human form, undressed. Rolf stares at Persephone and ---

There’s sweetness in his glance. He reaches out a hand towards her and caresses her face softly.

ROLF

Too precious to be hurt.

(smiles)

Not yet, at least.

Rolf stands and walks away.

ON PERSEPHONE - She lies on the ground unconscious.

FADE TO:

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO - UNDER A BRIDGE - NIGHT

Annette still cries over the unconscious body of her son. Gary tries to calm her down. Prue stands near them. Some have gathered there.

PRUE

(nervous)

We can’t just do nothing. That child needs to be checked or he’ll ---

Gary shoots Prue a look. She shuts up. Prue stares at them for a few seconds, then she turns around and ---

PRUE (CONT’D)

(low voice)

Lucas, please. I need you.

GARY

Did you say something?

Prue turns to Gary and shakes her head. She keeps staring at them when ---

FROM OVER PRUE’S SHOULDER it can be seen Lucas ORBING in the distance. He glances around and then spots Prue. He runs towards her. Once he reaches her ---

LUCAS

Prue?

Prue turns around.

PRUE

Oh, thank God!

(points at the boy)

Heal him.

Lucas looks at Paton and Annette. Then he looks at Prue.

PRUE (CONT’D)

Please.

Lucas nods and approaches the child and his mother.

LUCAS

I need space.

Lucas kneels beside them.

LUCAS (CONT’D)

Prue?

PRUE

Right!

Prue approaches Annette and helps her to stand.

PRUE (CONT’D)

My friend is a doctor. He needs space.

GARY

Where did he come from?

PRUE

Oh, I suspect he’s always watching over me.

Lucas and Prue share a look.

ANNETTE

Please, help him.

Lucas lays Paton on a dirty mattress near them while Prue takes Annette away.

LUCAS

(to Gary)

I need space, please.

Gary nods. He stands and approaches Prue and Annette.

PRUE

(to Gary)

Stay with her.

Gary nods and embraces Annette. Prue moves towards Lucas and the child and kneels down next to Paton.

PRUE (CONT’D)

Can you heal him?

GARY

He has a breath condition.

Prue looks at Gary and nods. Then she looks at Lucas.

PRUE

Can you?

Lucas looks at her and swallows.

LUCAS

It’s not a magical thing, Prue.

PRUE

It’s a child.

They look at each other for a few seconds.

PRUE (CONT’D)

Please.

There. A heart. Lucas nods.

LUCAS

They cannot see me doing my thing.

Prue nods. Then she turns to all the people there.

PRUE

Step back. The child will be fine. Just step back.

All of them step back. Lucas places his hands over Paton’s chest. He starts working his magic on the boy.

ON LUCAS’ HANDS - They glow yellow. He starts HEALING the boy.

Prue glances around making sure no one sees what’s happening there. Then ---

Lucas withdraws his hands as the boy opens his eyes and takes a deep breath.

Prue smiles. Lucas and Prue look at each other and smile.

Annette rushes to Paton. Lucas and Prue stand. Gary walks over to them.

GARY

(glances from Lucas to Prue)

How? What did you do? The boy had a serious breathing condition?

LUCAS

He --- he just needed some air.

PRUE

He’ll be fine.

Prue smiles at Lucas. Gary approaches Annette and Paton.

GARY

Hey, kiddo. How are you?

PATON

I can breathe. Better than ever. I can breathe.

Prue and Lucas stare at the boy and smile.

(to Lucas and Prue)

They stop and look at each other.

She rushes to him as fast as she can and freaks out as she sees him covered in blood.

She takes out her coat and presses it against Felix’s chest.

She shouts out loud.

Lucas and Prue stare and smile at each other.

LUCAS

What happened? Who did this?

Lucas gets closer to Felix and places his hands over his chest.

I can try, but I can’t promise you he’ll be fine.

OFF TO THE ENTRANCE - Priscilla and Edward come in.

Priscilla and Edward get shocked as they see what’s going on.

Mr. Doyle shakes his head.

Adrianne walks down the street. Rolf, dressed, approaches her. Adrianne turns around. They look at each other.

Something went wrong. The man stood in the way.

ADRIANNE

ADRIANNE

About the witch?

Rolf stares seriously at Adrianne.

ROLF

When I was about to turn her, someone came. I didn’t want to be seen.

ADRIANNE

Adrianne is furious. She turns around and walks down the street.

INT. KALGITH’S REALM - INSIDE CRACK OF THE VOLCANO / TUNNEL - UNKNOWN TIME OF THE DAY

AT THE EDGE OF THE CRACK, Trace holds the heart and screams out loud. Whatever he feels from it, hurts him. Kalgith stares at him and then grabs his hands.

Trace’s screams get calmer as Kalgith holds his hand. Shortly after, Trace drops the heart on the ground.

Trace is drained. Kalgith lets go of him. She stares at him.

So many mixed feelings inside.

Trace breaths fast.

KALGITH (CONT’D)

Persephone stands beside the bed. Felix lies still unconscious on the bed. Persephone’s hands are covered in blood.

Lucas ORBS in and Sebastian ORBS in right after. Persephone turns to them. She looks at Sebastian.

PERSEPHONE

Can you help him?

Sebastian walks over to the bed and stares seriously at Felix’s injury. Then he turns to Lucas.

SEBASTIAN

This was not any wolf.

PERSEPHONE

A werewolf?

Sebastian looks at Persephone and nods.

PERSEPHONE (CONT’D)

I didn’t even know they were real.

SEBASTIAN

There are only a few in the entire world. But this one ---

(looks at Felix)

PERSEPHONE

What does it mean?

SEBASTIAN

It means that we have a lot to do. It won’t be easy. I can contain the wolf side. He will have all the powers of a werewolf to a limit, but he will.

PERSEPHONE

But he won’t turn?

SEBASTIAN

The change can be contained, but ---

(takes a deep breath)

Sebastian and Persephone stare seriously at each other.

The first Werewolf was inside that Rift.

LUCAS

Do you think it came out from there?

SEBASTIAN

Many demons and other beings came out of that rift.

Sebastian and Lucas look seriously at Felix.

Maybe the first Werewolf was one of them.

SOUND - Doorbell.

William comes and opens the door. BEAT. Natalie is there.

WILLIAM

Natalie?

BLUE RAYS come inside the bedroom and Sebastian WAVES his hands to drive them to the Moonstone on Felix’s chest. Felix shakes a bit, but Persephone rushes to hold him. Priscilla gets worried as she sees that and is about to rush to her, but Lucas stops her.

Shortly after, Sebastian finishes the ritual.

ON FELIX’S INJURY - It looks the same, but not as bad as before.

Persephone sits beside Felix on the edge of the bed and holds his hand.

Sebastian glances at Lucas and nods. Lucas and Priscilla glance at each other.

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO - UNDER A BRIDGE - NIGHT

MUSIC KEEPS PLAYING IN THE B.G.

A couple of vans are there. They’ve brought food and other items for the homeless. Pamela and Aiden are distributing blankets. Miranda, Jillian, and Gabriel are distributing sandwiches. By one of the vans are Prue and Leo serving soup to the homeless. They seem happy by doing so.

MUSIC FADES OFF.

OFF TO GABRIEL AND JILLIAN - They talk as they give some sandwiches to a couple of homeless women.

JILLIAN

Seriously, Gabs, why didn’t you mention it was a woman.

GABRIEL

I didn’t do it on purpose.

JILLIAN

She didn’t take her eyes off of you.

GABRIEL

That’s not true.

JILLIAN

(turns to him)

Isn’t it?

They stare at each other.

JILLIAN (CONT’D)

OFF TO PAMELA AND AIDEN - They hand blankets to the homeless.

AIDEN

Do you really think this is going to piss off your stepmother?

PAMELA

I hope so. She married my father for his money. I’m spending it.

AIDEN

PAMELA

OFF TO PRUE AND LEO - They hand some soup to Annette and Paton.

Paton nods. Leo glances at Prue and sees her smile.

Prue smiles. She sighs.

I’m surprised.

Prue looks at Leo and smiles.

Prue smiles.

LEO

Are you going to let Lucas undo what he has done?

ON FELIX - He has been cleaned and changed. He’s covered by blankets.

Persephone, who has changed clothes and washed up, sits on the edge of the bed next to Felix, holding his hand.

Alana comes from the bedroom putting the robe on. She seems annoyed.

ALANA

Alana grabs the document and opens it.

Alana starts reading the document. Her expression changes as she keeps reading. Prue stares at her seriously.

ALANA

(reading)

‘So, Mr. Mayor, if you ever get to read these words, then get yourself to see those people. See them with your heart and soul. See them for real and do something. Do what you must to help them. In the end, it’ll help you too.’

Alana glances at Prue and smiles.

ALANA (CONT’D)

I’m impressed.

PRUE

I know you did it on purpose.

ALANA

Oh, I just took advantage of the full moon.

He hasn’t woken up.

We are going to find that wolf.

Persephone stares at Prue.
