The year is 2056; the world, unknowingly, is still the host to the constant battle between good and evil. Demons spent years fighting to gain the upper hand in the magical community and good witches continued to fight against them for the sake of the balance. With time though, the side of evil found a way to shift the balance in their favor, and with that shift they brought back the essence of pure evil; The Source. But as the scale tipped, the Angels of Destiny were forced to alter the Grand Design to create equality within the cosmic balance. Their interference changed the current flow of destiny and with it forced a prophecy to surface.
Withhold a new generation into the Warren witches; a descendant from the original Charmed power. Blessed by the Powers-that-be, the world will welcome forward four cousins. Their powers will be the strongest yet in their line. And held by destiny, this legacy will stand up to vanquish forces of evil. Together they will form a new Power of Four; a requited Charmed Ones.
The prophecy was told to a Whitelighter by his dying charge; a seer whose destiny ceased to exist after the reshaping of the design. He in turn repeated it to the Elders, who went forth to the now elderly sisters to tell them that their line still had work to do. And only two years after the prophecy surfaced did it begin. When the final of the chosen four came to their eighteenth birthday the Power of Four was formed again. The requited Charmed Ones were Amelia James, Ethan Mitchell, Phiona Halliwell, and Isabella Halliwell; their Whitlighter being Prue Halliwell.
With dark forces now coming forth, these new Charmed Ones must accept the destiny brought forth and use their lineage to not only protect innocents but to keep this universe in balance. But they aren't in it alone. This time they have a whole family to stand beside them; a whole extended line of Halliwell's. And with the help of allies and fellow magic bearing persons, the precious balance can be kept in tact and the universe can perhaps someday find harmony.
But for now, it's time to become.....
