Hell, even Destined has a character who does not fit her actress ethnicity (and I'm not blaming anyone, I love Destined and I always tried to forget this point). But I've never seen any remarks on this so why Charmed Reboot doing it is more serious than others? I'm not saying it's not important, it's a very big deal and insulting for the ethnicity because Latina are not interchangeable. But the point is that a lot of series are problematic and it doesn't stop you or anyone to enjoy it nevertheless.

It’s Cassandra. Victoria Justice is latina since her father is Puerto Rican.

Harry: I didn't expected to like him. But I like his characters and how he bounded with the girls. But what I love is that he's selfless enough to know when to step down and letting someone else taking care of the girls. He's smart, he's here for the girls without trying to be invading. But more importantly, his dynamic with the girls are so good. I just feel like (and it might be overanalyzing) that each one are different. He seems to be more like a partner, an equal with Macy, while he's basically frenemy (in a sweet way) with Mel while he seems to be more like a teacher/mentor to Maggie. Also, I like we got more of his story/old life. It's interesting and allowed me to sympathize more with him and idk, I just love this!

Harry is treated like a member of the family.   The storyline in which Mel helps him track down his son showed that. 

On the other hand, poor Leo was often treated more like a slave.  The Halliwell sisters, especially Piper, often walked all over him.  Piper's shrill voice calling out "LEO!" got tiresome really fast.

Thankfully, that won't happen with Harry.

And I know Piper blamed him for not saving Prue. She was grieving, I get that. But Whitelighters can't heal the dead. Of course, she couldn't come back since Shannon left but in the universe of Charmed, you know Piper was thinking it.

Let's not forget the sisters. Prue, jeez, in All Hell Breaks Loose, she "Leo-ed" to the point I wanted to rip my hair out.

And Paige used Leo as a test subject for her vanquish attempt on Cole in Season 5. At least tell him next time.

Oh My Goddess Pt.1 and 2. The sisters are definitely nothing without Leo. They "needed" him to coax them with his words to make them confident. The Charmed Ones shouldn't have to rely on their Whitelighter for confidence to vanquish beings who may appear more powerful than them. The new Charmed Ones aren't even close to acting like that.

OG Charmed should have been called "The Leo Wyatt Show" or "The Misadventures of Leo Wyatt, the Whitelighter Slave".

Hello guys,

I've come here to inform you that this thread is going to be locked.
When I first created it, it was for us to discuss the news about a Charmed Reboot. The reboot has happened and is heading to a season 2 indeed, so I don't see a point in having this thread open. It will be opened a thread in another section for those who want to share your opinions about the Reboot.
Another reason that leads me to take this decision it's the comments I've been reading. Every one of us is free to have our own opinions and to watch whatever shows we want to watch. But I've got the feeling that this has become more of an 'attack each other thread' and I honestly want to keep things in peace here in this site. Also, from what I've read, it has become into something to attack the OR Charmed series and let me remind you all that we all are here today because of our love for the OR Charmed. It wasn't perfect, that's a fact, but that's how shows go. Not everybody is pleased by the decisions taken by the writers and the crew behind the creation of the shows. Those of us who write know it well. We have a saying in Portuguese that goes: 'Não se pode agradar Gregos e Troianos' which means: We can't please Greeks and Trojans (we can't please everybody). Still, everyone is free to have opinions, but having an opinion doesn't mean we can go out there attacking each others' opinions.
That's why I've decided to lock this thread and open another one in the proper section: Movies and TV Shows. Despite the name, the Reboot has nothing to do with the OR Charmed which was the one who drove me and all you writers to created something related with Charmed. It wasn't the Reboot, it was the OR Charmed. That's why sharing your comments about the Reboot will have to happen in the other thread.

I hope you guys can understand my position as the admin of this page. I don't want conflicts, I want you to share your thoughts, you have free will, but remember not to 'attack' others in any way. Especially, don't attack the OR Charmed, because even with all its flaws, it was the one who drove us to do one of the things we love. I just want harmony in this page. Hope you guys can understand.
