ON ALASTAIR'S FACE - He is serious, he's mischievous staring at nothing.

ALASTAIR

You failed.

From over his shoulder, someone can be seen standing, head down.

ALASTAIR (CONT'D)

How could you be outfought by some green witches?

Alastair turns around to face the man behind him.

ON THE PERSON BEHIND ALASTAIR - It is Trace. He raises up his glance.

TRACE

It won't happen again.

ALASTAIR

Of course, it won't. I don't deal well with failure.

Trace and Alastair stare seriously at each other.

TRACE

Neither do I. I have a plan.

ALASTAIR

How long will it take you to get it done?

TRACE

Not long, I hope.

Alastair smirks.

ALASTAIR

Do I want to know what is it about?

Trace is serious.

TRACE

You just need to know, that I'm going to use my mortal name for it.

ALASTAIR

Make sure you don't do what your fellow brotherhood brother did.

(dramatic pause)

Don't fall in love with a witch!

ON TRACE'S FACE - He is serious as hell.

FADE TO:

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO - AVENUE - DAY (LATER)

ON PERSEPHONE - She carries a big smile on her face.

Persephone walks down a street carrying some flyers in her hands.

Suddenly, someone bumps into her; A man in a suit. Some flyers fall down the floor.

PERSEPHONE

Crap!

The man that bumped into her turns around. BEAT. That man is no other than Trace.

Persephone lowers down to pick the flyers that fell on the floor. Trace lowers down as well and helps her to pick them. He stares at one of the flyers.

TRACE

Halliwell's?

For the first time, Persephone looks at him. Trace looks at her as well. Both their eyes stare seriously at each other.

TRACE (CONT'D)

A new restaurant in the city?

They both stand. Persephone smiles.

PERSEPHONE

The best one.

Trace smiles. He hands her the flyer.

PERSEPHONE (CONT'D)

Keep that, so, you'll know where it is. The inauguration is on the day after tomorrow.

Trace smiles big.

TRACE

I wouldn't miss it.

Persephone smiles. Then she turns around.

ON PERSEPHONE'S FACE - She smiles big.

Persephone walks away under Trace's watch. He stares seriously at her.

AERIAL VIEW all over the city at the sound of 'Girls Like You' by Maroon 5, the remix version.

Several places all over the city are being shown. The city is lighted but the bright lights from the buildings.

FADE TO:

EXT. P3 - NIGHT

MUSIC KEEPS PLAYING.

No one at the entrance.

The sound of the music can be heard.

FADE TO:

INT. P3 - DANCE FLOOR / BAR - NIGHT

MUSIC KEEPS PLAYING IN THE B.G.

The club has not patrons inside. The only ones there are Prue, Leo, Gabriel, William, Aiden, and Lucas.

Prue and Lucas are cleaning the same table together. They laugh together as Prue moves at the sound of the music.

Leo is sitting by the bar, with a glass of whisky between his hands. Gabriel and William are tidying up the glasses. Aiden is near them watching some CDs' covers.

Leo stares at Prue and Leo with a no so very friendly face. He clearly doesn't like what he's seen.

AIDEN

Man, I didn't know this kind of thing existed anymore.

Gabriel stares from Leo to Prue.

GABRIEL

Yeah, well, there's some good music there and Jo always wanted to keep them as a relic from her grandmother's time.

WILLIAM

Persephone promised to never throw them out.

AIDEN

I see. Can I borrow some of them?

WILLIAM

Do you have a player?

Aiden looks at William with an inquisitive look.

AIDEN

I might find one in the middle of the stuff that was left at home or ---

(smiles)

--- I can Google them.

Leo has a last sip of his drink and puts the glass on the counter as he stands.

LEO

Enough for me. I'm leaving.

Aiden looks at him.

AIDEN

Already? I'm not in the mood for heading home just yet.

LEO

Stay then.

AIDEN

You are my ride.

GABRIEL

I can give you a ride.

AIDEN

In that old piece of junk of yours?

Gabriel looks at him.

GABRIEL

It was my grandfather's car.

AIDEN

It doesn't make it any less old.

Leo takes his car keys from his pocket.

LEO

Take them. I need to clear my head anyway.

Leo throws Aiden the car keys. Aiden catches them. Gabriel, William, and Aiden look at one another. Leo walks over the entrance staircase.

Prue and Lucas laugh. Leo turns to see them laughing. BEAT. For a couple of seconds, his eyes GLOW YELLOW. No one seems to notice. Leo starts climbing the stairs. Prue looks away and sees Leo leaving. Her smile fades.

LUCAS

Something wrong?

Prue looks at Lucas and forces a smile.

PRUE

Nothing.

Gabriel, William, and Aiden stare at Prue.

WILLIAM

So, does anyone know what happened?

GABRIEL

We are not even supposed to know that there is something happening.

AIDEN

Well, something is happening there.

They keep staring at Prue and Lucas as they keep laughing.

GABRIEL

Hey, Prue?

Prue and Lucas stop laughing and look at them.

GABRIEL (CONT'D)

We are done here. Do you need a ride?

PRUE

Oh, no. I've got my car.

GABRIEL

Okay, we're leaving then. Don't forget we have that thing tomorrow.

PRUE

I won't.

Gabriel and William come out of the counter. Aiden takes a few CDs. All three of them walk over the staircase and start climbing them as Prue and Lucas watch them leaving. Then Lucas turns to Prue.

LUCAS

It's just the two of us now.

Prue turns to him and smiles.

PRUE

It seems so.

Lucas smiles. Then he heads to the stage and changes the song on the mixing table. It soon starts playing a slow song in Spanish, 'La Chica Perfecta' by Melendi.

Lucas walks towards Prue and reaches out his hands for her to take them. Prue looks at his hands and then at his eyes.

PRUE (CONT'D)

I'm not a dancer.

LUCAS

(winks)

Neither am I. Actually, it's been a long time since the last time I danced.

Prue stares seriously at him. He makes sweet eyes at her and then she smiles. She reaches out her hands and grabs his. He pulls her closer. Too closer. Both dance slowly. Their faces only inches from each other. Lucas stares at her deeply in the eyes. She tries to avoid his glances but she can't. She looks at him.

LUCAS (CONT'D)

Do you know how beautiful you are?

Prue says nothing. She just stares at him as he approaches his face to hers. Their lips almost touching each other.

PRUE

I can't.

But she doesn't push him.

LUCAS

Yes, you can.

Their lips meet each other's and they share a sweet kiss.

FADE TO:

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO - STREETS - NIGHT

MUSIC FADES OFF.

Leo walks alone. Hands-on his pockets. Low-spirited. This is a busy street, even at that time of the night. Soon, Leo realizes why.

Ahead of him, a few police officers control the traffic and some others are stopping people from heading into what seems to be a crime scene. The yellow crime scene tape has been placed to help them delimit the perimeter. Some firefighters are also there.

Leo stops nearby. He tries to have a view of what's going on and his eyes widen when he sees a woman, burned to death, bound in what seems an improvised wooden stake. The fire beneath the body has been turned off. Leo is astonished staring at the crime scene. He doesn't seem to notice as Detective Natalie West approaches him.

NATALIE

Leo?

Leo looks at Natalie.

LEO

Detective West?

NATALIE

Natalie, please.

(smiles)

May I ask what are you doing at my crime scene?

LEO

Just got here. What happened?

Natalie glances at the crime scene and sighs.

NATALIE

Someone just decided to take justice into its own hands.

LEO

Was it an execution?

NATALIE

(looks at Leo)

The worse kind. She was burned at stake. Just like witches once were.

Leo looks at the dead woman at the stake.

NATALIE (CONT'D)

There was a message from the murderer.

LEO

What was it?

NATALIE

I shouldn't tell you.

LEO

Sure.

Leo looks away while Natalie stares at him.

NATALIE

I tell you what, I'm not gonna find that psycho tonight, so why don't you invite me to a late coffee and we talk about it?

Leo smiles.

LEO

Sure, why not?

Natalie smiles big.

NATALIE

It's a date, then.

Natalie's smile doesn't fade from her face. They stare at each other.

FADE TO:

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO - NIGHT TURNING INTO DAY

AERIAL VIEW all over the city as the night ends and a new day starts. The sun shines brightly.

FADE TO:

EXT. HALLIWELL MANOR - DAY

STILL.

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - LIVING ROOM - DAY

Persephone comes in followed by Miranda. It seems like Miranda is asking Persephone for something.

MIRANDA

Please, Persie, she'll listen to you.

Persephone turns at Miranda.

PERSEPHONE

Why don't you ask her? I'm sure she'll say yes. If she doesn't want to hire you, then I'll do it.

MIRANDA

You just said you cannot hire me for P3 cause you don't make the rules now.

PERSEPHONE

And that's true.

MIRANDA

So?

PERSEPHONE

So, I'll hire you for Halliwell's.

MIRANDA

Oh, no, Halliwell's is not my thing. I have online classes and working in a restaurant won't allow me to focus on that.

PERSEPHONE

Then ask Prue. She won't bite.

MIRANDA

Are you sure of that? I'm certain that if Will asks her to not do it, she won't.

PERSEPHONE

She wouldn't.

Miranda grimaces.

PERSEPHONE (CONT'D)

Just try it, okay. I swear that if you can't convince her, I'll talk to her.

MIRANDA

Seriously?

Persephone nods. Miranda jumps into her neck and hugs her.

MIRANDA (CONT'D)

Thank you, thank you.

PERSEPHONE

No need to.

They get apart.

PERSEPHONE (CONT'D)

Now let me go. There's still too much to do at Halliwell's before the opening.

MIRANDA

Are you really keeping the name, are you?

Persephone smiles.

PERSEPHONE

Finding that name plaque was a sign.

Miranda smiles.

MIRANDA

Good luck with that.

Persephone shoots her a thankful smile and leaves. Then Miranda shrugs and walks out as well.

FADE TO:

INT. TRACE THORNTON'S APARTMENT - LIVING ROOM - DAY

ON MIRROR'S REFLECTION - Trace looks at himself in the mirror. He fixes his tie. Trace is wearing a very elegant dark gray suit with a navy dotted silk tie.

ADRIANNE (O.S.)

You gotta be kidding.

Trace turns around to face an arm-crossed Adrianne staring seriously at him.

ADRIANNE (CONT'D)

Didn't you think of a better plan? Wait, why in the hell it has to be you?

TRACE

Because, my dear, I owe him that.

ADRIANNE

You owe him nothing. He was gone for almost twenty years. He was defeated by the long-gone Charmed Ones who didn't even have active powers. There are others for that job.

TRACE

I failed him in taking the Book of Shadows from the witches.

Adrianne rolls her eyes as Trace walks around her.

ADRIANNE

And why do you need to go back to that miserable job? You haven't set a foot there for the past year.

TRACE

I need a cover.

He hugs her from behind.

TRACE (CONT'D)

You know that demons like me need a cover in the upside world.

ADRIANNE

You don't need it.

TRACE

Of course, I don't. But it's an important position.

He kisses her neck.

TRACE (CONT'D)

Besides, working as an FBI agent allows me to control some things. And don't forget that I'm part of the MSD.

Which means 'Magic and Supernatural Department'.

ADRIANNE

Yeah, I know.

(rolls her eyes)

It is important that mortals don't find about magic.

TRACE

Exactly.

Trace keeps running kisses down her neck.

ADRIANNE

Don't you want to take this to the bedroom?

TRACE

I'm late.

ADRIANNE

You are a demon.

TRACE

Today I'm a Special Agent Trace Thornton.

Adrianne turns around. They stare at one another.

TRACE (CONT'D)

Those wishes won't see me coming.

Trace pulls her close abruptly and kisses her hard.

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC LIBRARY - DAY

A lot of people are gathered outside.

FADE TO:

INT. SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC LIBRARY - MAIN LIBRARY - DAY

The place is big. There are uncountable numbers of shelves there and also tables for people to use.

Gabriel comes carrying a few books and walks towards a table. He puts the books on. Gabriel takes his hands to his hips and sighs.

GABRIEL

How I miss Magic School.

He barely notices as a woman approaches him from behind. JILLIAN RHOADES (27).

JILLIAN

Talking to yourself?

Gabriel turns around. His eyes widen as he sees Jillian there.

GABRIEL

Hey, Jillian.

Jillian smiles. Gabriel seems a little uncomfortable.

JILLIAN

You never called.

Gabriel forces a smile.

GABRIEL

I never did, indeed. Some many things have happened.

JILLIAN

You don't have to make up an excuse, Gabriel. We are adults. We went out on a date once, you never called again. That's fine. I moved on.

GABRIEL

You have?!

Jillian smiles at him.

JILLIAN

I'm not dating anyone in case you're wondering.

Gabriel smiles shyly. Jillian glances at the books Gabriel just put on the table.

JILLIAN (CONT'D)

Heavy reading, huh?

She looks at Gabriel. Gabriel disguises.

JILLIAN (CONT'D)

I didn't know you were into the occult.

GABRIEL

Well, It's for my classes.

JILLIAN

You teach Latin.

Gabriel nods.

GABRIEL

It's just to make something different.

JILLIAN

Okay. Are you taking them?

Gabriel nods again.

GABRIEL

I'm just waiting for Prue.

Prue walks towards them. She also carries some books.

PRUE

I'm here.

Jillian turns to her. She looks at the books she's carrying. Then Jillian looks at Prue.

JILLIAN

Oh, let me guess. You're working on a matter for the magazine?

Prue stares seriously at her.

PRUE

I don't write, Jillian. Nice to see you too.

Jillian glances from Prue to Gabriel.

JILLIAN

(smiles)

Nice to see you too, ---

Jillian glances at Gabriel.

JILLIAN (CONT'D)

Did you call her Prue?

Gabriel nods. Jillian glances at Prue.

JILLIAN (CONT'D)

Prue.

(takes the books from her hands)

I'll check them out for you.

PRUE

Thanks.

Jillian walks away. Prue shoots Gabriel a look.

PRUE (CONT'D)

You didn't call her, did you?

GABRIEL

So much has happened ever since our first date.

Prue shakes her head.

PRUE

Witches can date too, you know?

GABRIEL

Oh, do you really want to talk about it?

Prue rolls her eyes.

GABRIEL (CONT'D)

Lucas?

Prue walks away as Gabriel watches her. He takes the books from the table and walks away as well.

FADE TO:

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC LIBRARY - DAY (MOMENTS LATER)

People are gathered outside. A man, ISAIAH DANE (appears late 40) is speaking to them. It looks like some kind of warning.

ISAIAH

Beware, they are all over the place.

Some people whisper incredulously. Some others pay attention to what he says.

ISAIAH (CONT'D)

Evil doesn't sleep. All those murderers that have been happening all over the town are a sign of it. Those women were witches.

OFF TO THE ENTRANCE - Gabriel comes out of the building carrying some books. Jillian comes as well and she carries some books too. They stare at the gathering.

GABRIEL

What's this?

JILLIAN

Crazy people, huh?

(glances at Gabriel)

Witches and demons.

Gabriel turns to her.

JILLIAN (CONT'D)

This man has been here for the past couple of days. Always the same speech. What's worse is that he's not the only one. I've seen several groups all over the town.

ISAIAH

Witches are been burned at stake, just like it happened all those centuries ago in Salem.

GABRIEL

You don't believe that, do you?

JILLIAN

(stares at Isaiah)

Witches? Why not?

(looks at him)

Why wouldn't there be supernatural creatures? Truth is that there's a lot of weird things happening lately. Well, ---

Jillian hands him the books.

JILLIAN

--- I should get back to work.

Jillian turns to leave.

GABRIEL

Jillian?

She turns to him.

GABRIEL (CONT'D)

Can I call you one of these days?

Jillian smiles.

JILLIAN

I won't be waiting for it.

Jillian walks inside as Prue comes out. She walks towards Gabriel and notices the smile on his face.

PRUE

Did you ask her on a second date?

GABRIEL

I might.

They both turn at the people gathered by Isaiah.

PRUE

Was that?

GABRIEL

Someone warning people about witches and demons.

Prue shoots Gabriel a look. They both stare at it.

ISAIAH

Beware, evil is all over the place. They walk among us just like one of us.

ON A MYSTERIOUS MAN, HAYTHAM (looks 40s) - He stands in the middle of the group of people and stares seriously at Isaiah.

ISAIAH (CONT'D)

They have normal jobs as we do. They date mortals.

Isaiah stands in from of Haytham. Haytham stares seriously at Isaiah.

ISAIAH (CONT'D)

We must beware.

Haytham stares seriously into Isaiah's eyes. Isaiah gets frozen staring at Haytham. Haytham's eyes glow red and then Isaiah starts steeping back. He seems dizzy.

ISAIAH (CONT'D)

My eyes! My eyes!

Gabriel and Prue walk over to the group of people. Haytham walks away. Gabriel looks at him as he does. It seems like Gabriel noticed something from Haytham. Isaiah screams out loud. He covers his eyes.

ISAIAH (CONT'D)

I can't see.

Isaiah falls on the floor. Prue rushes to help him. Prue takes his hands off of his eyes and ---

BEAT.

ON ISAIAH'S EYES - They are blank.

Prue is astonished at it.

PRUE

Call an ambulance.

GABRIEL

Prue?

Prue turns to Gabriel. He motions her to follow him. Gabriel puts the books on a bench and then runs away. Prue looks around and then runs away as well.

FADE TO:

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC LIBRARY - ALLEY - DAY

Haytham comes walking in. Not long after, Gabriel comes in. Haytham stops and turns around. Gabriel stops as well. They stare at each other.

GABRIEL

I saw what you did to him.

HAYTHAM

He knew more than he should. He saw more than he should.

Prue comes running. She stops as she sees Haytham.

HAYTHAM (CONT'D)

Magic is not for mortals to know about. To see.

GABRIEL

He is innocent. No one would believe him.

PRUE

(to Haytham)

You took his eyes.

HAYTHAM

And I will do that to anyone who tries to exposure the magic community.

PRUE

No, if we can stop you.

Prue and Gabriel WAVE their hands to use TELEKINESIS, but Haytham is faster. He THROWS them both, TELEKINETICALLY, across the alley. Prue and Gabriel get up immediately only to see him SMOKING out.

Prue and Gabriel glance at each other.

GABRIEL

If he does that to every mortal that knows about magic ---

PRUE

Yeah. Some of our relatives will be on his list.

Prue and Gabriel stare seriously at each other.

FADE TO BLACK.

FADE IN:

EXT. MATTHEWS / MITCHELL MANOR - DAY

STILL.

PAMELA (O.S.)

And a purple wall here.

FADE TO:

INT. MATTHEWS / MITCHELL MANOR - PAMELA'S BEDROOM - DAY

The furniture is not that modern.

Pamela is in there. A man and a young woman are also there. She's taking notes on her iPad. He is an interior designer (JASON, late 30s) and she's his assistant (Silvia, early 20s).

PAMELA

I was thinking of a big open area for me to feel comfortable in it. Like a big walk-in closet.

JASON

What about all in white?

PAMELA

I love purple.

Pamela shoots him a look.

JASON

But we already will have purple in your bedroom.

PAMELA

Are you questioning my choices?

Jason and Silvia look at each other. Then they look at Pamela again.

JASON

Not at all, Mrs. Whitmore.

Pamela smiles.

PAMELA

No need to be so afraid of me, Jason. I'm not like my stepmother. What about white with something purple to break the white?

JASON

That's more I like it.

Jason smiles and so does Pamela.

PAMELA

Let's head back to the other rooms. This house hasn't been inhabited for a long time and the furniture is like fifty years old.

JASON

Well, some of the furniture can be restored and it would look just like new.

PAMELA

I like that idea. My housemates will love that idea.

JASON

Great. My assistant is taking notes of all so we can have an idea of how much it will cost.

PAMELA

Money isn't the problem. Daddy has a lot of it and if he is giving my dearest stepmother the trip of her dreams, so he can pay for this.

Jason and Silvia look at each other.

SILVIA

So, we don't need to look for the cheapest things?

Pamela smiles.

PAMELA

I'm not cheap.

Pamela walks past them and out of the bedroom. Jason and Silvia stare at each other and smile.

FADE TO:

INT. MATTHEWS / MITCHELL MANOR - LIVING ROOM - DAY

ON PRISCILLA - She squints her eyes as she stares at someone in front of her.

Leo has his sunglasses on. Priscilla is trying to analyze him.

PRISCILLA

What's with the sunglasses in?

LEO

I had a long night.

PRISCILLA

Oh, hangover. I see. I guess it was good at P3 last night.

LEO

I didn't end my night at P3, actually.

PRISCILLA

(surprised)

Oh.

LEO

I found Natalie on my way home and ended up paying her a coffee.

PRISCILLA

Natalie?

LEO

(sighs)

Forget it. I need to get to the office. I should've been there two hours ago.

PRISCILLA

That's exactly why I wanted to talk to you.

(takes a deep breath)

I need a job.

Leo shoots her a look.

PRISCILLA (CONT'D)

I know you don't have an assistant and I've worked for a lawyer before. I know I seem a little lost lately, and I probably am, but until I figure out what's my calling, I need a job.

LEO

You want to work for me?!

PRISCILLA

I'm sure you'll need someone to help you on the back office, don't you?

LEO

I actually do. I never hired someone because I can't pay much.

Priscilla shoots him a pointed look.

PRISCILLA

Aren't you rich?

LEO

My mother is. I don't use that money, not unless it is needed.

PRISCILLA

I don't mind. Who knows and maybe I find my calling there.

LEO

Fine. You're hired.

Priscilla smiles.

OFF TO THE ENTRANCE - Pamela comes in followed by Jason and Silvia.

PAMELA

(smiles big)

Oh, Leo! Good, you haven't left.

(to Jason and Silvia)

The master room belongs to him. He's a lawyer, so I was thinking of decor suitable for a successful man.

PRISCILLA

(to Pamela)

What are you doing?

LEO

She has decided to remodel the house.

PAMELA

Also, the bed must be something strong and resistant.

Jason and Silvia look at Leo. Leo looks away.

PAMELA (CONT'D)

(turns to Leo)

We don't want you and ---

Pamela cuts herself off when she sees Priscilla shooting her a look.

PAMELA (CONT'D)

Never mind. Actually, ---

(turns to Jason and Silvia)

--- the tree beds. Very important, they need to be very resistant.

(smiles big)

We are very active during night time.

Leo and Priscilla look at each other.

LEO

Let's go to work.

Pamela turns to Leo.

PAMELA

Wait! Don't you want to have a word in the remodeling?

LEO

We both are the heiresses of this home, but you are the one with the money and the taste for that. So, I trust you.

Pamela smiles big. Leo walks out of the living room. Priscilla stops by Pamela on her way out.

PRISCILLA

William hangs off the phone.

MERIDA

William looks at her.

WILLIAM

What? What happened to him? I haven't seen him in a week.

MERIDA

Yeah, he called in sick. His wife just called from the hospital. They don't know what's happened to him, just that he suddenly got blind.

WILLIAM

Blind? Did he have a vision issue?

MERIDA

Not that I'm aware of. But the weird part is that his pupils kinda disappeared.

WILLIAM

(astonished)

What?

MERIDA

Doctors can't explain. I'm leaving to give the wife some support. Do you want to come?

WILLIAM

Huh, no. I mean, go ahead. I'll visit him after.

Merida nods. She turns around and leaves. William is thoughtful.

WILLIAM (CONT'D)

Could it be possible?!

William takes his cell phone from the table and leaves the office in a rush.

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO - GOLDEN GATE PARK - DAY

A middle-aged woman (IRINA GOMES, 40) is standing in the middle of a group of people sitting around her. She seems like she's doing the same thing Isaiah was.

IRINA

We must open our eyes. They are out there. Don't let them fool you. The Government has its own division to fight these supernatural people.

WOMAN

But how do we recognize them?

Irina looks at the woman who asked that.

IRINA

They look just like us. That's why we need to have our eyes wide open. They are among us.

OFF TO HAYTHAM - He stands nearby staring seriously at Irina.

IRINA (CONT'D)

They use their tricks to control our minds.

MAN

How do you know that they have a secret division to deal with them?

IRINA

There are so many things our Government keeps from us. We must be alert.

Haytham walks towards them.

IRINA (CONT'D)

People stand and start walking away. Haytham gets even closer to Irina. Irina smiles as she sees him approaching.

HAYTHAM

IRINA

Haytham looks her seriously in the eyes as she seems forced to look him in the eyes.

ON IRINA'S EYES - They soon turn all white. The pupils disappear.

Irina starts screaming like crazy. Haytham smirks and walks away.

INT. SAN FRANCISCO P.D. - MAIN ROOM - DAY

Natalie comes in followed by a couple of officers. They drag a prisoner in. Natalie stops at her desk.

NATALIE

There. Keep the handcuffs.

The officers make the prisoner sit. Then Natalie signs them to leave. The prisoner looks down. The officers walk away. Natalie looks at the prisoner (DEAN, late 20s).

NATALIE (CONT'D)

Okay, talk.

Dean raises up his glance and stares at Natalie.

DEAN

I said I know nothing about it.

NATALIE

You were found wandering about the area.

DEAN

It doesn't make me a murderer. C'mon, Detective, you know I'm just an ordinary thief. I haven't hurt anyone.

NATALIE

There's always a first time for everything.

Dean stands abruptly.

DEAN

I didn't murder those women.

Natalie stares at him. The officers are about to approach them, but Natalie signs them to stop.

NATALIE

Sit down, Dean.

Dean sits down. Natalie sighs. She turns to the police officers.

NATALIE (CONT'D)

Keep him in custody tonight.

The police officers nod.

OFF TO THE MAIN DOOR TO THE ROOM - It opens. Someone comes in; Trace.

Trace glances around. Natalie looks at him.

NATALIE (CONT'D)

Oh, c'mon!

Trace smiles as he spots Natalie. He walks towards her.

TRACE

Detective West?

NATALIE

What gave me away?

TRACE

The look on your face. I heard you don't like feds.

(he reaches out his hand)

Natalie glances at his hand. Trace's big smile on his face annoys her. She shakes his hand.

It's my first day back on the field. Fill me in. Women are being burned at stake?

NATALIE

An officer walks by them.

OFFICER

Natalie and Trace look at the officer.

NATALIE

Is it the same guy we're looking for?

OFFICER

I don't know. This woman was just taken to the hospital. She claims that a man attacked her and turned her blind.

NATALIE

The officer shrugs.

She's at the Memorial.

Natalie turns to Trace.

NATALIE

I guess we have work to do.

TRACE

Great.

Trace keeps smiling. Natalie rolls her eyes before walking out of the room. Trace follows her.

Prue and Gabriel come from the front door carrying the books.

GABRIEL

Damn traffic!

PRUE

This city is chaos.

They walk into the dining room and put the books on the table.

Miranda comes from the front door.

MIRANDA

Hey, guys.

Prue and Gabriel turn to her.

MIRANDA (CONT'D)

I saw you arriving.

(to Prue)

I kinda need to talk to you.

PRUE

We are in the middle of something here.

Miranda sees the pile of books they brought.

MIRANDA

What's all that?

GABRIEL

All we found about runes and symbols.

PRUE

There are also a few books about demons and so, but we'll deal with that later. Gabs and I found a demon.

Miranda's eyes widen.

MIRANDA

What kind of demon?

GABRIEL

I wish we knew.

(to Prue)

I'm gonna check the Book of Shadows.

Prue nods. Gabriel walks out of there and climbs the stairs.

PRUE

Where's Persie?

MIRANDA

She needed to go to the restaurant. And, Prue, I really need to talk to you.

PRUE

About what?

MIRANDA

I was thinking, you know I need to help Gabriel and William with the bills, right?

PRUE

Yesss ---

MIRANDA

I need a job for that. I left my CV in some nightclubs, but why would I work somewhere else if I have cousins that own a bar?!

MIRANDA

Prue's eyes widen.

They stop by the counter.

I just met her. The thing is that if those women were witches or even practitioners, there's a psycho out there killing them.

Leo checks the new message.

(looks at Priscilla)

Leo stands and both Leo and Priscilla walk out of the office.

William and Pamela rush in.

In the conservatory room are Prue, Gabriel, and Miranda. Gabriel is flipping through the Book of Shadows' pages.

GABRIEL

As usual, nothing here.

Pamela and William come in.

GABRIEL (CONT'D)

Why haven't we found any of the demons we fought in the Book of Shadows?

MIRANDA

Maybe the book is out of date.

Prue shoots her a look.

PAMELA

Out of date is the house I'm living in. Can someone tell me what's going on?

WILLIAM

I think I know.

They all look at William.

WILLIAM (CONT'D)

I mean, does it have something to do with people getting blind?

PRUE

People?

GABRIEL

We just saw one. And we saw the demon.

WILLIAM

Damn, I knew it. One of my colleagues ended up at the Memorial. Isaiah.

Gabriel stands and puts the book on the table.

GABRIEL

Wait, that's the guy we saw. He was outside the Public Library.

PAMELA

What happened?

PRUE

He was surrounded by a group of people and saying some ---

Prue glances at Gabriel. Then she looks at the others.

PRUE (CONT'D)

WILLIAM

He was on a leave. Was not being himself lately.

MIRANDA

What kind of nonsense?

GABRIEL

The kind that can risk exposure.

(sighs)

He was talking about demons, witches, and magic.

PAMELA

What? How come?

PRUE

I don't know. Maybe he saw something.

PAMELA

That video recorded about Razgal was taken down of the internet, right?

WILLIAM

Yeah, but who knows how many watched it before it was taken down!

Prue walks over to the door and opens it. BEAT. Lucas is there and smiles as he sees her.

PRUE

(surprised)

LUCAS

Prue smiles embarrassed.

LUCAS

I thought we could talk.

PRUE

Prue's expression changes suddenly.

PRUE (CONT'D)

What is it why you, guys, and talks?

LUCAS

PRUE

Look, Lucas, it's not the time. I'm in the middle of something here. A family emergency.

LUCAS

A family emergency?

Prue nods.

LUCAS (CONT'D)

Can I help with something?

PRUE

LUCAS

From behind Lucas, Leo and Priscilla can be seen coming up the porch's stairs. They reach the front door. Prue and Leo stare at each other. Then Leo glances from top to button at Lucas.

LEO

I thought there was a family emergency.

Priscilla notices the tension. Lucas looks at Leo.

LUCAS

I thought you were just a friend.

LEO

Nine generations apart, but family.

PRISCILLA

Hi, Lucas.

(to Prue and Leo)

Guys, we need to get in.

Leo and Lucas shoot each other an 'I don't like you being here' look.

PRUE

Yeah, Lucas?

Lucas moves aside. Priscilla walks in. Leo glances from Lucas to Prue and comes in. Priscilla walks quickly into the conservatory room, but Leo waits for Prue.

PRUE (CONT'D)

(to Lucas)

We'll talk later, okay?

Lucas nods. He's about to leave, but Prue notices Leo there and she grabs Lucas' arm. Lucas looks at her, then Prue moves fast towards him and kisses him on the lips. Lucas' eyes widen. Prue smiles.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Would you like to be my plus one tomorrow at my sister's restaurant opening?

Lucas smiles big.

ON LEO'S FACE - He rolls his eyes.

LUCAS

Of course.

PRUE

(smiles big)

It's a date then.

Lucas smiles and walks away. Prue closes the door and turns around at the same time that Leo turns around and faces her.

LEO

Seriously?

PRUE

What?

Prue walks past him and towards the conservatory room. Leo is not pleased with her attitude. He turns around and heads towards the conservatory room as the door opens and Persephone and Aiden come in.

AIDEN

I told you.

Persephone shoots him a look. After closing the door, they both head towards the conservatory room.

Trace and Natalie come from one of the rooms. Natalie has a worried look on her face. She turns to Trace.

NATALIE

TRACE

Blind.

Trace glances around. He also seems worried.

NATALIE

Did you hear what they say?

TRACE

Nonsense.

NATALIE

Are they?

Trace looks at Natalie.

NATALIE (CONT'D)

Every one of them said the same.

TRACE

They were talking about magic and demons. Those people might have had something. Some medicine or so.

NATALIE

All of them?

TRACE

Why not? Some laboratories test people for new medicines. Maybe is a secondary effect.

NATALIE

And the blindness?

TRACE

Maybe it is also a secondary effect.

Natalie doesn't seem to believe in that theory.

TRACE (CONT'D)

Look, Detective West, let's look at the files of the victims. They ran tests on them, didn't they?

Natalie nods.

TRACE (CONT'D)

Maybe we'll find something.

Natalie nods and they both walk away.

The nine Warrens are there.

And he just banished?

Prue and Gabriel nod. Leo is checking his phone.

LEO

Those people are in the hospital. They ran tests on them.

Prue shoots Leo a suspicious look.

PRUE

How do you know?

Leo glances at Prue. Priscilla glances from one to the other.

PRISCILLA

Oh, Leo's friend is a detective. Natalie.

PRUE

Who?

Prue shoots Leo a pointed look.

LEO

Detective West.

Prue thinks for a while and remembers who he's talking about.

LEO (CONT'D)

I found her last night. She is investigating some mysterious murderers.

PAMELA

How mysterious?

LEO

Witches.

They all glance at each other.

LEO (CONT'D)

Or practitioners, I don't know. I just know that they were burned at stake.

MIRANDA

What?

AIDEN

A Witch Hunter?

Leo shrugs.

LEO

No idea.

PERSEPHONE

So, there are two out there hurting people.

GABRIEL

A demon and a ---

WILLIAM

Evil someone?

Gabriel nods.

PRUE

One thing at the time.

PERSEPHONE

Agree.

Persephone turns to the book.

PERSEPHONE (CONT'D)

Now would be the perfect time for you to help us, you know?

AIDEN

Are we really talking to the book?

PRISCILLA

Grams used to. It was all blank pages back then.

ON THE BOOK OF SHADOWS - Its pages start moving quickly. It stops on a blank page. Suddenly, the page begins to be filled with a symbol. The same symbol that was seen before.

GABRIEL

It's the same symbol.

ON THE BOOK OF SHADOWS - Then, words start appearing.

GABRIEL (CONT'D)

(reading from the book)

'Haytham, the protector of magic. Can be ruthless to those who threaten exposure. He blinds them so they can not see the magic around them. A vanquishing potion might be enough to erase him.'

Gabriel looks at the others.

GABRIEL (CONT'D)

Erase him?

PRISCILLA

Who wrote that is from the last century?

PAMELA

Or far beyond that.

Persephone takes the Book of Shadows.

PERSEPHONE

I'll prepare the potion while you scry for the demon.

Persephone walks out of the room.

MIRANDA

I'm gonna learn the potion-making craft.

Miranda walks out.

PRUE

I'm gonna get the map and the crystal.

Prue walks out of the room.

WILLIAM

I'm gonna check on Isaiah is doing.

PRISCILLA

Do you want me to go with you?

William nods.

GABRIEL

We call if we find out something.

William and Priscilla leave the room. Leo tries to walk out of the room unnoticed, but Aiden notices him walking upstairs.

Prue is searching for the crystal and the map in one of the drawers.

I really need to do some deep cleaning in this attic.

She finds what she wants and smiles. She walks towards the attic's door when Leo comes in. They stare at each other in the eyes. Prue swallows.

LEO

Found them?

Prue nods. They keep staring at each other like they want to say something but nothing comes out. Then ---

PRUE

Detective West?

LEO

I just ran onto her last night.

Prue looks away.

LEO (CONT'D)

Lucas?

Prue looks at him.

PRUE

I run onto him every day. Besides, I don't owe you any explanations.

LEO

I know, but ---

PRUE

(cuts him off)

But what, Leo? There's nothing between us. I made that clear to you.

LEO

Yes, you did. Because of what happened between our parents.

Prue lowers her gaze.

LEO (CONT'D)

As unfair I think that is, I can't help to feel what I feel.

Prue looks at him.

PRUE

PRUE

Leo lowers his gaze. She approaches him.

And then we find Alastair.

Leo nods.

LEO

I guess that's what unites you and me, right?

Prue swallows.

LEO (CONT'D)

Finding and vanquish Alastair.

PRUE

Well, not only Alastair. Don't forget the damn double of Belthazor.

LEO

That one too.

Natalie West. The detective Leo met last night.

WILLIAM

A middle-aged female doctor, DR. RODRIGUEZ (50s) is there. Natalie and Trace come in.

NATALIE

We were told the results of the tests you ran on the patients.

DR. RODRIGUEZ

Yes, I haven't open them yet.

TRACE

Can I see them?

Natalie looks at Trace. He shrugs.

TRACE (CONT'D)

I've seen so many that I think I already know how to interpret the results.

Dr. Rodriguez hands Trace the results. He opens the file and starts analyzing them.

NATALIE

Dr. Rodriguez, this blindness could be permanent?

DR. RODRIGUEZ

We still need to run more test, but something like this so sudden ---

ON TRACE - He glances at them making sure none of them are seeing them.

DR. RODRIGUEZ (CONT'D)

NATALIE

I agree with you, Doc, People don't get blind overnight.

DR. RODRIGUEZ

There are actually some medicaments that can cause that.

TRACE

I believe that's exactly what's happening.

Natalie and Dr. Rodriguez glance at Trace.

TRACE (CONT'D)

The four patients are guinea pigs for Prescott Labs.

NATALIE

What?

Trace hands Dr. Rodriguez the files. She gives it a look.

DR. RODRIGUEZ

It is true. This medicament is being tested by Prescott Labs. We must warn them to stop the tests.

NATALIE

So, it's just that?

Natalie doesn't seem convinced.

TRACE

Pretty obvious. That's the common denominator.

NATALIE

Can it be reversible?

DR. RODRIGUEZ

We need to run more tests on them.

Dr. Rodriguez walks out of the office. Trace looks at Natalie.

TRACE

Well, I believe there's no case here, Detective West.

Natalie is thoughtful.

NATALIE

I always thought there could be something more there.

TRACE

Something like what?

Natalie glances at him.

NATALIE

Nothing. Let's go, we have nothing to do here.

Natalie walks out of the room. Trace is serious. He walks out after her.

FADE TO:

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - KITCHEN - DAY

Persephone is filling some bottles with the potion she just prepared. As Persephone fills one bottle, Miranda puts the cover in it.

MIRANDA

So, how does it work? We make them drink this?

Persephone glances at Miranda and laughs.

PERSEPHONE

You really never saw a potion being made and used?

MIRANDA

Not even in TV shows. After mum ---

Miranda's expression saddens. Persephone stops laughing. She puts the bottle she's filling on the counter and stares at Miranda.

PERSEPHONE

It's still hard for you, isn't it?

Miranda nods.

MIRANDA

I just wish I knew what's behind it.

PERSEPHONE

Your father's alcoholism.

MIRANDA

I don't think is that. Mum wouldn't leave me and William.

PERSEPHONE

So, what do you think happened?

Miranda doesn't know if she should say.

PERSEPHONE (CONT'D)

C'mon, Miranda, I've known you forever. What's going on?

Miranda sighs.

MIRANDA

I think mum was taken. And I think that's the reason why dad became so distant. He knows something.

Persephone is astonished.

PERSEPHONE

Does William know?

MIRANDA

I told him my suspicions. He still doesn't believe it but has agreed to give it a try and investigate.

PERSEPHONE

Why haven't you told us?

MIRANDA

I don't know, it was not the moment. I don't know, Persie.

PERSEPHONE

Well, if there's something there, we need to investigate.

MIRANDA

We already have so much to do. Alastair, the freaking demon who tried to stole the Book of Shadows and those demons that leave a symbol every time they get vanquished.

PERSEPHONE

Still. If we work together, we'll get there.

Miranda forces a smile.

PERSEPHONE (CONT'D)

Let's get these potions done.

Miranda nods. Persephone smiles.

INT. HALLIWELL MANOR - CONSERVATORY ROOM - DAY

ON THE MAP - The crystal is hovering over the map.

Gabriel is hovering the crystal over the map while holding his cell phone.

Prue, Leo, Pamela, and Aiden are there.

PAMELA

Are you sure that's going to work? It's been like an hour since you started scrying.

Gabriel nods.

GABRIEL

It has to.

PRUE

You want me to try?

GABRIEL

You were never good at it.

Prue shoots him a look.

PRUE

Come again?

Gabriel looks at her.

GABRIEL

Oh, you must remember Magic School classes. Scrying was not your thing. Your thing was spell writing.

LEO

Wait, Magic School? Did you, guys, attended Magic School?

GABRIEL

Yeah. We did. It's a shame it closed down after the Lost.

LEO

I attended too.

PRUE

You did?

Leo nods.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Why did we never meet?

LEO

Maybe I was a year forward. I don't know.

PRUE

Yeah, but we are Warrens. I remember I met a few of our distant relatives there. I mean, I can't remember all of their names, but ---

GABRIEL

Well, there were too many people there, Prue.

PRUE

Yeah, I know, I just ---

LEO

(cuts her off)

Wish you had met me there?

Prue and Leo stare at each other. Gabriel, Pamela, and Aiden look at them.

PAMELA

I was there too.

That breaks the look between Prue and Leo. They lower their gaze. Then all of them look at Pamela.

PAMELA (CONT'D)

But I was the skipping classes type.

Suddenly, the crystal stops over a point in the map.

GABRIEL

Got it.

Persephone and Miranda come in.

PERSEPHONE

We prepared a few potions.

They all look at her.

PERSEPHONE (CONT'D)

Just in case.

GABRIEL

Good, let's go, before he creates more havoc.

AIDEN

I'll text Pris and William. They can meet us there.

The others nod.

PRUE

What are we waiting for?

LEO

Let's go for that son of a ---

Prue shoots him a look. Leo cuts himself off.

LEO (CONT'D)

--- gun?

Prue smiles.

GABRIEL

Let's go.

They all walk out of there.

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO - DAY TURNING INTO NIGHT

FOOTAGE ALL over the town as the sun goes down.

FADE TO:

EXT. CHURCH - NIGHT

A young man, CHRISTIAN (20s), comes out from the church. With him, there is a priest, FATHER LOUIS (40s). they are talking.

CHRISTIAN

Thank you for listening to me, Father Louis. It was really important to me.

FATHER LOUIS

Just don't get obsessive over it, Christian. The Internet is full of fake news.

CHRISTIAN

I know what I saw, father. What is it is true? What if demons live among us?

Father Louis pats his shoulder.

FATHER LOUIS

Go home, Christian, and have some rest. You've been through so much stress lately.

Christian nods. Father Louis smiles at him and then walks inside the church. Christian turns to leave and when he does ---

BEAT. Haytham is just there, staring at Christian.

HAYTHAM

You've seen too much.

Haytham smiles wickedly and walks towards Christian.

FADE TO:

INT. TRACE'S THORNTON'S APARTMENT - ENTRANCE - DAY

Trace comes into the apartment. There is hall furniture with a mirror over it. Trace looks himself in the mirror.

TRACE

(to his mirror's reflection)

Tell them what we've found out. It's important.

ON HIS REFLECTION IN THE MIRROR - It nods and then disappears.

ON TRACE - He is serious.

FADE TO:

INT. SAN FRANCISCO P.D. - FRONT DESK - NIGHT

The FEMALE OFFICER is at her computer screen when Natalie comes from the main room and puts some files on the counter. The officer looks at her.

OFFICER

Done for today, Detective West?

NATALIE

(sighs)

Yes.

The officer notices Natalie is worried.

OFFICER

Still nothing about the Witch Hunter?

Natalie shoots her a look.

NATALIE

Witch Hunter?

OFFICER

That's what the Media are calling them.

Natalie rolls her eyes.

NATALIE

Those people need to stop naming them.

OFFICER

Have a good night, Detective.

Natalie smiles at the officer and walks out.

FADE TO:

EXT. CHURCH - NIGHT

ON CHRISTIAN - He is on his knees. Christian is covering his eyes as he cries hard.

CHRISTIAN

What have you done to me?

Haytham looks at him and smirks.

HAYTHAM

That's for seeing too much and speaking too much.

Suddenly, Haytham is THROWN in the air. He hits the stairs that lead to the entrance of the church.

Prue stands there, her hands reached out. Christian realizes something is happening.

Leo, Persephone, Priscilla, Gabriel, William, Pamela, and Aiden approach Prue.

CHRISTIAN

What's happening?

Haytham stands and stares at them.

HAYTHAM

You, again!

LEO

Take him out of here.

Leo is talking about Christian. William and Priscilla run towards Christian. Haytham realizes that and reaches out his hands and creates some ENERGY BALLS.

GABRIEL

Look out!

Haytham throws the ENERGY BALL against Christian. William stops suddenly and ASTRAL PROJECTS himself next to Christian and jumps to him protecting him from being hit. Persephone WAVES her hands and uses MOLECULAR IMMOBILIZATION. Both the ENERGY BALL and Haytham are frozen. Then William ASTRAL PROJECTS himself back to his body and runs towards Christian.

LEO

Take him out of here!

William nods. Priscilla runs towards William and Christian and helps them to stand. Aiden runs towards them and helps them get out of there.

Haytham starts moving.

PRUE

Potions! Now!

Persephone and Pamela THROW the potions against Haytham. Both bottles break as they hit the ground. Haytham looks down at the broken glass and the liquid. Then he looks at them.

ON THE BROKEN GLASS AND LIQUID - A purple smoke comes out of it.

HAYTHAM

You have no idea what you've done. Magic cannot be exposed.

LEO

We have better methods to prevent exposure.

Haytham smirks. The smoke surrounds Haytham's body. He is surrounded by the smoke which gets into his eyes.

ON HAYTHAM'S EYES - They turn blank.

Haytham laughs wickedly.

HAYTHAM

Do you? Then why is a damn Witch Hunter on the loose?!

Suddenly, FLAMES surround Haytham. He doesn't scream.

HAYTHAM (CONT'D)

I could have found the Witch Hunter. Now, you'll are at stake.

The FLAMES consume Haytham completely. All of them look astonished at it. Soon, there are only ashes where there was Haytham. Gabriel walks over to the ashes and looks at them.

ON HAYTHAM'S ASHES - There's the symbol.

PERSEPHONE

We really need to figure out what that is.

PRUE

Sooner rather than later.

They all glance at one another.

PAMELA

(glances around)

Let's hope no one has seen us.

LEO

They start walking away.

OFF TO SOMEONE HIDING BEHIND A TREE - Only the back of this person can be seen. A WOMAN. She hides in the SHADOWS. She was just staring at where the Warrens were. Then she turns around and leaves.

Isaiah is lying in the bed. He suddenly wakes up.

ON ISAIAH'S EYES - He opens them and they seem normal.

Isaiah gets into a sitting position. Then ---

Jitur SHIMMERS in.

Isaiah looks at him.

ISAIAH

What the ---

Jitur walks over him and puts his right hand over his head. He starts draining something from him until ---

Isaiah lies back on the bed.

ON ISAIAH'S EYES - The are lifeless.

JITUR

One gone. Five to go.

Jitur SHIMMERS out.

EXT. SAN FRANCISCO - NIGHT TURNING INTO DAY

FOOTAGE all over the city at the sound of 'The Runaways' by Cherry Bomb.

EXT. STARBUCKS COFFEE SHOP - DAY

MUSIC KEEPS PLAYING IN THE B.G.

FADE TO:

INT. STARBUCKS COFFEE SHOP - MAIN ROOM - DAY

Natalie is at one of the tables having a cup of Caramel Macchiato. She smiles as someone comes into the coffee shop.

BEAT. Leo walks in and takes his sunglasses off. He glances around.

MUSIC FADES OFF.

Natalie waves to him. Leo spots her and smiles. He walks towards her and sits at her table.

NATALIE

I'm glad you came.

LEO

(smiles)

You said it was important.

NATALIE

Yeah, I saw that you were very interested in the case I'm investigating.

Leo nods.

NATALIE (CONT'D)

Why?

Leo takes a deep breath.

LEO

I'm just worried there's an assassin on the loose. Besides, my father was a private investigator in London. I think he passed his passion to me.

Natalie smiles.

NATALIE

Does it mean that you are a private investigator?

LEO

No. I'm a lawyer. And also someone who wishes to protect the innocents.

Natalie smiles bigger.

NATALIE

Then I guess we have a lot of things in common.

Leo smiles.

LEO

What do you feel about food?

NATALIE

I love food.

LEO

If you share with me more about the Witch Hunter, then maybe I can take you to a restaurant opening.

NATALIE

Only if you stop calling this freak a Witch Hunter.

LEO

Deal.

NATALIE

Leo and Natalie smile at each other.

INT. TRACE'S THORNTON'S APARTMENT - BEDROOM - DAY

ON THE BED - Adrianne rolls from over Trace to the side. They both lie down staring at the ceiling, covered by the sheets.

ADRIANNE

That was damn good.

(glances at him)

Good to see you in shape.

Trace smirks.

TRACE

I guess going back to work was a good thing then.

ADRIANNE

I just hate that you have to do it because you need to get close to them.

TRACE

I need to.

ADRIANNE

Alastair needs you too. He overpowered them before, why can he do it now?

TRACE

It's not that easy. He just did it because he took his powers.

ADRIANNE

He could do it again.

TRACE

Not that simple. They need to give them willingly.

ADRIANNE

Stupidity. Why don't he kills them already?

Trace turns to Adrianne and kisses her neck.

TRACE

You are so impatient, Adrianne.

She smiles.

ADRIANNE

Are you really going tonight?

Trace looks at her.

If you assure me that Whitelighter won't recognize me.

Adrianne looks at him.

ADRIANNE

That arrow was not just dipper by Darklighters' poison. There was something else. He remembers what happened, but he can't remember the faces. Not even of the woman he saved.

Adrianne smirks.

She kisses him passionately.

Persephone, Gabriel, William, and Miranda are there. They are sitting. William is telling them what he found out about Damien, Miranda's father.

WILLIAM

They haven't seen him for the last six months. He just paid the rent and left.

PERSEPHONE

Left the rent paid all this time?

William nods.

WILLIAM

A year in advance.

Persephone and Gabriel look at each other.

GABRIEL

I think we should try to find him.

MIRANDA

Well, he has been answering the texts.

PERSEPHONE

Yeah, but he doesn't say much.

MIRANDA

But that means that he's okay, right.

WILLIAM

He might be fine, Miranda. Just drunk.

MIRANDA

PERSEPHONE

William and Miranda look at Persephone.

PERSEPHONE (CONT'D)

It doesn't matter where he is. We'll find him and talk to him. If he knows where Amelia is or if he has any clue of why she left, we'll find out.

GABRIEL

Persie is right.

Gabriel stands.

GABRIEL (CONT'D)

PERSEPHONE

GABRIEL

(shrugs)

Gabriel blinks at them and walks out. William looks at Persephone.

WILLIAM

Prue is picking up some clothes from her walk-in closet. She looks at a short black dress and smiles.

PRUE

Yeah, this is it. It's been a while, my friend, but you were always one of my favorite.

SOUND - A KNOCK ON THE DOOR.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Come in.

The door opens. Miranda and Persephone come in.

PERSEPHONE

She's here.

Prue turns to them.

MIRANDA

Did you want to talk to me?

Prue is serious.

PRUE

(to Miranda)

Tomorrow night.

Miranda seems confused.

MIRANDA

Tomorrow night, what?

PRUE

Didn't you ask for a job?

MIRANDA

(glances at Persephone)

I did.

PRUE

You'll start tomorrow night.

Miranda smiles big. Persephone smiles as well.

MIRANDA

Are you sure?

PRUE

Just don't blow it. At the first sign that you and William ---

MIRANDA

We won't.

PRUE

The job is yours.

Excited, Miranda runs towards Prue and hugs her.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Oh! What is it with the hugs in this family?

Persephone smiles. Miranda and Prue get apart.

MIRANDA

You rock! Thank you.

PRUE

(forces a smile)

Okay.

Miranda runs out of the bedroom. Prue and Persephone glance at each other. Then Persephone looks at the dress Prue's holding.

PERSEPHONE

Are you wearing that tonight?

Prue nods.

PERSEPHONE (CONT'D)

I haven't seen you with that one in a while.

Prue looks at the dress.

PRUE

The last time was five years ago at Grams' funeral. She bought it for me.

Prue glances at Persephone and smiles.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Lucas is my plus one.

PERSEPHONE

Lucas?

Prue nods.

PERSEPHONE (CONT'D)

Are you sure?

PRUE

Yeah, why wouldn't I?

PERSEPHONE

You don't do relationships.

Persephone shakes her head.

Persephone turns around and walks out of the bedroom.

The entrance is decorated for an opening. There lights inside.

INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC IN THE B.G.

The restaurant is full of patrons, but they are not sitting at their tables. They stand by the tables which have been set with a tasting menu.

Waiters and waitresses walk around the customers serving them drinks and appetizers.

Pamela and Aiden are by a table. They take a glass of Mimosa each. Pamela is wearing a short blue dress, while Aiden wears a baby blue shirt with no tie and navy blue pants.

AIDEN

Congratulations.

PAMELA

On what? I just put the money.

AIDEN

Still, you're one of the owners.

Pamela smiles.

AIDEN (CONT'D)

So, I heard you picked my bedroom's decor.

PAMELA

Oh, yeah, you'll like it.

AIDEN

What if I don't?

PAMELA

You will.

Pamela looks aside.

AIDEN

What if I don't?

PAMELA

You. Will.

Pamela walks away. Aiden grimaces.

William, Gabriel, and Miranda are by another table. Both William and Gabriel wear a suit with no tie. Miranda wears a short pink dress.

GABRIEL

(to William)

I'm telling you, I could introduce you to one of my friends.

WILLIAM

I'm not like you, Gabs. I don't know how to act around women.

MIRANDA

Believe me, they wouldn't like a grumpy like you.

WILLIAM

(shoots her a look)

Some already did.

GABRIEL

When was the last one?

WILLIAM

I'm not counting time.

GABRIEL

Oh, right, the hot bartender who worked at P3 last summer.

MIRANDA

That hot?

GABRIEL

She jumped on him.

Miranda's eyes widen.

WILLIAM

What if we look at someone else's private life.

William motions to the entrance.

Lucas comes in and glances around. Soon, Prue walks over to him and kisses him on the cheek. Prue is wearing the short black dress, the same one she wore the day of Jo's funeral, but this time she wears it with black high heels. Lucas wears an elegant grey suit.

Gabriel, Miranda, and William glance at each other.

WILLIAM (CONT'D)

That's just someone I will never understand.

At the entrance, Prue smiles at Lucas.

PRUE

I'm glad you came.

LUCAS

(glances around)

This looks amazing.

PRUE

Yeah. Whitmore money in here.

LUCAS

Whitmore?

PRUE

Pamela.

Pamela points to Pamela. Lucas stares at her for a moment.

PRUE (CONT'D)

Pamela Whitmore.

(grabs Lucas' arm)

Come. I'll show you the place.

Prue and Lucas walk away.

People continue to enjoy themselves as the waiters and waitresses keep serving them.

Persephone and Priscilla are by the counter. Persephone wears a black jumpsuit while Priscilla wears a knee-length pink dress.

PRISCILLA

This looks really good, sis. Congratulations.

PERSEPHONE

(smiles)

Thanks. And congratulations to you too on your new job.

PRISCILLA

(smiles)

Oh, well, you know, Leo was kind.

(looks at Prue)

Too much for her.

Priscilla looks at Prue and Lucas. Persephone follows her sight. They walk towards them.

PERSEPHONE

Don't be like that.

Priscilla rolls her eyes. Prue and Lucas approach them. Persephone turns to them.

PERSEPHONE (CONT'D)

Hey, Lucas. Thanks for coming.

LUCAS

(smiles)

Fine place.

PERSEPHONE

Thank you.

OFF TO THE ENTRANCE - Trace comes in. He wears an elegant suit. He glances around.

Persephone sees Trace as he walks in. She smiles.

PERSEPHONE (CONT'D)

If you guys, excuse me.

Persephone walks away and towards Trace. Prue and Priscilla watch her. Priscilla rubs her arms as she sees Trace.

PRUE

Who's that?

Persephone and Trace smile at each other.

PRISCILLA

I've seen him.

Prue looks at Priscilla.

PRISCILLA (CONT'D)

He was at the Memorial yesterday.

(stares at Persephone and Trace)

I don't like him, Prue.

Prue stares at Persephone and Trace.

PRUE

I don't like him either.

Priscilla glances at Prue and can't hide the surprised look on her face for hearing that.

OFF TO PERSEPHONE AND TRACE - She signs him to follow her. She shows him around.

OFF TO THE ENTRANCE - Leo comes in. He wears a navy blue suit with a tie. Holding his arm, comes Natalie. She wears a knee-length blue dress. Natalie glances around.

Prue and Priscilla notice as they come in.

PRUE

Seriously?

PRISCILLA

They came matching each other.

Prue stares seriously at them. Her expression hardens and suddenly ---

ON PRUE'S FACE - Her eyes GLOW BLUE for a few seconds and then the glow disappears.

No one seems to notice.

Priscilla glances at Prue.

PRISCILLA (CONT'D)

Are you okay?

Prue glances at Priscilla.

PRUE

Perfect.

Prue takes Lucas' hand and drags him away, not realizing that Leo stares at her.

ON PRISCILLA - She grimaces.

FAST MOTION view of the city.

FADE TO:

EXT. MONTANA STATE - GARDENS - DAY

ON A RIFT - It's opened. Some kind of purple light comes from the inside.

BEAT. Someone opens the rift and walks into this plane. A FEMALE DEMON wearing ragged clothes. She walks away as the image ---
